Charges of $15 and $10 for color and design! So the $50 set was $80. Yes, you should pay for the design, I have never paid more than $10 more - ever. And they didn't tell us, until we rang out. Pedicure was mediocre at best. Lots of products and bells and whistles - stones, towels etc.... But very little nail work done and the "massage" part of the pedicure was like she was petting a cat. Relaxing, but nothing resembling a massage. Staff friendly. Super clean. Nails came out good. Pricey with hidden add ons and be clear to tell them exactly what you want with your pedicure or they go through the motions.

Sat down at the station and double checked what the regular polish price is.. he told me $55. I said well then I want gel that's silly... he said no gel would be $75. Wait... why? They charge $5 for shape, $10 for long nails, $15 for gel and $30 for fill. It's on their price menu. He said it depended on the nail tech... not cool. My daughter got a full set with French tips. Unfortunately, one of her nails popped off shortly after the appointment. Since she had extensions, I expected them to last longer. The French tip polish also didn't fully cover the sides of some of the nails, and the nail service took quite a long time. Overall, our pedicures and waxing were a great experience, but we were disappointed with the quality and durability of my daughter's full set. We were all in town visiting family and wish we could have gone back to have her nails fixed or get a refund, but we had already returned to Georgia.

Ultimately, they could been worse. Unfortunately, they WOULD have been worse if I hadn't pointed out mistakes along the way. I had to correct the shaping multiple times when nails were crooked or thick, and I still left with nails that are slightly crooked and a little too thick. One of my fingers also has product cured onto it, which I only noticed after the fact. I also noticed that this establishment reuses files, which is a hygiene nightmare. These cost me $55, but the work doesn't reflect that price. The man doing my nails was very nice and I do think he tried, but I won't be back. The website said they specialize in doing art on nails, but that doesn't matter if you can't do the basics of shaping and filing properly. See attached pictures for issues I had.
