They denied me service because they thought I wouldn't pay because I was "In a bad mood"..... getting my nails done makes me happy like any other woman so other than the fact that I'm black and you assume that we're all angry... Worst place!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!! The first two times I got the nails dipped with SNS and was very pleased with the lasting results! Michelle did it the first time. The second time someone else. The nails grew out perfectly and the polish stayed put on the ends and even stayed very well on the bottom as they grew out! I came back after a month and someone else did them that time. After only a week the edges were coming off exposing my real nail and leaving four of them vulnerable to breaking. I immediately called and Michelle said they would fix those. I also washed my hair and the hair was catching under the bottoms of all the nails. This never happened before. When I came in Michelle was rude and said nothing to me while she redid the four nails, She then told me it was my nails curving while they grew and it was not their mistake. I told her my hair was catching and she shrugged it off. A few days later the side of a nail on the other hand was also peeling exposing the side of nail and leaving vulnerable to breakage. I went in today She refused me any service whatsoever! I will never give these people my good business again ! I know they talk against customer in their language. So sad to say this but I discovered today that both Michelle and Christine are prejudiced! They discriminate in their language towards anyone who is not Vietnamese ! They talk bad about their customers while the customers are seated right in front of them. They treat their American employees like trash and talk to them like scum of the earth in front of customers. If you want unsanitary paraffin baths come here, they will use the same wax over and over on people with sores, fungus and cuts on their feet and hands. Just watch as they take the plastic bag with paraffin that your feet or hands were just in and walk towards the back room with it as if it was going to be disposed of. If they were really going to dispose it why not do it in front of you? Also they do not properly sanitized those tools. Anything to save a buck that's their motto. If you want to risk your health or possibly getting a life-threatening illness from their dirty services, feel free to continue going there. So very sad to discover that racism and prejudice are so alive and kicking in the Asian/ Vietnamese community. read more

Called same day for an appointment for a fill on my lunch hour, Nicole was quick and did a great job. I even had time to spare to go visit a few local shops! Amazing place. Super clean and inviting! Always willing to take walk-ins and appointments. Biggest selection of SnS and colors. I've been to so many other places where they had the same five colors. Once I started going here I haven't gone anywhere else. Everyone here does such a wonderful job! The eyebrows are done with a combo of wax and threading which gives me the best shape possible. My nails last all the way to a month if I needed it to. They line the pedicures with a sanitary liner so no one has to worry about germs from someone else. And if you have a little one they even have a cute kid size pedi chair with hello kitty on it! Adorbs! Highly recommend! read more

I always try a place at least twice to determine if they are great or not. I had my nails, pedi and eyebrows done, both times I was highly disappointed! Inconsistent charges, appointment times not kept, location/salon was more of a "bargain" atmosphere. Techs were loud, unprofessional and at times difficult to understand. Ladies, I almost don't want you to know about "my" place because I love it so much, I don't want it to get too busy! I found this new shop on IG and they do everything well. I started with eyebrow threading and SNS. I NEVER get lift and my eyebrows look better than they ever have before. Then I discovered eyelashes. Oh, my! It's one of those things you don't realize you needed until after you try it for the first time. I exit looking 100% better every time. Everyone in the shop is wonderfully nice and I look forward to my bi weekly visits. read more

Love this place. I've been to over 4 nails salons in St. Cloud and was not satisfied. Either they over charged or the nails were not appealing. I must say this place check all the boxes for me. Super fast service. The workers are nice. They are true to price. My nail tech shared the price several times when I upgraded my nails. Some places try to hide the price from you so they can over charge but not here. They also are on top of the nail trends. I definitely will come back to this place. Super friendly. This place didn't work out for me. The technician had a difficult time with 2 of my fingers because she accidentally smeared them when checking if they were dry. It happened a few times and she kept correcting it by filing it a bit down and dipping it again numerous times. When she said I was done I was surprised because I had my nails clued to the underneath of my skin because she left a bunch of product under my nails. I had to ask her to clean it up but the owner was kind to fix her mistake because she was already working on another customer. The owner did make excuses for her technician and told me it was normal because my nails were short to have product underneath my nails and that with time, water will remove the rest of the product she couldn't take off. By the way, my nails weren't short before but the technician "evened" out my talons and went too heavy. The 2 particular nails that were "corrected" were left so thick, smeared, not smooth and I was bleeding around my ring finger. I asked for them to be fixed but I was told it can crack. They never apologized for my bleeding finger or my unsatisfied service. I will not be returning. Other than the excuses and results, the workers were nice, just wished I could have at least gotten an apology. read more

Polish change is over priced for toes and nails! The owner sits there and bashes the customers apparently she thinks others can't understand her. Not good customer service. read more

This nail place is amazing. Christine & Michelle are the best they are the only two who I will EVER trust with my eyebrows. I call them the eyebrows EXPERTS. I get my eyebrows threaded & tinted by Michelle but today I decided to do Microblading with christine. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows. This is seriously life changing. On Wednesday 5/15, I took my daughter to Michelle's nails for a mani pedi to get ready for her very first dance. Well I don't know where Michelle was , unfortunately my daughter was serviced by Amy who is apparently only a fan of single-color manicures. Amy only needed to explain there would be an upcharge for the additional colors my daughter requested, as money was no object on her special day. Instead we were humiliated as we learned what Vietnamese disappointment and ridicule sounded like in front of the many other patrons. PSA folks, either ask for Michelle herself or you'd better pick one color and stick with it unless you want the wrath of Amy unleashed upon you. Btw. My daughters services cost 70$ and mine 20$. I've only been here for my eyelashes. Prices are very reasonable, my sister had gotten her eye lashes done here & I saw the amazing result so I decided to go myself. Even though it was a different person, Michelle did my eyelashes, she was very nice & did an outstanding job. My lashes are long & look natural. She also did a blackhead removal facial on me that was very good. Within a few days one of my eye lashes started to lift so I then went back & Michelle was able to place it back steady into place without any issues or charge. I'm glad I found this place, i love it. Although I haven't tried any other service because I'm faithful to my nail lady, I would recommend to all my friends this place for their eyelashes! read more

