I was booked in as a full balayage. After a little discussion me and the stylist decided to do less blonde and low lights to get rid of any red that was previously in my hair. I was still charged for a full balayage at the end of service on top of all the things we agreed on. After talking to the salon they are only willing to have me come in to fix my hair as it also turned out very poorly done. But the problem lies in paying for a service I never received. I recognize I should have seen the high total at the end and questioned it but I assumed the stylist and salon were an honorable business so just went with it. My son's got a mop of big curly hair, and after barber shops and other small places didn't work out, we brought him in and have been super glad that we did. My hair stylist Nooshin Almasi always knows what I want before I do, she expertly styles and cuts my thick wavy hair so it behaves every day, she teaches me how to style it when I need help, the music and atmosphere is fun and calming and the shampoo time and head massage is my fav. Edit* They asked me to come in and let Cris redo my hair for me. She did a wonderful job, got my haircut perfect, thinned and layered like I had originally requested and fixed the yellow/orange balayage to a more natural color that blends well with my hair color. She also covered all my grays like I requested the first time. Absolutely in love with my hair now, wish I had known to request her in the first place. Only way I will return for touch ups is if she is the one doing them. Old* They charged me an insane amount of money for something similar to my last cut and color at a different salon. Didn't go anywhere near my roots so you can still see all my white hairs! Didn't even get a shampoo or style and still cost twice as much as my last salon which did a shampoo cut color and style! Don't recommend. Honestly I want my money back, not happy at all! Also asked for her to thin my hair and put choppy layers in the back to give it some height, didn't listen. I look like a golden mushroom. Embarrassed to leave the house. Looks like I let my daughter do my hair with a cheap highlighting box kit. read more

The woman at the front desk said they work on a scale where the stylists are at different levels of experience and the rates are different. Never advertised, never told. I didn't care who did it. I requested blonde highlights and explained that I color my hair red at home and I am unable to add highlights myself blonde or platinum and I made it clear that's what I wanted to the stylist but after the coloring was completed just highlights around my face it was the same color as the rest of my hair --- RED and it cost me $128. BEWARE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I have been here 2x for hair coloring and I am not impressed. The first time I came in for a full bleach to do a platinum blonde. I had to come in 3 times for it to be done correctly. Once done it came out very beautifully but I didnt get a discount, coupon or even an apology which is fine since in the end it came out fine but a little goes a long way with apologies. Nothing to "make it right" 4 months later I come in to have my roots done and I asked for a balyage or highlights so that they would blend in more naturally and be less maintenance. Shannon only did my top half of the roots and still charged me $230 for that price I would have liked all my roots to he highlighted. Its not what I asked for nor what I wanted. It looks terrible when I put my hair half up you can see a dark contrast where my roots and the blonde is. I dont understand how half my head could be colored and still be charged the same price. Doesnt make sense to me. I would be comfortable paying half the price for half of my head. Even the highlights are brassier and yellow. They do not "blend in with the rest of my hair " and there are a couple of obvious spots she missed right in the front. See pictures I posted. Even after speaking with the owner Chris about this, I do not feel I got a sincere apology. She only apologized after I told her that I have not received one. She seemed to want to blame this on a "miscommunication issue". Which is absurd. I asked for a partial refund and they refuse to give it to me! She offered a $50 credit to use towards having it fixed. So I wasnt even offered to have it fixed for free! Wow incredible! I called the next day and asked for an itemized receipt and they also refuse to give that to me. So I asked for what all the charges were for exactly. Here is the breakdown $74 for a partial foil, $38.50 for a glaze (which I was specifically asked if I wanted and I said no, so I was charged for something that wasn't even done) $33 for ph bonder, $49 for the cut and $36.50 for Toner. I told the receptionist that I needed a refund for the glaze and I have yet to recieve it. Also BEWARE and sure to ask if the toner is included because apparently it is not. Even though I have never been charged for toner separately anywhere else, its assumed that if you color hair you will also need to Tone it! This place wants to nickel and dime you! read more

I've waited a full two weeks after having had my hair cut and styled by this salon's owner, Giovanny, to write this review because I wanted to be certain I could work with my new style at home. Wow! I asked Gio for a precision cut and I couldn't have received any better! I showed him a photo of what I had in mind, and after he asked me a few questions and referred back to the photo several times, I was 100% confident that not only had he understood exactly what I was after, but also that he would do a terrific job. The cut was Perfection! And Gio is meticulous. Oh, and a lovely guy to boot! I watched as some of the other stylists worked on clients and was really impressed with each of them. I was very skeptical about coming to this salon because I have always loved have very long hair. I was wanting to add a little bit of life and character into my long straight brown hair, so I decided to take a leap and get a balayage. On the recommendation of a coworker's wife, I made an appointment here. They told me that Katie would be the best stylist for the job and she's very knowledgeable as she's been in the industry for 20+ years. When I was explaining to her what I was wanting, I showed her pictures and was very clear that I w to keep as much o my long hair as I could. When I walked into the salon, I had long, to the top of my pelvic bones, brown hair. I left the salon with short, just below my collar bones, blonde hair. Nothing like what I asked for. I am giving this salon a 2 star only because the stylist was friendly and very sweet. The hair cut and hair lights were nothing like what I ask for. I went to this salon because of the the prices they charged. I felt confident I would get a stylist that could shape and do highlight like I wanted. I took pictures of how my haircut need to look as well as the color of the highlights to show the stylist. I wanted a warm Carmel color and a few high lights. That is not what I got. I was at the salon for approximately 2 1/2 hours. The highlight processing was left on my hair way to long and my hair is fried. The color is not right. It doesn't look like high lights. It looks like color not high lights because my whole head is the same color. There are no high lights. She turned me away from the mirror and I could not see what she was doing but I know she cut my hair somewhere because I could feel it but it does t look like she cut it. It looks as bad as it did when I walked into the salon. I wanted layers (blended blunt cut) and needed volume. I did not get that either. The higher prices at this salon did not get me a good hair cut or high lights. Charging higher prices does not insure a better experience. Very disappointed. I have attached pics so you can see what I m talking about. The pic with me in green shirt is the cut and high light color I was wanting. The other 2 pics are what I got. Almost white hair that is fried and definitely not the cut I was seeking. A picture is worth a thousand words. Now I need to go find a stylist that can fix what this salon messed up. read more

I'm from out of town and I was recently in Clermont. My sister and I decided to get our hair done and we had the absolute pleasure of having Nooshin do our hair! Wow Nooshin is amazing! Not only did she style my hair perfectly, she gave me a great consultation on the products she used and what I could use to make my hair healthy. Franchesca is FABULOUS!!! She's very sweet and very good at her job. We are working on getting to a specific color but she was very attentive in what I wanted and offered her opinions (which I took). After all she's the professional! My hair looks great already even though we have a couple more sessions to reach a finality. She's not overly talkative but I just met her. Either way, she was great and I'm glad I found her. The other place I had an appointment cancelled on me the day of my appointment with them.
