My cousin and I came here to both get pedicures done for my birthday and they also provided a cupcake and forrero rocher chocolate for this special occasion! We were greeted with a cocktail and it was good! They started off with putting your feet in warm water then they cut your toe nails and then you pick the color you want on your nails then they massage your feet and legs and then put on the wax and hot stones to rub on your feet and legs. Next they put on these hand masks to massage your hands and then put lotion on your arms and hands to rub on that you also get a massage on the chairs while getting pedicures done and they have snacks and a second cocktail or mocktail to choose from! The treatment was about 1 hour 30 mins and it was worth it and one of the best luxurious pedicures I've had and Jane my tech was awesome she did a good job and cool to talk to. Even inside the bathroom was accommodating like they had pads, tampons, make up remover, sprays, basically any toiletries thing you would need which is convenient! read more

4 stars for Era and only because the receptionist didn't seem all there. I had brought my mom with me and I had to explain to the lady several times that my mom can't walk that well and needed to be seated right away and I had no problem waiting in the car until the chair was ready for her. Also when I had first walked in she was taking forever to charge someone their pedicure. Not sure if there was a language barrier or what's wrong with her. Even at the end I kept telling her that my mom couldn't stand for long periods and was trying to pay and still just took her time. Not sure what was her problem. Anyway! I love this place and can't wait to come back! I had Victor for my pedicure and he did an amazing job! I got the rose pedicure and it was so nice and relaxing. I loved the drinks they came out with. Beautiful interior. Very welcome inside. The minute I sat down they brought around a basket of snacks for me to choose from. Then I was brought out a slushie drink. Two very cute personal touches. They have a lot of different, and unique, pedicures to choose from. I went with the Jolly jelly pedicure. It was definitely something I've never had before. My feet sat in this jelly-like substance instead of water for a good portion of time. The rest of the pedicure was normal. Honestly I really didn't feel any different after it though. And I thought the price was really high, not enough to justify the so-called "jelly" experience. Also, apparently they have alcohol, but no one came around to offer a drink menu even though we mentioned it multiple times. So that was a bit disappointing. The people were very friendly and the place was very clean. It was all just a bit gimmicky for me though. read more

I've been trying to get to Era nails since they opened late last year. The wait didn't disappoint. I came in on a busy Saturday morning without an appointment and they were still able to fit me in rather quickly. I was fully prepared to wait and was sitting in a chair within 10 minutes. Tracy was great and very friendly/communicative. I found this nail salon to be the most enjoyable and relaxing nail experience I've had. I was brought a slushie a few minutes in, a snack a little while later, and then was brought with a candle and song a birthday cupcake once Tracy learned it was my birthday the coming week. Holy Moly. This was BY FAR the most special, most bougie nail experience I have ever had. I was absolutely blown away. This is the place you come to when you want to feel like Royalty for a while. I paid for a Gel Manicure and a Butterfly Daydream Pedicure, which was their specialty pedicure for the month of April. What I receive was a whopping 2.5 hours of pampering to the extreme. I received two specialty cocktails and a dessert cocktail, which was literally dessert with the added bonus of some alcohol. I cannot overstate the spoiling that happened here. The massage chairs were somehow both gentle and firm at the same time. I almost fell asleep in my chair. I received some sort of collagen foot mask and they wrapped my legs in hot towels and steamed my legs with an electric steamer. My leg and foot massage were both perfect. While this was certainly not a cheap experience, this is 100 percent where I will go for my birthday and Mother's Day and special occasions. I felt like I had visited a Spa for 2.5 hours. I would give this experience 10 out of 5 stars if I could. read more

This the prettiest and cleanest nail salon in town! They also have the most unique and luxurious offerings. I never thought I would pay over $80 for a pedicure and still leaving thinking it is totally worth it. For our pedicure, we got a welcome drink, a couple snacks, a chocolate, a cocktail and a little gift. Not to mention the amazing pedicure itself that is almost a 2 hour pedicure. The decorations are based on the season or holiday & change monthly. This whole salon feels so thoughtfully curated & designed. What sets this salon apart of any other, that I've ever been to is the custom cocktails that are handcrafted right here in the salon! They also give you a little cookie & little chocolates too. The Cotton Candy drink was so delicious & photo worthy! I got a mani & a pedi and they gave a drink with each different service! The mani & pedi themselves were also top of the line! Ken gave a wonderful massage and his use of the hot stones had me so relaxed. The massage pedicure chairs they have here are actually comfy & let you recline so you can really enjoy the pampering! I got a $50 gift card and was very excited to go to this new salon! I was going on a 2 week trip and wanted something long lasting and they recommended I get "builder gel". I didn't realize it was $50 base price but i also didn't ask. I've never heard of this service before but I'm a fan now! It's been on for 3.5 weeks now and no chips at all! Looks great. I might even get a fill this week! I had gel on my nails so they had to take that off and then I also added a thin white line like French so that was an upcharge as well and I'd say the prices are normal and comparable to other locally. The salon itself is very pretty. They did a great job aesthetically! Very clean as well. I have seen a lot of drinks for customers on social media, but I wasnt shown a menu and wasnt offered anything either so I'm not sure what that is about. I was coughing at one point and I asked if I could please have some water so thankfully I grabbed a little bottle from a fridge they have. They were overall friendly and I would return! read more

Listen... I came in for a pedicure and left feeling like my feet had been through a luxury spa romance. Era Nail Lounge in Orlando, FL does NOT play. I got the Full Indulgence Pedicure and baby... they gave my feet EVERYTHING but a glass of champagne and a therapist. Oh WAIT...I DID get a glass of champagne in the shape of a Mimosa! Hot stones? Steam treatment? Scrubs, massages, fancy gadgets, soft towels, the whole nine yards? At one point my left foot was getting pampered and my right foot was like: "EXCUSE ME... when is it my turn???" The place is gorgeous, the chairs feel like clouds, the staff is amazing, and they even bring you cute little drinks while you relax like royalty. My feet are smooth. My toes are poppin'. I visited Era on a Thursday afternoon with an appointment! It was moderately busy, but nothing terrible! Service was amazing and I received a welcome drink and a snack which was TOTALLY unexpected and kind! They also were serving other drinks too. I'm not entirely sure if there is a separate menu for drinks, but I'd love to see when I return. The layout is gorgeous! This is the NICEST looking salon I've been inside in a while. Latest tech-appliances and very organized and CLEAN! It feels SO luxurious! Joyce did a wonderful job on my nails. She took a moderate amount of time (I only get them natural with dip) but they had wide varieties of colors. I've had them almost a week and they are still holding up quite nicely, and they were a good price (around $60 for a full set + tip). Though it's a bit of a drive for me, it's well worth it! Saw this spot was finally opened so I decided to stop by after finishing up at Whole Foods in the same plaza. I didn't make an appointment so I was asked to check in on the iPad at the front desk, which was straightforward enough. I chose to do builder gel nails but I bite my nails so I was nervous. However, Khanie did such a good job! She was so nice and so patient, I highly recommend her! All I had to do was show her a picture on Pinterest and she knew exactly how to get it done. I chose to go for a very simple color and she nailed it (no pun intended). As a little treat, they gave out Madeleine cookies and mimosas (which I forgot to take a picture of), which was such a nice touch. They also had a 15% off promo for the holidays so that was an added bonus to the already great service. Also, everything was very clean and everyone working was so nice. Highly recommend this place!
