This is a new location. It opened two weeks ago. Very nice interior. The atmosphere was nice, new, clean and cozy. Tina did my nails. She did a fantastic job. She was very nice, personable, she was nice to my kid that came with me and even gave him treats to keep him settled for me. I got a pedicure and manicure with Shellac, my bill was $50. Stopped here since it was near my job prior to going out of town on vacation. The place itself is basic, no bells or whistles, which is fine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The employee doing my nails was a bit rough around the edges. Idk if that was her way of trying to "bond" with me being black but she just came off as ghetto.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was not enjoyable and left much to be desired. There was no joy in her work and the work reflects that. Everything felt rushed and she didn't bother to clean her area prior to me moving to her chair. She kept bumping into my nails and patched it up with a little polish instead of removing it. I didn't catch the other nail that was messed up prior to leaving. Then to top it off, my nails themselves already looked a week old bc of how far from my cuticles she went. I'd never return here. I can do a better job myself but wanted to treat myself. read more

This was my first time coming to this location and I enjoyed it so much. Donna did my nails and she did an AMAZING job as you can see! I'll be returning to get touch ups and stuff. The store was clean and bright. They have entertainment playing on the televisions behind the work stations so you'll have something to watch while they do your nails. All staff was friendly and respectful. She took her time on my nails even though I caught her before she was going to leave. (She didn't rush the job just to hurry home which I really really appreciate!) I called before coming in just to make sure there wouldn't be any lines and he told me no wait if I come in right away lol and I'm glad I did. If you're looking for a salon you should definitely choose this one! You wouldn't be disappointed! read more

Went to redo my SNS nails and the price was 35 bucks the normal price I usual pay in NY. However the way they took off my previous nails was different, rather than using nail remover she use the filing machine. It was fine still felt the strength of nails it acted. When I asked her to paint my nails all the way to the cuticles, she just said "no, no" not going to look good. I thought that response was not appropriate, since it was my nails. However when shorten my nails a little she clipped my nails but did not file it at all, my nails came out slanted. She did not file my nail until she put the finishing touches of SNS. Overall I do love my nails but I would go again just to give it another try and the way they painted the nails was different from my usual. read more

I got a gel manicure and it looks fine but I chose this blue color from the little swatch things and my nails are literally pinkish-purple. I would suggest having them test the color before they put it on bc I guess you can't trust the swatches there! Other than that, they were nice people and pretty affordable. read more

The worst place ever for customer service . I would not recommend this place unless you want to deal with rude and incompetent nail technicians. Beware, I experienced first hand with the two ladies at the front talking in vietnamese thinking I didn't know what they were saying. I showed them a picture of light pink nails and the tech chooses a dark purple pink color and then gets mad when I tell her it's the wrong color. You get what you pay for, a hole in the wall place gets you rude nail technicians. I walked out after their third comment and will never go back. read more

I went to get a soak off the other day. The guy drilled my nails so much it felt like he almost drilled my nails off. My nails are super thin and they hurt. It hurts to even wash my hands with warm water. The water stings my nails. read more
