This was a spur of the moment decision. Basically because I had to park in one of their parking spots in order to get my kid to therapy on time. Why not pamper myself while I wait? I walked in and signed in. There wasn't a wait, which was perfect. I let them know I would be taking my youngest to therapy and would be back shortly. There was no rush to make a decision. They have a great selection of colors to pick from. I picked a color and was taken right back to get my pedicure. For me, a sign of a good pedicure revolves around the massage portion of the pedicure. I want to leave feeling relaxed. This place did it riight. You can tell they are working hard to renovate and make this place look brand new. With all of the brand new nail salons opening throughout the area, this is exactly what a nail salon has to do to stay in the mix. I was even told today that new pedicure chairs are expected soon. Finally, the polish itself. It was done carefully and turned out great. When the top coat messed up a corner of one of my nails, she was quick to fix it. This is the sign of a true professional. Save your money!!! I had to go back three times for the same set!!!! When I first got them done the GEL PILISH was transparent, there was bubbles on the nails, and several patches where I can see the color of the last set I had done at another salon. So I went back and they fixed it, but not the best but I let it go. My final straw was when a nail popped off less than two weeks having the set!! Mind you these are short nails. And when I went back to get it fixed again by the same man that did a terrible job in the first place, they painted it the wrong color!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went to this studio because my usual haunt was really busy. I love the layout and design of this salon. The area for the pedi's is nice and the chairs are comfortable. As much as a I liked my fill and pedi, I was a bit dissappointed that they couldn't free hand the french manicure/fill and after I got it done, it didn't take long for my gel fill to crack and break. I will recomend the pedi's but not getting your nails done there unless it's a mani. read more

Very disappointed with this establishment. Poor customer service, unprofessional and substandard work. I did not feel welcomed when I entered the premises. My fiancée frequents this establishment and highly recommended Nails Studio. My fiancée was disappointed to see the subpar pedicure. One of the worst nail salons I've been to, they charged me $50 for 2 children's pedicures that barely lasted 10 minutes combined. They dipped my daughters feet in water, washed them off and painted them. I got a basic pedicure and gel paint, that was $45. My feet are not soft like they normally are after a pedicure. Im extremely upset about my nails. Ive been to walmart and they did a better job. My nails didn't even last through the night. One lady painted my nails while another was working on my pedicure which took away the relaxing effect. She talked to the lady doing my feet the whole time. I felt rushed out of their store! My nails were NOT dry. I left the store and not even 10 minutes later my nails had smudges ALL over them from not drying before i left. Also, i go to the salon to relax not to be questioned over and over if i want something else done. I was also disappointed because my pedicure was TERRIBLE, my feet feel worse than before. Went for the first time and I was so impressed with service and quality of their work. I went for the Spa Pedicure and a Gel Manicure. Both were fantastic and a great deal and worth the price, not to say it was pricey because it was not. I would expect to pay more for the pedicure services they gave me. Horrible quality! Im new to the area. My first time going there and worst nail salon Ive ever been to!!! 2 nails popped off after 1 week of getting them done! I go back to see what they can do and they had bad attitudes about trying to help me!! She had me sit down at a station immediately the worker said $6. Im like excuse me these nails haven't been on even a week she began to talk to the other woman in their language then tells me its been 2 weeks. Basically, calling me a liar to my face. I would not have been there showing them or asking them to fix this if it were longer. I was literally there the Sunday before and paid $70 for set and pedicure. I was so frustrated at this place I asked if she could just take off the polish(as they couldn't even find the color!) and I would go to another place. She grew upset and told me to just go there and have them do it. Wow! I asked for some type of refund and they refused that as well. What an insult to a potential new customer! If there was the ability to give no stars I would! Went for a manicure today with two other friends of mine. The girl cleaning my cuticles was very rough, my fingers were hurting. After she was done my friend went next to get her nails cleaned, the nail technician did not clean the tools and was about to put my friends hand in the same bowl of water my hand was in until my friend asked her to change the water. That was beyond gross and makes me wonder if my bowl of water initially had clean water and if the tools were cleaned before I sat in the chair. We looked for the nail technicians license and it was no where in sight which was strange. After this we all decided to leave. We did not stay to get our polish put on. And they charged us $24 just for the cleaning of our cuticles! I will never go back there and would warn everyone to make sure the nail salon you are going to is clean! read more

I went to this studio on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. The place was clean, staff was courteous and the pedicure was great. I thought the prices were fair. I'm not sure if the staff was new, but there was some confusion among the staff when I arrived and when I was checking out. Wasn't a pleasant experience. I came here to get my nails done with my sister for my graduation. David had did both me and my sisters nails, I however went first and they were completely misshaped and painted badly. I tried to go home and fix the problem but clearly it wasn't fixable. Good pedi but it ised.to be $20 up until 2 weeks ago. Now it is $25. Paraffin wax added but not happy that we couldnt get $20 pedi. Went with friend. Asked if we could soak for a while. No hurry. Wasnt busy. She soaked while tech worked on me. I was almost done when they started on her. She did prefer a specific tech but no one told her it would be 30-45 min for that tech. So I am done while she is still being scrubbed. No drinks offered like other places. Did seem clean. read more
