My nails came out horrible. I feel the pedicure was very expensive (58 for French tips and basic…read moreheart design on 2 nails) and 55 for my nails that came out terrible and nothing like the picture I showed. Regardless of the inspiration picture being out and available the entire time of the appointment. They left glue all over my cuticles, did poor lining, mixed the diamonds up however they wanted and ruined the heart shape and left some nails crooked. I asked the man doing my nails to re do it several times as he kept messing it up and at some point he got visibly upset and then dropped all the diamonds on the floor which made him more upset, after that his attitude changed and he did a even more worse job on my nails. Soon after I only got $15 on "refunds" and I had to accept it as I was the only person in the salon and didn't want to start problems. However I then sent the lady at the front desk of the salon a message where I then told her.. "Hi, I'm following up about the nail service I received today. I paid $110 for a full set and pedicure that I was really excited about, but unfortunately the quality was extremely poor. There's visible glue/acrylic on my skin, the lines are uneven, and the gems were applied very messily. I've attached a photo for reference. I only received a $15 refund, which doesn't reflect the level of disappointment or the cost I paid. I would appreciate a full refund for this experience, as I don't feel the service reflected the price I was charged. Thank you for your understanding" And she never responded, regardless of how they butchered my nails these people don't care about their customers. Please do not come here.

Rant: Amazing nails and spa I rarely leave reviews, but I have to share my experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at @amazingnails in Clermont. I was referred to Lindsey by the person in the inspiration photo to the left I shared, meaning the work shown was hers. Unfortunately, my experience was not good My inspiration photo was the image on the left, and the finished result was completely different. I paid $85, which I had no issue with at all price was not the problem. The problem was that the final product was not what I asked for. I clearly communicated my expectations during the entire appointment, and while I was told "okay, I'll do it for you," the finished result did not match what was agreed upon. What frustrates me most about nail salons is being told something "looks the same" when it clearly does not. I explained to the nail tech that the shape was off and the overall result did not match the inspiration. She initially agreed to fix it, but when I arrived, I was told it would cost an additional $65. At that point, I was extremely upset. I had already driven 25 minutes, paid full price, and basically had to accept the situation. No customer service at all or the accountability. I've been in the beauty industry and I understand respecting time, but if you know it wasn't done right at least try to rectify.

I have my wedding coming up and I'm looking for a great place to accommodate my bridesmaids and I, so I went in today to get my nails done. I mentioned to one of the employees/owners(?) that my bridal shower is tomorrow and I just wanted to pretty them up for the occasion. Now... it took 2.5 hours for a mani pedi. Which don't get me wrong I love the massage chair but after about a hour it starts to get uncomfortable sitting in it. My manicure was also done from the pedicure chair. The gentleman who did my nails was really friendly but seemed to keep looking at me for reassurance as to what he was doing was correct. Which made me thing maybe he wasn't licensed OR he is just very green to the process and is still learning. My pedicure doesn't look too bad, but my manicure is no good. The polish is bumpy and there are even portions of the nail that aren't painted. After leaving there I cant said I'll ever go back. I paid $100 for a manipedi and wax still tipped $20 because he did try his best I believe. But after having mentioned to the first person I was getting my nails done for my bridal shower you'd think maybe they would've given me someone with a little more experience to ensure I'd want to bring my bridal party back in November or even make sure I was a repeat customer. I'm going to be removing to polish and repainting them myself at home. Which in hindsight I should've just done from the beginning but wanted to treat myself. As for customer service, my nail tech and the girl behind the counter were very friendly.
