This place doesn't even deserve a star review!! This place is by far the Worst nails salon I have EVER been to. They are rude and unprofessional. The lady that did my nails was clearly in a hurry, she had clearly messed up my nails and made them crooked, when I asked her to fix them she refused. I will not be returning to this establishment EVER!!!! And I don't not recommend anyone going here!! This place needs to be shutdown!!!! read more

Yes I'm a guy, yes I am straight, and YES I am a huge fan of a good mani-pedi. So sue me, I'm still retaining my macho card. I tripped over this location while dining at my favorite Cuban restaurant next door and I said to myself, "Hey self, what the hell, its man-pedi time". This place is clean, the employees are friendly and the price was right. I was serviced by an Asian lady who identified herself as "Susan" but I'm calling shenanigans on that legal name. Surprisingly the place was busy and this tells me they always provide quality service. Decent nail service, but the technician's family is always running around; small children, husbands, etc. Infants scream from the waxing rooms because they're playing in them, and employees are snapping pictures and videos and playing with the kids and eating left and right. It's unprofessional. Toys and plastic cups are left everywhere. I'm not usually a stickler for stuff like this, but it really seems more like they treat the business like their house instead of their workplace. It makes me uncomfortable because I almost feel like I'm intruding on their privacy...in their house and all. Prices are a little higher than similar little local salons. The vibe under the fluorescent lights and screaming kids isn't all that great. If you want a simple but peaceful and pleasant salon experience, go to Today's in the Publix plaza across the street. read more

This was by far the worst nail salon I've been to. The service rendered was very subpar. I came in requesting a Polish change on my toes and a gel Polish on my hands. How can you mess up something so simple? My toes looked like my 9 year old niece painted them. The gel Polish was horrible and was bubbling up and peeling before I could leave the salon. My best friend also requested a manicure with gel Polish... I don't know what they were doing wrong but every time she put her nail under the light it began to bubble up. They literally had to redo her nails several time and still did not get it right. After being the for over an hour were tired and ready to leave, we paid and the nail insisted we come back so they could fix her nails. I will never go back here. I hate wasting my money on bad work. read more

Wish I could give this place a 0 star rating! I came in with my boyfriend because he wanted to pay for my nails for my birthday, and I picked out a gel color and asked for the price, I had asked for an extra design on my nails so my bf and the guy in the store had agreed on a set price of 35 dollars. Once the lady in the salon started doing my nails she looked at me and said "your nails are 50 dollars" for a SIMPLE BLACK GEL NAIL. Just because I had wanted a coffin shape and my nails a little longer. 50?!? I don't understand how they upcharged me 15 dollars. I refused service and asked them to remove the nails she had glued on and she was rude and cut them but didn't take the nail off. Then my boyfriend came in to speak with them and they were rude and he was trying to say they had a set price beforehand. Then when he was fed up and walked out of the salon, the rude lady shut the door behind us and was laughing. She was an older lady and he was a man about 30 years old! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON THEY ARE AWFUL. Also the atmosphere was bad and it looked like the place was not very sanitary. This salon needs to get shut down. read more

Was in Ocoee visiting family and decided to get my nails done. Everywhere was super busy and pretty expensive for gel polish. This place was cheap for gel and the wait wasn't long so I decided to try it. So happy I did! Tony was super friendly and did an excellent job. This place was gross. Should be called Roach Nail, not candy nails. I was siting with my feet in the pedicure water and a cockroach crawled out of the foot bath drain. Not even trying to exaggerate, this place is super unprofessional. The elderly lady would literally stop doing my nails so she could be on her phone. I had to wait a couple minutes so she can continue doing them.I had got acrylic nails and my index nail was longer than all of them. I wish I could show a picture but I took them off instantly because she had an attitude when I asked her why it was like that she said the other nails will be that length in 2 weeks which I think is dumb who would want one nail longer than the others. What I found annoying was that they asked me why I wanted long nails and also asked me what I do for a living for getting "long nails" there was honestly no need for all that chatting and questions. read more

Candy Nails is close to my home but unfortunately there are a could of young girls working who have very bad attitudes. I have continued to go there because of the convenient location but today is the last time I will go. I wanted to buy a bottle of the nail color that I was having applied to my toes and instead of the girl giving me a brand new bottle, she snuck behind the counter, added some polish remover to the old bottle and gave it to me. Stupidly, I purchased it, because I didnt want to cause a scene, but that dishonesty, paired with the rude demeanor of the girls in the salon, will keep me away. I will not be patronizing the establishment again. read more
