It was amazing all the way from being greeted by Diane's bubbly, sweet personality, to the wonderful ladies who gave us an amazing massage, Erica and Heather. We all had amazing pedicures and a fabulous lunch around the pool as we spent the day relaxing poolside. It was well worth every cent. Thank you so much for making our day absolutely perfect. We will definitely be returning for another spa day. They also have another location at champions gate, which we might check out next time, but I highly recommended this location if you are looking for the whole day spa experience. The whole staff really put great effort into every detail to making it a memorable experience for us.

I honestly didn't feel like complaining so here I am doing it some justice now. First off, the sauna was closed and when my sister called to book it they didn't think to mention it. So tip if you are like us and this matters you may want to ask if they are finished "renovating". Next thing, upon checking in and also checking out at the facility the associate checking us in didn't mind reminding us to get our parking validated/comped so we literally had to walk all the way back to do so. After our massage when we asked if we could go out to lounge at the pool for a bit she didn't even bother making sure we would be able to get in the "adult" pool which seemed so odd to me so we had to scourer around to find someone to help us. At the pool, I ended up ordering the fruit jack tacos which I was not a fan of at all just ended up tossing 25 dollars. To me, the hot tubs weren't even very hot, this was a big bummer. Worst of it was when were trying to enjoy our time chit chatting at a room tone voice inside the spa and one of the cleaning ladies told us we needed to lower our voices because there were guest getting massages. I was bit taken aback esp because we weren't even loud really felt more like she was just annoyed by us being there. Anyway, I would never come here again. I give it two stars for the fact that the valet guy came to bring me my cell phone when I was checking that was such a sweet gesture (kudos to the valet guys for going out there way) and the other reason my massage while on the very low pressure end she was still at least pleasant.....

Somehow, she even entered my name into the system as "Ham," which should give you an idea of how off the communication was. On top of that, she couldn't explain any of the services, pricing, or options available--so I was left completely in the dark. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing. If booking an appointment is this stressful, I can't imagine the rest of the experience being much better. I've been here before and the girls that were doing the services were great.
