I am SO impressed! With everything going on regarding COVID, we were worried about getting services, but they are AMAZING. Temperature checks upon arrival, then each stall is sectioned off. Additionally all of the staff are wearing masks and face shields and all guests are required to wear a mask. I could not be happier with the service we received! We were there for pedicures and the time that our technicians took and the level of professionalism and skill was beyond impressive. I so wish the actual full set looked better, because the people working there were so nice, and the gentleman doing my nails did try to correct things as we went along. Ultimately, they could been worse. Unfortunately, they WOULD have been worse if I hadn't pointed out mistakes along the way. I had to correct the shaping multiple times when nails were crooked or thick, and I still left with nails that are slightly crooked and a little too thick. One of my fingers also has product cured onto it, which I only noticed after the fact. I also noticed that this establishment reuses files, which is a hygiene nightmare. These cost me $55, but the work doesn't reflect that price. The man doing my nails was very nice and I do think he tried, but I won't be back. The website said they specialize in doing art on nails, but that doesn't matter if you can't do the basics of shaping and filing properly. See attached pictures for issues I had. read more

Overall mehhh. The color and style were pretty good and the staff was friendly. Only rating a three because my dip was coated with the same color polish, which I don't entirely mind, but it literally chipped the second I got home. Didn't really clean up the underside of the nail at all. They may have done if I asked, but the smell of nail polish was so strong I was starting to get lightheaded and was ready to go. Also, I got a slight cut on my cuticles, and while okay that happens, they didn't clean it up. He apologized but left it bleeding while continuing on filing my other nails. What mostly concerned me was I'm not sure how well they disinfected or if they tossed what I had bled on. Overall my experience wasn't completely terrible, just not great. Wouldn't go for a fill or a pedicure necessarily, but fine for a simple polish change or gel color. read more

I came to this place because of the 4 star reviews. The location is adorable and I was excited. Once I entered the salon, it was just average inside. They took me immediately. I asked for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. The young lady began to file and wrap my nails and then asked me to sit in the pedicure chair. They did not put a liner in the bowl and that is so nasty to me but, I assume it's clean. Right??? The pedicure was mediocre but I'm a get my hand and feet done for maintenance person not so I can relax and enjoy the pampering. She had to use remover and a brush to clean up around my toes ones she was done painting them. (My color was a super soft baby pink). She forgot to paint the front of my toe nail which always drives me crazy cause it shows if you don't. I let that slide. As we move over to her chair, she begins to cut and file my nails. So far so good. But then not 2 or 3 but 5, I repeat 5 coats of dip to get SOME of the "lumps" out of my nails. They are thick and uneven and my cuticles look like a hot mess. She is trying to file the sides but she filing the sides of my nails away. I just want to get up, pay and leave. The straw the broken the camels back was when she thought they looked good enough, she went looking for the UV light to put a gel top coat on my nails. EXCUSE ME WHAT??!?! For a year and a half I have been getting dip nails to avoid using the VU lights. Then what I assume is the owner comes over, I explain all the above and show her my nails and ask her if SHE would pay to for this service. She looks at the tech and says, she no like the job you do so no pay. WHAT? Listen, I'm not picky. I hardly ever complain, I just move on, learn a lesson and never go back. But this.. this was worst job ever. Do your self a favor and head down the street to Eagle Nails and Spa and save yourself the trouble. read more

The lady who was there helped me decide whether or not to do acrylic nails, she suggested I use my own nails and they'll add a tip to my one broken pinky nail. I appreciated they had pricing printed out on a plastic flyer (in SC most salons don't do that). He was very thorough cleaning my busted up feet. I had a regular pedicure and gel manicure done on October 23rd. I went back today to fix a nail that the paint had came off a couple of days ago. I sat next to the person who did my nails and I said hi. The young male that was attending to me was struggling on identifying the nail polish color (including myself too). I said "Maybe she could help us because she did my nails." This lady's behavior and attitude was rude and unprofessional. yes, she was doing someone's nails, but that doesn't excuse anyone of not been courteous and polite to a customer. On my way out, I spoke to another lady who was speaking to the rude woman on their native language and said to her that I had paid $57 plus $10 tip to receive that type of attitude from the lady. I added that just because they speak in their native language it doesn't mean that customers are not understanding. In this country people are bilingual and trilingual. People will always remember how they were treated. Before I exited the business, I walked up the young boy that helped me and I thanked him for been nice to me. I was overall pretty disappointed in my experience here. First of all, the smell of nail polish is OVERWHELMING when walking in. Like, I understand that nail salons have a smell - they all do - but this was overbearing, and I almost walked out. The lady doing my nails filed one of them down so low that I bled. Ouch. She didn't do much to remedy that, either. I received a simple gel manicure, and it was just messy. I'm used to gel manicures being very neat and clean, and this one just wasn't. There were polish streaks on the side of my fingers/skin, and the coats were uneven. Darker in some places, lighter in others. I also had her square shape my nails, and they definitely weren't quite straight. Overall - everything about this was just "meh". I will say the pricing was great.
