I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should know about my experience. This was my first time getting my nails done at this salon. I normally come here to get my eyebrows done and have never had an issue with that service, so I decided to give their nail service a try. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. The quality of my nails was unacceptable. The acrylic is uneven and lumpy, the polish isn't smooth, and you can feel bumps on the nails. The cuticle area looks messy, and my right thumbnail was filed down so much that it's almost the same size as my natural nail. The shaping and thickness are inconsistent from nail to nail. When I politely pointed out the issues, the nail technician kept contradicting me instead of listening to my concerns. Rather than acknowledging what I was showing him, he insisted there was nothing wrong and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. To make matters worse, my finger and the skin around my nail have been painful since the appointment. Now I have to spend even more money at another nail salon just to have these nails fixed because I don't trust this salon to correct them properly. I had originally planned to get my eyebrows done during the same visit, but after seeing the quality of the nail service and how my concerns were handled, I decided not to. I've attached photos so others can judge the quality for themselves. I expected professional work and respectful customer service. I went with my sister to get pedicures and Katie was being so rude! Her mother was doing my pedicure and had asked if i liked the french she put on my toes. i replied to her "could you just make them a little thinner please" Katie rudley interjected saying "thicker??? you want them thicker" i replied "no thinner i said thinner please" immediately after she starts talking to her mother about me and how i was being rude. during the pedicure she dropped the tool she was using to scrub my foot on the floor and continued to use it! there was dirt and grass stuck in the brush she used to scrub my toes. On top of that, there were multiple signs posted reading "allergic reaction may occur" which just gives the impression of filthiness! I left completely unsatisfied and grossed out! I will never be returning and will be letting my grandmother know to take her business elsewhere! read more

Save your time and money...go somewhere else. I went there for a SNS set and a pedicure, I normally go somewhere else but decided to try a new place...big mistake. I was planning to have a deluxe or fancy pedicure but was never offered any extra services. I told the technician that I had gel and he didn't pay attention so he rushed the pedicure, I had to keep asking to pay attention to the details. Finally, we go to do the SNS and he took his sweet time to come to the nail table. I had to keep asking to pay attention to the details, and told him to clean the corners, under the nails and he just won't do it. I showed him that the SNS was already coming out and he offered to do an extra code, which wasn't going to help. I left, looked at my nails in more details and they where really bad. The SNS wasn't smooth and very uneven. Then I decided to call and asked for my money back and I was told by the manager that she needed to see the nails. So, I drive back and she gave me two options; first to get the next set for free with a different person or take them off right there. I already spend 3 hours there and I don't want to spend more time there. Well, at the end I just sit and spend another 20 min to take them off. If I could do zero stars I would. I've been here before and they were good. Today, I asked for someone to do acrylic on my toenails and gel polish. It was clear she did not know how to apply acrylic. My toe was bleeding I kept asking her to stop. When she was finally done I looked down and my toenails were completely crooked; they were slanted. I tried to tell her they were crooked and she turned my toe sideways and said it's better now lol. I asked if anyone else there could fail but everyone including the manager was ignoring me. She handed me the file and told me to do it myself. Save your money and go elsewhere. Now I need to have them re done. read more

They are so over priced, walked in with no appointment, I asked for a design, being that I did not have a appointment, I asked if they had time for me, she the manager didn't understand what I ask for, I had to explain I wanted dip powder, she stated doing a fil, then she passed me over to a male tech who I had to tell him he missed several spots and need to fill and smooth the nails he messed up , the manager waited till he was almost done to tell me she can not finish my design because she was running late and had another customer, had I known I would went else where, I walked out of there with my nails half done and $60 later, my nails looked bad, she said to come back tomorrow and that it would cost more to add a few flower. This was my third visit. I made appointments for a pedicure and my first ever facial. The pedicure dry skin removal was painful at times. Leg massage adequate but I've had better. The facial was far, far from relaxing or changing my face skin in any way. I am so sore from the assault committed on my neck and shoulders I can't sling my handbag strap on my shoulder. Its a lovely facility, superior to most in the area. But the roughness, ignorance of my hints I was in pain.....I won't be back. read more

