As soon as we arrived they welcomed us, I was able to sit in a pedicure chair right away and my daughter at a station to get her mani. They were so attentive and nice, mid way through my pedicure my daughter was done and they let her sit in the massage chair next to me and relax. Howie did my full set with a little Halloween art, I was concerned because it was getting close to their closing time but he was so fast and efficient. He was so friendly and welcoming and he took my inspiration design and made it better than I imagined. I was floored by his service and attentiveness I'm so glad I called today - I will definitely be back!

I spent approximately five hours at the salon, from around 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and paid about $100 before tip for a gel fill with ombré chrome and a gel pedicure. I tried to remain patient while my nails were redone multiple times, but the polish continued to bubble and crack. Even after several attempts, the final result was uneven, inconsistent, and did not match the colors I originally selected. The salon initially offered 10% off a future service, but that offer was withdrawn after I requested a refund for the $15 chrome upgrade that had not been done correctly. Because I had received a 5% cash discount on the original purchase, I was refunded only $14. Regardless of the calculation, the entire interaction felt frustrating after spending so much time trying to get the service corrected. Unfortunately, the problems continued after I left. The nails that had been repeatedly redone began cracking shortly afterward, and they felt noticeably thin from being worked on so many times. At that point, the service felt like a complete waste of both time and money. The most disappointing part was not simply that mistakes happened, but that multiple attempts to fix them still did not produce acceptable results. I also did not feel that the customer-service response appropriately reflected the amount of time I spent there or the poor final outcome. Based on the quality, durability, and handling of the situation, I would not return. I hope the salon improves its quality-control process, limits repeated filing when a service is not working, and handles refunds and corrections more consistently.

I called 6 nail salons and none could accommodate us at the same time, totally understand. I called joy nails and they were so kind right off the bat and got us in within 30 minutes. The salon itself was beautiful and the atmosphere was so positive. The lady next to us was a returning customer as well and the banter with David was just hilarious. We requested a pedi for my uncle (his first time and he seemed to enjoy it!) My mom and I got fresh sets. I requested a new gel x set which meant soaking off my old set, then starting a fresh one. Because I had indents in my nails due to the previous set I got in Colorado, he told me it wouldn't be safe to do gel x and acrylic would be better. He executed my French tip perfectly and his wife did my mom's flower cat eye better than anyone she's ever been to. David also made a very good point, I'm in Florida now so nails are better. However, it wasn't just that, spending money and an hour of your time somewhere can be really hard sometimes and they were great people to be around. I had a great experience, thank you so much!

The nail tech handed me the menu to look at my options. She directed me to one section of the menu, where I saw outrageously high prices for a pedicure! $70-$90. Then I looked over to the right-hand side of the menu page and saw the lower prices. "What's this side for?" She said, "Oh, those are our add-ons for pedicures." Lies. They were the more basic, cheaper pedicure options. Their basic Rapido Pedicure was $35. The next highest one was $43. My mom kept saying, I just want the basic. The woman pointed to the expensive side of the menu and said, "Don't you want this one instead?" and pointed to the second-highest option. She said, "No, all I want is my toenails cut. I don't even want polish." The nail tech said, "Oh, so maybe you want this option instead?" and pointed to the next tier down (still expensive). My mom said again, "No, I just want the basic one." At this point, I had to chime in and say, "She's boring. She doesn't want any nail polish or massage, just her nails clipped basically." The woman finally stopped and gave up. As for me, I decided to get the $43 pedicure, which is the one above the Rapido one. My nail tech also tried to swindle me. She said, "Don't you want to try the..." and tried to point to the more expensive side as well. I said, " No, I'm good. I want this one." She attempted a second time to point to another one that was expensive and said, "Are you sure you don't want this one? It's really worth it." I had to put my foot down and snap that menu closed. I know it is new and just opened, and based on the pictures I saw posted on social media, it looks promising. I booked an appointment for my mother and me around 11 AM on a Saturday. We showed up at 10:55 AM and didn't get seen until 11:22 PM. I found this a bit irritating, since what is the point of booking an appointment if you're not seen in a timely manner? In addition, it looks as if this place is understaffed. At most, there were seven employees working on clients when we arrived, and about three clients were waiting to be seen in addition to ourselves. Let's discuss the pros. First of all, the establishment is very beautiful. The room is beautifully decorated. They have exquisite decor and plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure stations. They have gorgeous chandeliers and bar stations where you can get drinks and snacks. Additionally, I was very pleasantly surprised by their selection of nail colors. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. If you are a plus-size individual or elderly, the pedicure stations may not be for you. My mother, being older and plus-size, had difficulty fitting into the chairs and stepping up onto the tall step to get into them. She informed me afterwards that she didn't really enjoy her experience since she was uncomfortable during most of it. Furthermore, she tried to tell her pedicurist not to dig into the corner of her nail bed, but he either ignored or misunderstood her request and contradicted her. As for me, I got a basic dip manicure, and my manicurist was interesting...I found him to be a bit unprofessional. First, he was complaining to me about a client he had just dealt with who hadn't even left the establishment. I understand sometimes you have to deal with bad clients, but I don't think it's appropriate to discuss them with other clients, and even while they're still in the same building. He also asked me about the previous nail salon I frequented, which he apparently had worked at before. He then continued ranting about how terrible that place was. Finally, he then tried to coerce me into writing a positive review on Google to get a, wait for it, free lotion pack. Oh, wow, how exciting! I finally realized in this moment that all those five-star reviews on Google were starting to make sense. Overall, my dip manicure was mediocre at best -- nothing to write home about. They have tons of service options and offer special touches - like a glass of champagne on purchases over $50 I got a simple gel manicure and the technician was so kind, talkative, and engaging. I didn't feel like she was rushing the process at all. She was meticulous. The manicure came with a hand massage (and not just the ""hand massage" that most salons advertise - this was a REAL, long, relaxing hand massage). The manicure ended with a paraffin wax treatment. Prior to this, I had never hear of a paraffin wax treatment, but boy was it something I'll never forget - it reminded me of dipping my finger in warm wax as a kid and peeling it off. The joy and satisfaction was just the same! Except this left my hand feeling soft and supple. It was also very fun to watch it get peeled off. It's been 5 1/2 weeks since I had my manicure done and it still looks perfect save the portion of my new nail that's grown in. I've never had a manicure (even a gel manicure) stay nice over 3 weeks, so I'm pretty excited about that. Money well spent!
