I had a pedicure and the person NEVER even acknowledged me and sat with ear pods in the entire time. All she did was tap and point for what she wanted. She spoke English because I heard her when I first came in. After that I got a set of tips and asked for gel fill not acrylic, and oval shaped tips. The nail tach gave me pointed tips and was not happy that I did not want that but did not correct them because she cut them too pointed to make them oval. Many were off shape on one side so I had to fix them at home. TOTAL waste of money and time. Never again. read more

Wasn't the best service overall I got changed between three techs in the span of an hour, one of them didn't change gloves between clients or clean his station at all, the ventilation was so bad that a poor woman had a coughing fit while getting acrylics done from the liquid, and also it was about 80 degrees inside the store. I had to ask multiple times what other colors they had cause the kept handing me books with about 100 colors in them but based on the wall I could tell there was a lot more. And seemed annoyed and very closely watched over my shot as I was looking at colors. My first time here and at first I wasn't impressed. I'll talk about that later.. but I left very happy and will refer people here in the future if the employees all get on the same page with the prices. 1.) I love my nails! Chico did an awesome job with shaping and asking each step of the way if I was happy. He did just what I asked for. 2.) love their pedicure chairs. So comfy and great massages. 3.) I watched her open the pedicure packages from new/ sanitized bags. Very pleased 4.) The overall atmosphere in here is great. Nice clean place. I would call ahead because even though they were able to see me without an appointment on a Saturday I watched 12 people come in all at once and several of course had to be turned away for a later day. The one thing that upset me was this. I was quoted a price for gel nails ($60) It was a little more then I was willing to pay (since I wasn't paying) so I went to a normal polish. Sat down at the station and double checked what the regular polish price is.. he told me $55. I said well then I want gel that's silly... he said no gel would be $75. Wait... why? They charge $5 for shape, $10 for long nails, $15 for gel and $30 for fill. It's on their price menu. He said it depended on the nail tech... not cool. He did end up changing the price to $45 but I just felt really uncomfortable about this price difference. I wasn't asking for any designs or anything extra. They fixed it I just felt silly cause everyone was staring.. I just always speak up when I feel taken advantage of. And I kinda did. They need to get together and across the board charge people the same.. read more

This nail salon is great! I made an appointment and I showed up 20 minutes early and they saw me right away. Jojo was my nail tech and she put so much time and effort into my nails. She made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure that my nails were exactly what I was envisioning.They came out amazing. I am from New York and came to this spot after searching various google locations. I went on May 13. It was empty so I was taken immediately. I had my tips removed and went for gel dip manicure. I also received a gel pedicure. This place is AMAZING!!!!! It was a highlight to my trip honestly. I will come here again when I go to Florida again. I love, love, love, love, loved it here!! I will add pictures, but just know they were so friendly and welcoming. And took their time to listen to what I wanted and over exceeded my expectations. Then when I went off for my pedicure, OH EM GEE! The woman gave me the most amazing massage I have ever had! I fell asleep mid massage (how embarrassing yes I know!), either way I have no shame she was awesome. I just moved to Davenport from Jersey and I got white dip powder nails with Edison (maybe the other nail techs are better but this was my experience with him). I was hoping to find a salon to go to regularly in the area and I was disappointed. They seemed like the "best" in the area based on my research on the reviews on other places in the area and I thought maybe the prices in Florida are just higher than the ones here in NJ/NY. The reason I was disappointed is because the nails are different lengths, my index finger is super long and it goes down to a super short pinky. The shaping of the nails is not the best. Now the only reason I'm saying all of this is because I expected better for a $60 set. And to prove how bad it looks, I broke a nail a few days after I got the set and went to a salon in Winter Haven to fix my nail (their prices were WAY better) and the woman doing my nails actually fixed the length problem and shaping and asked who did my nails because they looked bad. In the photos you can see the shaping of the pinky is his, and the other woman in Winter Haven fixed my broken nail on the middle finger and filed and shaped the index and ring fingers to match. For $60 plus I was nice and gave a $10 tip I deserved better, if the prices were not doubled what everyone else charges or the work was better I wouldn't be upset. I will not be returning to this overpriced place, it's literally double what I paid in NJ, NY, and the Winter Haven salon. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to get my nails done at a salon that prices fairly, and knows what they're doing. read more

I didn't get the name of the guy that did my nails, but he was so down to earth and told me how to take care of my nails. Even gave me tips to keep my nails healthy. Usually come here because it's close and they USUALLY do a good job.. came in for an SNS and toe polish change and the guy didn't really ask any questions about how I wanted my nails shaped/ length, he was very rough with everything but at the very least my sns came out looking good. when it got time for my toe polish another lady did it, i asked for the same color that was on my finger nails. When she started to paint them I admit I was not paying attention but as soon as i looked down she was already half way into using a different color. the color difference wasn't THAT big but it makes a difference because the one on my hands was translucent and the one she used was a solid. It really isn't that big of a deal but you would think she would let you know they didn't have the color and asked if she could use a different one rather than just doing what she wanted. overall I just felt like my whole experience was getting done whatever they felt like doing. read more
