Terrible customer service. I walked in and wanted a simple almond shape French tip. I showed a reference picture and asked if they were able to do it. They said yes, I was directed to a woman with glasses. She started on the nails and when she was applying the acrylic, it was not evenly placed. It was not all the way to the cuticle or at the sides on my nail. They were also bulky, I expressed that was bulky and she advised when she used the drill, it would be fixed. She then starts on the French tip and is too thick, almost to the middle of the nail. I told her it was too thick and again showed her the reference picture. She said she wouldn't be able to do that because then it would show the line where the fake nail meets my real nail. She then had to paint my nail pink to hide the line but kept making it too thick and nothing like the reference picture. At that point, I tell her I don't like it and I would like to soak everything off. The owner comes over and tries to fix the French tip but I explain how the overall application of the nail looks terrible. I told him I will still pay but I want everything soaked off, he continues to say he can fix it and that it looks just like my picture. They refused to soak my nails and he responded " you can leave". This is by far the worst experience I've had at a nail salon and I will never return here. If they were unable to do the style of nail I requested, they could've just said so. read more

The most horrible experience I've ever had didn't even get to Finish my nails burned me twice. my finger literally infected. the man cut his cuticles and turned around and tried io use the same clippers on me without even cleaning it. Highly recommend this nail salon, got a gel deluxe pedicure $48 (more cuticle care and foot scrub) and a french manicure with gel $42. May seem pricey but well worth the quality. Even stayed open 30min past their closing time to accommodate me. Very grateful and will definitely become a regular! read more

Went with my mom, I got a full set and pedi. My mom got gel mani and regular pedi. For the record, my mom hated her experience and the service completed. My nails came out good, not perfect. I did the powder set. He did not care for my cuticles, thankfully I did them the day before at home. He did not ask what shape I wanted. Luckily I picked a nice color so it ended up looking good. Unfortunately the pedicure experience was awful! $25 for the service the lady did was a waste of money. She didn't even file my nails to make them look like. She didn't give me enough time to get them dried and it already smushed after I left. Overall the hand nail tech, Ryan, was very professional and I liked what he did. Pedi lady sucked. It's a very over priced place! I'm not sure if I'll return, it's very expensive for what you get. Even the hand nails were expensive. read more

The service sucks... Overpriced, they added an extra 10$ charge because I didn't get both the manicure and the pedicure without even telling me. They keep adding extra charges for no reason and when you question them about it they pretend not to understand and start speaking Chinese or something. I'd first like to say that my pedicure was good but not great, not compared to the girl I've had do my feet for the last 3 years. The worst part of the pedicure and entering the salon was how very unfriendly they were. No one said anything when I first went in, after a bit one girl behind the desk ask what she could help me with, finally. The young girl and if she was 20 I'd be surprised. She was very rude and acted as if I wasn't even in her chair. She and the girl next to her just laughed and spoke in their native language and she never made eye contact with me at all. It was very awkward. Then she managed to wave me over to the chair for my nails, the man doing them did not speak to me at all except to ask if I wanted my nails squared off. I don't need a full-on conversation nut at least make your clients feel welcome and comfortable. He did do a good job on my nails even though he didn't put the polish on them he had another girl do it. The last thing I found ironic is the salon is called "organic" which you would think it was clean and orderly and have a fresh smell. Ha that was not the case, it was filthy with dust plus the polish dust on top of it. The counters where the nails are done were dirty, they just kept wiping it onto the floor. He also kept rolling the towel he was using for my hands to lay on to get to a cleaner spot on it. Let's just say I won't be going back or recommending it to anyone. read more

I've been in this salon three separate times and each time ended with an awful experience. The first time I got acrylics done and a couple days after they started to warp and looked bumpy and misshapen. When I went to get them removed for a gel polish instead, the girl popped my nails off with a piece of plastic instead of soaking them (extremely painful) and broke and chipped several of my nails in the process. They did not have the color I asked for and said they would get me something "similar" which ended up being neon. The paint began to chip a couple of days after this. I went for my final time today to get acrylics. The girl made them much longer than I requested, they are the wrong color and she didn't have me wash my hands after doing the powder so my nails are bumpy. Will not be returning read more

