Hence the four stars. However, the front office and overall check-in/check-out process felt rushed and somewhat unorganized. I was asked to arrive early, but when I got there there were no intake forms to complete. There was a tablet displayed for sign-in, but instead of using it I was asked for my name and then told to manually sign in on a clipboard. The process just felt a bit inconsistent. I may be mentally comparing it to other wellness spas I've visited, but the communication around the membership also wasn't very proactive. When I initially called to start the membership, not much information was shared about pricing or the process. After my appointment, I noticed another tablet displaying total charges that were much higher than what I expected. I was told to disregard those numbers with no explanation of the additional cost verbally requested until I asked. I mentioned that I had a membership, but I was still initially charged the higher rate. Additionally, there wasn't an offer to help schedule my next appointment, which I've typically experienced at other similar businesses. That said, the quality of the massage was great, so I'm willing to give this location another try. It was also a Saturday, so perhaps they were busier than usual. I drove down to Clermont to visit family and decided to get my nails done here. Best decision ever. They are efficient and polite. The gentleman in the front greeted me and made me feel comfortable. I'm not used to that in nail salons back home. Bao did a superb job with cleaning up the old mess and gave me beautiful acrylics with an ombré design. He's lovely to talk to and although he worked fast (a plus for me), I could tell he has done this a lot. I am more than pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend this place.

They left glue all over my cuticles, did poor lining, mixed the diamonds up however they wanted and ruined the heart shape and left some nails crooked. I asked the man doing my nails to re do it several times as he kept messing it up and at some point he got visibly upset and then dropped all the diamonds on the floor which made him more upset, after that his attitude changed and he did a even more worse job on my nails. Soon after I only got $15 on "refunds" and I had to accept it as I was the only person in the salon and didn't want to start problems. However I then sent the lady at the front desk of the salon a message where I then told her.. "Hi, I'm following up about the nail service I received today. I paid $110 for a full set and pedicure that I was really excited about, but unfortunately the quality was extremely poor. There's visible glue/acrylic on my skin, the lines are uneven, and the gems were applied very messily. I've attached a photo for reference. I only received a $15 refund, which doesn't reflect the level of disappointment or the cost I paid. I would appreciate a full refund for this experience, as I don't feel the service reflected the price I was charged. Thank you for your understanding" And she never responded, regardless of how they butchered my nails these people don't care about their customers. Please do not come here.
