So far so good. I've been here 3 times. Twice for Nails and once for lashes. The owners are awesome. They're a husband and wife team and very nice. Today I'm having a pedicure and refill. I was offered a beverage from their front desk concierge ‍. My manicurist has another appointment before me so I get To relax and massage my feet with the water jets and write this review. I have only had one nail artist and she's been on point each time. Precious! The lashes here are so so. Maybe it's because I didn't ask them to make them fullI? Anyway I was used to another place and they did do a great job. I haven't been able to find another place to apply them like the old Spot. So far this is my nail destination in St. Cloud. I came here twice and the second time I came within a week two of my nails came off. When one of them came out I realized I had fungus so I went to get them removed and realized I had them in other nails too. It's pretty upsetting and disappointing because I've always gotten my nails done. When the materials that are been used are clean it prevents from this kind of situation to happen. This place is terrible!! I walk in and adk how long is the wait for service she tells me 15 (at 5:45pm)min. She seats us within 5 min. We sat waiting with our feet in the water for an hour! The pedicure I got was ok, however my daughter got her nails done with the dipping powder gel, not only they crack the 2nd day they were very expensive. My daughter has tiny nails and they charged the same amount they charge me for a full pedicure. $37.00 dollars! I usually love this salon but after today I will not be coming back. I showed the lady a design I wanted and was told it couldn't be done because it was "3D" when it was NOT. It was a design painted on the nail and I got the same design before with no problems. She poorly glue on the tip of the fake nail to where it was HANGING DOWNWARDS ON MY ACTUAL NAIL!!! Okay, first off I will say, friendly laid back environment is the only plus. If that's all you're looking for going to a nail salon then this is definitely the place for you and that is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. On another note - BOTH times I went I have been upset with my nails. First time I had the owner and got pink and white acrylic nails. He barely sat down long enough to do one nail. Was up and down, back and forth, chit chatting with all the regulars and new ppl coming in. He was soo distracted that the tool he was using was over heating and hurting, I complained and he continued until I finally made him stop and put a new tip on the drill. He also nicked me a few times with the drill and left sores. Then end result was just awful, they were lumpy, not even, some of the nails weren't even covered all the way. Maybe if he would've sat the heck down and paid attention! But I thought. .okay...bad night..but everyone loves it! I'll give it a 2nd try. Had a lady this time and got acrylic painted nails. She was nice and she paid attention... half my nails are getting food stuck in them because there is a space between my real nails and fake nails where they weren't glued on properly and she did them super wide ! My finger nails look ridiculous ! So I've been twice, had two different nail artists and got 2 semi different things done and have been thoroughly disappointed every time. After not being able to see my regular tech due to schedule conflict (both of us) I decided to do a walk in here at BEST NAIL, definitely simple, kind of expected since it's Monday late afternoon. Receptionist was very friendly. Sat right away for an SNS (healthy nail) fill. Their process was very different than what I have been getting done. The filed the old stuff away, making the nail a bit fragile. When I inquired about the process the tech got a bit aggravated so he proceeded to foil and acetone the rest; but only left it for a few minutes. By the time he fined foiling the second hand he started removing the first hands foil, thus continuing to file my natural nail further! Then he applied gel clear coating when I specifically asked him not to! Ok, finish with my nails, move onto pedicure; the girl was a delight... fantastic pedi! But toes and hands did not match as I asked for... overall; I would come back for another pedi but not for SNS! read more

