The client repeatedly told the hairstylist that her cut was uneven, and the stylist told her that they're out of time and she would have to come back another time to get it fixed. The client pushed for someone else to come over, and by then it was 18 minutes past my appointment time. I let the receptionist know I was leaving as I had a busy morning planned and there was no end in sight at this point. The salon called me and asked when I could come back to see the same stylist. I told them I wasn't comfortable seeing that stylist after what happened earlier, and they offered no discount to return for my time lost or the opportunity to see someone else.
