My lashes have been falling out fast for 3 days and my regular girl has not returned my texts ( maybe she's on holiday break??) I spent an hour researching different places and decided to try this place based on location and that I wanted a place with multiple girls so I would or should be able to get an appointment anytime I need one quickly instead of waiting for an independent person to get back to me. They had a special that I filled out online - that went to the wrong location. That should have been red flag # 1 I called the location in the email I got and the lady was helpful but we decided the Dr Phillips location should call me directly once they reviewed the offer I had filled out. They did not call - they sent a generic text. Red flag #2 I called and spoke with Zoey. We spent 20 minutes on the phone discussing what I've had done previously. I was CRYSTAL CLEAR that I was not 100% sure what I wanted. She told me about a special they were having so I reiterated TWICE that worst case scenario for pricing refill or new set would be $100 - 1st time while discussing the options and second time before we hung up to be sure of what we agreed on. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Victoria who went to work on preparing my lashes ( apx 5 minutes) and then she stepped out and came back and said since I was not getting a full set the price was going to be $165 instead of $100 How does that make any sense?? Zoey had said they would take off my old lashes ( if I wanted for free) and again worst case scenario price would be $100. Regardless of length or style. Nope.... Not doing this nonsense- I told Victoria to take everything off as now I'm pissed off. I spent 20 minutes discussing the lashes with Zoey who I was told was the manager. When I went to the front to find out where the girl was that I spoke with was / Macy told me Zoey was on her break but that she could honor what I was saying. Absolutely not going to start any "relationship" under those circumstances so no thanks. This could have been a great opportunity for this place instead the manager clearly didn't communicate with the staff and thought it would be ok to try to up-charge me. Do not go here unless you want to be lied to. To the business manager who replied, if you are truly going to look into this please also be advised that Zoe sent me a message later that day apologizing for MY CONFUSION- unfortunately for her, I was sitting in front of a ring camera in my home with her on speaker phone ( not intentionally ) and she. I replayed the video prior to posting review to be 100% I was not mistaken as I don't post 1 star reviews unless 100% warranted, not only can I be heard confirming not once but twice the cost information so the confusion was never I mine.
