I arrived a little early for my appointment at 4:45 PM and when I walked in the receptionist was very kind and checked me in and offered me something to drink. I asked for water and she brought it back a bottle of water as I waited for my hairstylist Maria. Maria came and got me and Introduced herself and then sat me in the chair. I had booked online a root touchup and a cut, and I told her when she was going through it that that might not be the correct choice but I wanted to do highlights and a cut and color. She wasn't sure if we were going to have time to do what I wanted to do and so she gave me some options of either coming back or doing a partial highlight, I told her I would like to do a partial highlight and then as we were going through it she was nice enough to try and do a full highlight while I was there to really give me what I wanted in the first place As we were going through the process of putting on the foils, Maria was super friendly and very efficient. She must've known that she was going to go over her 7 PM close time and I really appreciate her being able to finish my hair with everything that I wanted in the short amount of time that we had . I really enjoyed all of the products that she used she made that my hair turned out so cute. The blonde color was amazing. The areas that she incorporated was not exactly what I wanted because she had notated that my hair would not come out exactly like I showed her in the picture and I appreciate the fact that she was able to explain that to me. This is my favorite salon in Central Florida. They have 7 stylists, 2 nail technicians, a masseuse & Botox parties! I have had no complaints in the past 5 years, that I've been coming here.