My full set looks horrible, they aren't the same shape/size, and he didn't file down the polish so it's bumpy. Came here last week with my sisters and received the best service ever! My youngest sister got her eyebrows waxed ($6) and was finished in less than 10 minutes, plus they looked great! All three of us got manicure and pedicure services. The paraffin wax soak is to die for! The staff here treated us with respect and service was very prompt - we were there only a little over an hour for eyebrow shaping, body waxing, and mani/pedi with gel color! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Incredibly dissatisfied with the service. Came in planning on getting a mani pedi. Left without a mani and a half done pedi because their polish selection was limited and less than sanitary. They don't sanitize their tools, simply just rinsed under the same pedicure water. Their employees are less than educated and knowledgeable on how to do a good job. Complete waste of my money and time. I'm visiting Florida for a wedding and decided to stop here. Love This Salon!! The girls are all Super nice. I have become friends with many of them. I refer others i know to this salon. Last night on 4/8/19 I was getting my nails done and had a grumpy old gentleman walk in the door. He asked if there was a way in if someone had time to do his manicure and pedicure. Then he complained about the prices of a man and a woman being different prices and said that is discrimination. Seriously don't think so!! Take a look at average men's hands and feet!! Prices are posted on the wall. He kept saying it's discrimination and being a jerk! He was definitely looking for a deal he kept asking what what about a military discount? What about a police officer's discount? And tossing around the word discrimination like it was being done on him however it was not!! He was definitely a grumpy old man that probably should've stayed home, he made himself look like a jerk!!! So hopefully if he is reading this he'll learn to be a nicer person you'll get farther in the world if you're nice!! I highly recommend this salon!! I was pretty disappointed with the work Only one coat of white was painted and she cut my cuticles to the point where it was noticeable rather than smooth. The design was horrible. I was pretty upset. I have been to this place twice times. The first time, they cut a part off my skin from my toe, causing it to bleed. I figured, I give it another shot since it is close to home. I would give zero stars if that was an option. They charge $30 for a gel manicure that only lasts a few days. I usually go to another salon but I came here one day because I needed to get my nails done and my usual salon was closed. First of all, they take a long time to do a simple mani. The lady cut me with no apology and just ignored it. Two days later my nails started peeling off and chipping so I went back hoping maybe they could give at least a partial refund for a terrible job because I don't want them touching my nails again and the lady offered to simply take off the nail polish for $10! Anywhere else it only costs $5. Then another lady came over and told me she would fix the chipped part but that it was my fault they were peeling off. Even though when I go to my regular salon my nails last AT LEAST 2 weeks. But she laughed at me when I told her and told me that I'm wrong. They were so rude and have no idea what customer service means. I would never come back here. I wouldn't mind paying the extra couple bucks if my nails lasted more than two days but this is just ridiculous. Do yourself a big favor and stay far far away. read more

I had a bad experience in this salon. I had never been to a salon before but I needed nice looking nails for an event (July 4). The woman who did my nails did not explain prices to me. It was advertised as manicures $10 so I assumed that's what I was paying. She did not understand my request and I got extremely frustrated as she only tossed me a basket of colors and told me to pick. If I had known there was a difference in texture and price of the different polishes, I would have been better prepared for the price I paid. The very same day I had to go back for a touch up because a decorative star she glued on my nail fell off. She decided to touch up both hands but messed up the hand that was fine. I ended up with sloppy looking nails and they began to fall apart the next morning anyway. She must have had dirt on the brush when she painted a nail white because there is a brown dot that is visible.The next morning I went swimming and the paint peeled right off. I tried calling to speak to the manager but every time I did I was told the same thing..."She's not here today!" read more
