Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.

I followed the directions step-by-step that HD provided and I have to admit 3 years later I have not been disappointed. There was an instance that the eyelashes started to fall off a couple days later but that was due to the humidity outside and she came to my home fixed the situation using a different solution and the problem was solved immediately. Obviously, if you don't know what's broken you can't resolve it and if you don't speak up how was she supposed to know there is an issue. She is not a mind reader but I do have to say that she literally is a magician. Now having my eyelashes I cannot seem to live without them. I have learned to even live without even getting my nails done or even a pedicure but it seems that I must make sure my eyelashes are done because it simply changes my appearance on my face by subtracting years from my age. Not to mention so much time from doing simple things like I make up. I get numerous numerous compliments on my eyes which I never did before and they last anywhere from 4 to 5 weeks because I follow instructions on how to care for them. Not to mention the convenience of me going to her home or her coming to my home or business. She even came to me the day after her birthday and I even saw her right after she had her baby. Her work ethic can't go ignored because you can tell she has passion and love for what she actually does and you can see it in the work when she is completed. She just truly loves to capture the beauty in every single lash that she puts on your face it's like an artist with each piece that is produced because each person is a representative of her work. I have zero doubt that anyone that sees Heidi will be discouraged or disappointed in fact I challenge them. I honestly think I could not live without her in my life.

I have been wanting to try Microblading for a long time. I found this location through a friend…read morereferral. First things first I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. I gave $100 non refundable deposit over the phone, which is applied to your balance $495. I finally mustered up the confidence to and get them done, and I'm glad I did!! My eyebrows look so natural and full and now I don't have to do anything to them! The staff was wonderful, I arrived early and called the number that they had on the door. Upon entering I was told to wash my hands and then fill out the necessary paper work. While I was filling it out in the lobby, the technician cleaned and sanitized my eyebrows. She also applied a numbing cream. Once I was called back to the room my aesthetician made me feel very comfortable, she asked if I was nervous, or had any question. Once we started it was smooth sailing. It didn't hurt as much as I thought. It really no difference than getting the plucked waxed or threaded. Felt like Velcro or sand paper. I have zero tattoos or piercing (my ears are pierced but when I was a baby) so I didn't know what to expect. We finished really fast I want to say 15 to 20mins. I was shocked how fast. Everything is beautiful inside, clean and decorated nicely. I really felt comfortable. I go back in two weeks for touch ups and from there 7 to 10 months as needed. The two week follow is included in your original fee. I can't wait to heal and see the outcome. I'll post updates! Over all my experience was amazing and the staff are patient kind and helpful. This was my first time getting microblading done. Instructions were verbally given but no written…read moreinstructions regarding how to take care of your brows to ensure they stayed excellent looking. As a result, I sweated my first application off within 3 days. The returning touch-up was good, but the lack of communication is a big no for me. Bernadette said she would show me how to trim and tint my eyebrows. All I had to do was message her and then I could come on down. I did that over the course of weeks. She would not respond unless I said I would come to her shop, which is in her home (I don't like going to a private home to do this.). She had one excuse after another as to why she couldn't do it. When I asked if the following week would be okay, I got no response. She doesn't seem to respect me as her client. I will not be back. There are plenty of other people I could give $600 to and at least have them not lie to me.
