Came in and everyone was on their phone only one person look at me and ask me what I needed. I mention I had an appointment at 11am. A guy came to me and ask me to sit down on the chair and he did my nails. Clean place with good atmosphere and music, the chairs can use some maintenance but they worked. Very cordial group of ladies here! I was greeted as soon as I walked in! I am new to the area and needed to call to have someone explain where I could find the establishment, the woman who answered the phone (Christine) was very patient and willing to help. The place is clean and quiet, not freezing cold like some shops I've been in so I was very comfortable. I had to bring my son with me and Christine was more than willing to accommodate him and me. I've been getting pedicures for almost 20 years and this was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. First I wasn't offered anything to drink. Second the nail technician's work station looked messy and unorganized. I asked if her tools were sanitized and she said she'd spray them with alcohol (nice way of avoiding the question because they obviously weren't). About 1/4 of the way in the nail technician stopped doing my pedicure to assist another customer. She sat her next to me and I watched her set up her foot bath. She was touching her feet, had her hands in the water, and then had the nerve to try and touch my feet without changing her gloves! I asked her to please change her gloves and she still grabbed my foot and I had to snatch it away from her hands. I asked a second time to change her gloves and explained this is how bacteria gets spread and infections happen. She apologized and finally changed her gloves. I was so tense the rest of the pedicure that 40 minutes into my 30 minute spa deluxe pedicure I just left without her finishing. The only reason I came here was because I was given a gift certificate. After my experience I would never recommend this place to anyone. Being nice people does not justify ignoring basic sanitation procedures. Also side note, terrible color selection. read more

Came here for mother's day for a pedicure while hubby was next door getting a haircut. First to start off their pricing isn't matched to the quality of the service I think $30 is on the higher side for pedicure which I don't mind but it wasn't worth it here. This is my feet after only ONE WEEK. Never at any salons have I had this problem with nail polish cracking after one week. Never going back here and I suggest to all you ladies the same. First time here...got a pedicure. I love that I can just walk in without an appointment needed. This is one of the best pedicures I've gotten outside of an exotic spa. I didn't feel like they were rushing through the service like most places. The packages that they have, include a lot for the price, it's a fair price. Mai did an excellently thorough yet gentle job! The Worst Customer Service I have been a regular customer at this salon for the last 2 years. I never had any issues until now. I had a full set of acrylic nails and within 10 days 8 of the nails had fallen off. I called to see if they would replace the full set since, obviously there were some problems with the product they used. I have had a full set last for weeks before even lifting in the past. I was told that I would have to pay for another full set. Really?! I couldn't believe they wouldn't offer any customer service for a bad service. They have lost me as a customer. Don't take a chance because unfortunately this place offers no customer service! read more

What can I say but horrible...***I GIVE THEM A ZERO STARS*** they sat me down in a station that was not cleaned up after servicing someone else. And she started working, until I said to please change it. She used a file that the grit is made for acrylics not for natural nails, so is very damaging to the nails and it will break. She didn't prep my nails! You are supposed to but oil and leave them in warm water. look at the pic and judge yourself. I use to do nails and I don't recommend this place. read more

Today was my fascism visit here. First time was for eyebrow waxing and the lady was fast and did a god job. Today I decided to take my nail set off and go with the gel polish. Mona was my nail tech. I really liked her. She was really sweet and GENTLE. I'll definately be back. read more