My friend and I went to this salon last Tuesday 3/15/22. We were both trying a new place and had high expectations due to the reviews. As soon as we got there the main lady was rude right off the bat. While we were getting our nails prepped for a full set acrylics and a refill we showed her a simple design and asked if she could do it before hand. With her saying yes we were excited and told her the shape we had wanted. We both asked for coffin and a design, the lady I went to said $10 for some butterflies that she just stuck on. She gave my friend square nails after she said the charge was okay and still charged her for coffin. As for my friend she just wanted the tips painted and it was an extra $20 and it wasn't even close to the picture. I wouldn't have minded if she would've let us know it would be different but she didn't and we are highly disappointed. It is awful customer service, while we were sitting there getting our nails done a lady walked in and she didn't look at the lady she just told her to come back another day. The lady was super nice about it so there was no need for that. The lady doing my friends nails had her feet out which was disgusting. Within a week two nails fell off and the others came off the next day in full. We will not be returning for $50 refill and a $65 full set that was plain and not worth it. read more

I was looking for a nail salon that was closer to my house and I saw this one had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. Walked in and was quickly serviced: picked a color & sat down. A guy(didn't catch his name) came over and he proceeded to do ny nails. He was great, very attentive and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. My issue is not with him but what happened next. I don't know if it was because he was taking too long or what but this other lady came over and sorta argued with him and told him to do someone else's pedicure which was a total new experience for me and it seemed rude. He proceeded to tell me that she was going to help him with the top coat. I said that was okay, but this lady was so aggressive with putting on the nail polish as if the world was going to end. Then she went back to her seat and kept talking to other employees. No words exchanged or anything, just me thinking "what the heck?". Anyway, I let my nails dry for a few until she came back again, touched my nails and told me I was ready, rushing me out of my seat. I'm just uncomfortable right now and want to leave. At the register, I didn't catch the total at first and asked her to repeat it to which she responded with an "i'm annoyed right now" look and very slowly as if I was dumb told me the total. The guy that originally did my nails was great but I'll be going back to my usual place or will find another nail salon close to home where I won't feel as uncomfortable as I did here. I have been coming here for the past year since about 1 month after opening. They (Michelle and Christine) are nice, but everything seems rushed. It seems like its all about the money. Last year they actually seemed to build a relationship with each client which was really nice. A lot of new girls coming and going which mean they are not able to keep their staff happy. They are vey unprofessional. I walked in there, 2 people asked me what I need to get done. Not bad right, but can't tell which one bc everyone has mask on and they were all staring at me. One of them asked me if it's threading or waxed. I said waxed. They told me to go in the back, that's my first time. I walked back there and stood for a little bit. Another lady came and told me to sit down. When I sat, I asked her how much and what is the difference in price between threading and waxing. She screamed in her language to the 2 ladies across the room that greeted me earlier. One of them screamed at me back and asked me what do you need to get done? At this time I should have left. I told her all I want to know was the differences in price. I said I am still doing the waxing. Most people at the room started laughing. Very embarrassing. When I was done, I went, paid and told the lady that was very unprofessional. On top of that she didn't do a good job! I had to ask her twice to correct things. Ugh this place is not good. The lady that did my pedicure was ok but missed a lot of cuticles. A different lady did my full set with acrylics and I asked for a yellow ombré and it was the worst. They came out so ugly. I asked her how long she's been doing nails and she said 5 years!? Yeah right. She left all of the mess of acrylics under my nail that the lady that did my eyebrows had to help me out. My threaded eyebrows were great tho! I had my eyebrows done, a gel French manicure and gelpolish on my toenails. The only reason I didn't get a pedicure was lack of time on my part. The tech who did my eyebrows listened to what I wanted. She used a combination of waxing and threading and my eyebrows were perfect. Thank you. Another tech did my manicure. I was disappointed because 1. The table was still dirty from the last client, 2. the soaking water was cold, 3. she did not use cuticle cream, and 4. no lotion or massage at the end. However, the tech was friendly and quick. She did a wonderful job creating a French look on my nails and toes. She talked me into spending a few extra dollars to put gel polish on my toes since I was going to the beach in a few days and regular polish would probably peel off from the sand and water. Thank you for that. The only reason for not getting a pedicure was my limited time. The salon itself looks outdated, disheveled and dusty but it appeared that the tools were sanitized because they came in a sealed bag. The bathroom was unisex and although cluttered appeared clean enough. I felt the price was a little high since I really only got gel polish and eyebrows. Also make sure you bring cash if you want to tip the technicians. I had to go get cash and come back because they could not give cash back on my credit card. I almost didn't bother because of my limited time and the inconvenience. I will go back and make sure I get a pedicure next time. I would recommend this salon, but, ask what you are paying for first. With time they have only become more skilled and advanced and now Michelle has forged herself a successful career as a professional cosmetic technician with her own spa located in the heart of St. Cloud.
