The staff takes the time to get to know their regulars. I've had consistent service for well over 15 years. While I might have my "favorites" I tend go with whomever is available when I walk in. I've not been disappointed with anything I've tried. If I was, I would definitely talk to Sarah and I know she'd make it right. Paid $200 for a nail set with rhinestones. He filled with the wrong color so it looks like they have2 weeks of growth . during the appointment I told him the color was wrong and politely mentioned the stones he was putting on might fall off because they weren't being properly secured with glue. The technician argued with me and insisted he had been doing nails for years and knew what he was doing. Ironically, one stone fell off before I even left, and he had to fix it. He again said it was just a fluke. Now four hours later multiple stones are already falling off. A $200 set didn't even last 24 hours. The quality was bad, but the attitude was worse. My wife and I have been going here for 10 years or more. Sarah and Jo are the best!! My mother moved here 3 years ago and they take great care of her even after her stroke. They do get busy but every one is very friendly, the service is great. You may have to wait at times if they get busy or if you don't have an appointment. But it's a comfortable environment and they give the services equal for the money charged. We get a mani pedi on a regular basis. The chairs are comfortable. I get waxed and have no issues. When we first went there was someone else managing the shop not Sarah and the atmosphere was not as good as it is now. I'm not sure why you see some of these negative complaints. My wife got a French here for years. I have seen the custom work they do for many repeat customers. Check it out for yourself. It's not a day spa, it's a nail salon. read more

I was disappointed that my technician was so busy looking around that she was buffing my toe not my nail, she nicked one of my fingers, my nails had rough edges when she was done so I had to ask her to smooth them out.. and then I noticed that when putting on my flip flops they smudged the polish on one of my toes. I am so disappointed by this salon. My nail technician only spent 30 minutes rushing through my acrylic nails without consideration of the color or shape I wanted. She did not select the correct color and when I told her it was too pink and not white enough she convinced me that my nails would have turned yellow with the whiter color and left it. Further, the shape and overall consistency is so messy and uneven. I paid $50 for nails that looked absolutely different than what I wanted and I have never had such a bad acrylic experience. I went in for a fill on my acrylic nails and to have my right index finger fixed since it had just broken off. This place was friendly it seems as the two ladies who helped my friend and I were pleasant and talked somewhat with us. This nail salon seemed sanitary, but from what I saw tools weren't sanitized between customers. I am not a nail tech nor do I know anything about the industry but I know I for one do NOT like having previous customers germs on me or their nail shavings. No single use items were seen except for those pedicure shoes. My nails have air bubbles, the nail polish dried instantly and I would guess it's because they're watered down with acetone maybe? When she removed the broken nail, she pried it off with another nail and it was PAINFUL. She continued to do it even though I was wincing but it did not have any lasting pain. My nails weren't cleaned up on the sides much, I have lines across my nails that I can see and feel from the electronic filing and smoothing things. They're grooves and make my nails look a little off and weird. The edge and inside of my nails weren't painted and they just do not look as nice as I had hoped. I was happy the staff were kind and helpful but I left wishing that my nails looked and felt better and that it had been worth my money to try this place. I still like the nails enough but I won't be going back unfortunately. read more

They use to be friendly, fast and courteous... after a while when they started getting more business... they became rude. My mom and my sister found another place to go but I continue to go since I rarely did my nails. 2 weeks ago, I went and the way the lady shaped my nails I was not liking it so I told her to stop for a moment so I look at them after a min she asked rudely.. One of my best nail experiences! Made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon for an acrylic set. When I got there there were no chairs open because they were so busy but they still took me within 5 minutes! Everyone was so nice and my nail tech had me in and out within half an hour and my nails look amazing! When I was running out to my car(it was pouring) I messed up two of my nails. I went back inside and they were so nice about fixing them and I was out in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be returning!! read more

I will never recommend this salon to anybody who is going to get acrylics. First off, they do not know what they are doing. They can't even provide proof of license or that they work with a proper cosmetologist certificate. On top of that, I got acrylics done yesterday and they ripped my nails with tips off. Tips that they put on your nails for the acrylics as a removal and charged me $25 for that. Then they gave me the worst set of acrylics that I've ever had in my life. They were very crooked, not shaped right, and chunky. Keep in mind the lady cut my cuticles so many times that my fingers were swollen. Even the day after. To the point where I couldn't even shower. I went back to get a refund the day after I got these acrylics. I was told that they wouldn't grant me a refund unless they removed them first. Sarah (manager/owner) did the same thing two days In a row. She grabbed cuticle cutters, cut the tops, and ripped off the bottoms with plastic tips after I had just got them the day prior which made it hurt much worse.  My nail beds are so damaged that my nails may not even grow back. She left one of my nails dangling on due to her tearing it down to the nail bed. She then said that it wouldn't come off for 3 to 4 days, and that I can take it off myself so that I can know what real fingernail pain feels like. Once again we asked her to show proof of license and once again she refused. I certainly will not give them any more of my business and quite frankly, NOBODY EVER SHOULD!!! read more

As she was doing my nails she kept saying "I'm sorry I'm going so slow, I'm so sleepy" she repeated it at least 3 times. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they look like ovals and they are all uneven and not painted correctly, she missed a couple spots. She kept aggressively turning my fingers and saying "keep your fingers straight, your making my job harder, I'm already sleepy" I personally don't think an employee should say these kind of things to a customer. read more

Worst experience I've had at a nail salon. The Tech I had spoke English but was not friendly at all. I don't think she said one word to me except asking which pedicure I wanted. My pedicure was ok, but my manicure was horrible. I had to tell her to file my nail that had chipped and was noticeably crooked. She seem to have an attitude about it. She did a horrendous job on my cuticles. I should have just done my manicure on my own at home. The other person I went with had a manicure and it was fine. A poorly run business. When I entered (as a walk-in) I was told it would be just a few minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting (and watching multiple people who had arrived after me go ahead of me) I was told that everyone else had appointments. I have no issue with appointments being taken ahead of walk-ins, but to have me sit and wait for that long only to then ask me to return in an hour is silly.