I was there early for a spa date with my daughter. There were 8 people who came after. While the only lady who was there called for help, the help came and dealt with the other ladies first. When an appointment came, the lady who was doing my pedicure stopped to do her waxing, so I was left waiting, again, for another 15 mins (after waiting for 15-30 mins initially to start my pedicure). Their reason was my daughter is having manicure anyways and I could wait. They prioritized other customers first and left me waiting! They ruined my special day with my daughter! This is one of the better nails salons around in this area. Nails salons are a dime a dozens now but, they are good. There is new ownership here and you can tell. The salons is warm and friendly the minute you come in. The decor is modern and up to date. Fish tanks are pretty and a nice touch. The pedicure chairs are comfortable. Seem like new or at east well taken care of. Very clean which is what you want to see. They are very detailed and gentle when doing pedicures or manicures. Although at times they are busy, when they tell you 5 minutes is the wait, it is actually 5 minutes not 10 or 15. I have also had my eyebrows wax here and loved the way they have turned out. Good selection or colors from different manufacturers. They always offer you a cold beverage when you arrive which is again a nice touch. They are in a good location and have a large parking lot which helps since they are right next door to a dance studio and planet fitness. Early hours on Sunday morning but they also have a special on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights where they stay up until midnight.(Midnight who does that). It's their special niche after dark. Prices are reasonable with other salons but they really take their time and put the effort into the job that even if they were more money, it would be worth it. I have been here a handful of times and have not had a mediocre experience yet. If you are planning to go here for more than a polish change, don't go if you're in a rush. This is not the place for you. I get a mani/ pedi and it takes about 2+ hours. I love that they let your feet soak in the water for 30 minutes or so. They give you a glass of wine and it gives you time to relax and for your feed to soak. When your feet are soft from the water your pedicure comes out better and it last longer. Each time I have had someone different, the last woman I went to see (I cant give her name or y'all will book her up!) gave the BEST foot/ leg massage. Definitely recommend this place! read more

She said it will be 14.00 he added 5.00 tip so total was 19.00. As the nail tech was working her nails she decides to tell my daughter it will be an extra 5.00 because she had gel nails. I had the worst experience here. I went in for a pedicure and the nail tech made my nails lope sided. I told her I had an ingrown nail, and if she can file it down. This lady filed everywhere besides my ingrown nail. The whole time she kept telling me to get my nails filled and eyebrows waxed. I went Tuesday. The staff was very nice and that's why I'm leaving two stars.. But my gel manicure have a lot of flaws. My pinky nail the polish is very bumpy and my nails are already looking like if I had them done for like 2 weeks and it hasn't even been one. They just don't look like a professional did them. They cannot do color acrylic tips - they say they can but it comes out looking terrible and lumpy. He cut my pinky with the emery board and then commented that I had a cut after I flinched. He then used super glue to stop the bleeding so now I have a sore pinky covered in super glue. He puts clear polish on your nail and then dips it into the powder instead of applying the color properly. One was so clumpy, the acrylic broke off. He re-dipped that nail into the powder to "fix" it but it came out much darker than the rest of my nails. When he put the gooey top coat on - that same nail had cracked again. I pointed out that it was broken but he said it was ok and blobbed on the top coat anyway. I wasn't happy but I had been there for almost 2 hours and I just wanted to leave. I paid and left but decided on the drive home that they looked too terrible so I called to complain. He said I could come back to have them fixed but I'm not letting that guy anywhere near my nails again. He refused to give me a refund and said I should have complained while I was there. I went there on the recommendation of a friend. The manager Lenny decided to do my nails. First let me say that he is a very nice guy but I was not there to make a new friend. I was there for a full set of new nails done the way I asked. Not! He cut my nails too short, he was way too distracted talking to every new customer who came to the shop. Up and down, up and down, up and down and I am left waiting. He cut a little off the price due to me being unhappy then when I called bck for a fill I made an appt with him bc I thought I'd give him another chance before writing off the shop all together and he was busy ith someone else when I showed up ON TIME! So he pawned me off on another guy who did a FANTASTIC JOB! His work was the best I have ever seen and I have been doing my nails for over 2 decades. His name is Tommy :-) but get this he has been sent to work at another shop in Poinciana due to some conflicts. So my suggestions to anyone reading this review call them and get the name and number of the other shop in Poinciana and GO SEE TOMMY! He is the best!!!!!