I actually tried this place several times.This nail salon at one point was very good and professional. Now they really don't care, unprofessional and rude. I got a colored powder refill, not sure if he's the owner but he's very nasty and rude. One reviewer said it best, he did not ask how you want your nails, didn't speak, rushed and when I expressed what i did not like, he just looked at my nails and said nothing. Didn't even try or act like he was going to fix it. I had to tell him to file and fix several nails. I am fine with you not wanting to speak but doing sloppy work, nasty attitude and not fixing it, is beyond horrible. When your paying for good service. Do yourself a favor and find a better nail salon, who at least appreciate their customers concerns... read more

Check your bank statements if you've gone here. My total was $18.00, which included tip, and my bank was charged $25.00. Not an easy mistake to make with these two dollar amounts. Beautiful nails! I got almond shaped acrylics for my first ever acrylic set. My technician was kind and quiet and very gentle with my nails. My total was $35, which I feel is an extremely fair price, and the total time spent there was only an hour. I will definitely keep coming here for fill ins and future sets. read more

Horrible! I will never go back there again. I went there 2 times They charged me $25 to get my face waxed and now today I just went there and they said that its $35 and the girl that charged me $25 didn't know the price. Wtf! HORRIBLE! I have been here 4 times and all 4 times I have had bad experiences. First time I came I got a pedicure. It was quick. Basically dipped my feet in water and got a color change. Worst pedicure ever. Then I proceed to get a full set of nails. As the same person who did my pedicure attempted to put do my full set he kept putting the nails on crooked. I told him that they were crooked. Instead of fixing it he had the nerve to say my fingers were crooked? I walked out... Didn't continue to get my nails done. Then 2 months later I thought I'd give them another try! They are the closes nail spa by my house. The same guy did my fills. I thought he did a decent job but it wasn't till Christmas Eve 2015 when I came in again to get my fills done by the manager himself. He mentioned to me that all my nails were all a different length.. I laughed and said that's funny because I got my nails done here. He didn't once apologize. Then less than a week later my nail breaks. My thumb. The one that's last to fall off. So again I come in to get my fills done. A women did my nails this time. She did a beautiful job but over charged me her own price despite the prices I have been paying. A fill is $20 plus $3 for my nail being broken according to her. Plus I tip very good. I gave her a $5 tip. I felt after paying something wasn't right. I knew she got over on me and took advantage of me. I called the next day to anonymously ask what their prices were. Her herself answered and told me it was $17 for a fill. I asked what about one broken nail? No cost, she replied. So I immediately ask to speak to a manager. She knew it was me and said rudely she would give me the $3 back because I was charged $20 instead of $17. I didn't care about the money it was the principle that she was stealing from the customer and the company. Bad business. I insisted that I wanted to talk to the manager to communicate everything I had been through with paying different prices and bad quality plus customer services. She said he wasn't there. I ask when he would be she wouldn't tell me she said just to come in she would give me the $3 back. I didn't plan on coming back or ever again. But I just so happen to go to publix and thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to express to the manger everything. It wasn't even 10 minutes later I walk in the nail salon and see the manger himself working on someone's nails. So she lied to me. I was even more disgusted. I pulled him to the side and started asking him what were their prices for a fill and stuff like that. Since they have no sign with prices. He told me $15 for fills. I was even more upset. After she got caught she would still try and make an extra dollar? As I Am nicely explaining to him everything she comes up and starts getting loud with me and ignorant and tells me she didn't charge me that. He is just like whatever she said she didn't charge you that... In the middle of her taking care of a customer. I'm just like you think I would be in here to express that.. That didn't happen? Then she keeps rambling on and I tell her. No one is talking to you. You need to walk away. As I'm talking to manager.. Nope she's there yelling at me in front of customers with no respect for me and or anyone else. Manager doesn't even reprimand her and tell her she's wrong. I look at him and her I tell them you just lost $200 a month from me and I walked out. Never ever have I been through so much drama with one nail salon. They don't even use opi or name brand nail polishes on their customer. Their sign say is there organic? Yeah sure! Save yourself the trip, money and hassle. Do not go here!
