Very good costumer service but the work by itself it's terrible. I went there because of the reviews. So I got mani and pedi in gel. It was the first day of the technician who did my ped and they were teaching her just on front of me, literally they got me as a model but paying; and unfortunately the result was not the best. Then on my mani I had my own natural very long nails-- which they actually compliment a lot, but guess what!? That same after 3 different a technicians work on them. I don't know why. They ruined them. They shaped it so thin that the same day my nails start to break. I really appreciate the effort they make to make you feel comfortable, but if it's nail spa business the first thing they need to focus on is having the capable personal to do it good. read more

I ended up trying Paris nails in clermont. It's close to my house. I was a walk in at 4pm. I was taken right away. I got the $25 basic pedicure. Tina did it. There was nothing basic about it. It was a fabulous thorough pedicure. She took her time. I hate being rushed. It literally lasted an hour! I can only imagine what the deluxe $35 one would be like. I'll def be back. After each customer they spray down everything including the chairs, railing.... The make you wash your hands when you walk in. I'm not scared of covid (been there done that). I was a clean freak pre Covid. So the fact that this place is clean is a huge plus for me. They also have two Spanish speaking ladies working there. I've never seen that before at an Asian nail salon. So that's cool. read more

This could be the best pedicure I have ever had. I opted for the organic Pedicure, which includes callous removal, hot stone massage, paraffin wax treatment, and a leg and foot massage. The shop is very clean and did not smell like chemicals, which many nail places do. Plenty of room between chairs and stations. Since a regular pedicure is only $27 (very inexpensive and I travel a lot), the organic pedicure was $45 and that is what I usually pay. There were more expensive pedicures but this was heaven and the best value, I thought. Highly recommend this business for one of the best pedicures you will have... and opt for the organic one! read more

I tried this Salon because it's close to home. I found the attitude of my nail technician to be ...not too professional. He merely grunted and pulled my arms forward and shoved my fingers out of his way while he painted them. Didn't buff the nails and got a reluctant massage at the end on my hands/forearms. I've lived in the area for 5 years and have tried every nail salon in the area. They are by far the best nail salon around. I have found my forever nail salon. The entire staff is very friendly and converse with the customers. Service is wonderful. The entire salon is spotless. When you walk in it smells fresh and clean no matter what time of day. Every inch of the seat is sanitized after each use and they use the plastic liner in the tub. When you walk in you wash your hands then pick your color. They have the best spa pedicures (that's all I go for but the customers who have manicures done look fabulous). It's not a drive through salon. I never feel rushed and leave relaxed. I don't have anyone particular that I go to -they are all great! And to top it off my polish lasts! read more

Worst acrylic nails I've ever had. They were thick, crooked, and were placed to look like they were already two weeks grown out. My toes were painted so poorly I could have done a better job at home for free (I wish I did). The nail tech was sighing, huffing, and puffing throughout my entire visit. It was very obvious that what I asked for was not her style so she wasn't interested. Her own nails were so long and sharp, it's no wonder she couldn't provide even a satisfactory service. She actually told me mid-visit- "you know you have really weird nails". The most disappointing end to this experience was the price. I've never paid so much at a nail salon- ever.
