This nail bar is everything. The staff is incredibly friendly and patient. I enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. I always feel relaxed when I come in for a nail appointment. The place carries a variety of nail colors (especially fun bright colors), and you will never be bored trying to make a selection. The main plus is if you come in with a photo for a nail design, it looks exactly like the picture. I have had many instances where I provided a picture and was confused about the end result. First time I went Jesse did my nails and they were amazing. I was in love. Second visit was a disaster. I ended up in Yan's chair and what a mistake. It started with her unable to shape my nails correctly, I showed her a picture and we got squared away. Then she was using the drill to do clean up, she was pushing the bit so hard in to my nail I was crying and asking her to not hurt me. Finally she gets fed up and demands someone else works on me, at this point I asked to please just take the nails off. She started slamming things around with an attitude. Then she hurriedly soaked them off, leaving a layer of acrylic on my nails. Almost a week later and the leftover acrylic is still flaking off my nails. All in all, I paid for her attitude, getting the drill pushed so hard in to my nails it hurt and paid $15 for the experience. Once I got home, I realized I had divits on my nails on my right hand from the pressure she was using to "clean up" my nails. Jesse is amazing. His work is top notch. If it's anybody else I wouldn't let them work on your hands. read more

I have only been to this business twice but having a reservation is a waste of time. The first appointment was an hour late and while they did a good job it was very frustrating. The second was an hour before they informed they had no one to do a fill even though the appointment was for a fill and it would be a wait since they had other appointments. I ended up walking out with no nails but they did manage to have a pedicurest take off the color so I was worse off than before. I will not return again! read more

After moving to the Apopka Area, I was trying to find a nail salon that wasn't too far. I looked up on yelp the reviews, and found this one that I thought that accommodate my request. I was specifically intrigued by the photo they had of a client who had Halloween inspired nails and were long. When I came in for my appointment today, I requested the same length and shape of that picture I saw on their yelp. Julie never, ever misses! Her work is seriously so amazing. Before coming here my nails were constantly chipping and breaking, with or without dip and/or gel. I was at my wits end and came in saying if the same thing happened again I would stop getting my nails done altogether. Needless to say, I haven't stopped returning. I will start by mentioning that I believe you will be ok if you get service by Steven and Julie, per the reviews that I read prior to requesting and appointment, they are very much recommended and highlighted, you can actually see some of their work here. With that said I am very disappointed and no intention to return there. I requested appointments with the individuals mentioned above via their online portal, to be notified at the time of my appointment that they were booked already, I think that if you offer an online option to schedule, before sending a confirmation you make sure that there is actually an opening with that individual. If you're planning on going there it will be best to request the appointment in person. Regarding the work done, my daughters were with me each getting their nails done and a pedicure. The pedicure was wonderful, but the nails a totally different story, you can see how my nails were file, and the color of one of my daughters totally different from what she asked. The worse was my other daughter... I just leave you some pictures, sure not the worst nails ever but not at all what she asked and paid for, I mean she asked him twice to make the shape narrow and he answered I am not done yet... there is an ispo picture and then the actual nails read more

It was a good experience but at the same time my toe nails now have edges and snagged a blanket because of how squared off some of my toe nails are. Not to mention I asked him to cut them down more. It was decent but I'd try other places out before going back. read more

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND NOT AT ALL GOOD. The worst pedi, no lotion in my legs and not massage. The tech couldn't even figure out how to do my French tips. Then I had a gel manicure and that same tech did it. A literal day later the all peeled off like Lee press on nails. They did fix it but I won't go back, this new management team and employees are not up to par. read more

I have been to almost every nail salon in Apopka looking for the best one. By far essence is my absolute favorite. I have gone back multiple time in the past 8 months since finding them and will continue to do so. I usually just get Dip done and on occasion get a pedicure. Vhan is amazing at nails. She pays attention to detail and my dip usually lasts 3-4 weeks without any issue. As long as Vhan is there I will be a forever customer! read more

I dropped in to quickly get my nails done while I was in town for a wedding and they did not disappoint. They soaked off my acrylics and switched my nails to dip with great attention to detail!
