I know it is new and just opened, and based on the pictures I saw posted on social media, it looks promising. I booked an appointment for my mother and me around 11 AM on a Saturday. We showed up at 10:55 AM and didn't get seen until 11:22 PM. I found this a bit irritating, since what is the point of booking an appointment if you're not seen in a timely manner? In addition, it looks as if this place is understaffed. At most, there were seven employees working on clients when we arrived, and about three clients were waiting to be seen in addition to ourselves. Let's discuss the pros. First of all, the establishment is very beautiful. The room is beautifully decorated. They have exquisite decor and plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure stations. They have gorgeous chandeliers and bar stations where you can get drinks and snacks. Additionally, I was very pleasantly surprised by their selection of nail colors. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. If you are a plus-size individual or elderly, the pedicure stations may not be for you. My mother, being older and plus-size, had difficulty fitting into the chairs and stepping up onto the tall step to get into them. She informed me afterwards that she didn't really enjoy her experience since she was uncomfortable during most of it. Furthermore, she tried to tell her pedicurist not to dig into the corner of her nail bed, but he either ignored or misunderstood her request and contradicted her. As for me, I got a basic dip manicure, and my manicurist was interesting...I found him to be a bit unprofessional. First, he was complaining to me about a client he had just dealt with who hadn't even left the establishment. I understand sometimes you have to deal with bad clients, but I don't think it's appropriate to discuss them with other clients, and even while they're still in the same building. He also asked me about the previous nail salon I frequented, which he apparently had worked at before. He then continued ranting about how terrible that place was. Finally, he then tried to coerce me into writing a positive review on Google to get a, wait for it, free lotion pack. Oh, wow, how exciting! I finally realized in this moment that all those five-star reviews on Google were starting to make sense. Overall, my dip manicure was mediocre at best -- nothing to write home about. I'm not a fan of establishments trying to push their clientele for positive reviews. It should come authentically -- good or bad. I probably won't be back

I usually get dip powder with extensions along with a basic pedicure, and I'm always happy with the results. They offer just about every nail service you can think of, along with a wide variety of pedicure options, so there's something for everyone whether you're stopping in for a quick refresh or a full pampering session. I tried to remain patient while my nails were redone multiple times, but the polish continued to bubble and crack. Even after several attempts, the final result was uneven, inconsistent, and did not match the colors I originally selected. The salon initially offered 10% off a future service, but that offer was withdrawn after I requested a refund for the $15 chrome upgrade that had not been done correctly. Because I had received a 5% cash discount on the original purchase, I was refunded only $14. Regardless of the calculation, the entire interaction felt frustrating after spending so much time trying to get the service corrected. Unfortunately, the problems continued after I left. The nails that had been repeatedly redone began cracking shortly afterward, and they felt noticeably thin from being worked on so many times. At that point, the service felt like a complete waste of both time and money. The most disappointing part was not simply that mistakes happened, but that multiple attempts to fix them still did not produce acceptable results. I also did not feel that the customer-service response appropriately reflected the amount of time I spent there or the poor final outcome. Based on the quality, durability, and handling of the situation, I would not return. I called 6 nail salons and none could accommodate us at the same time, totally understand. I called joy nails and they were so kind right off the bat and got us in within 30 minutes. The salon itself was beautiful and the atmosphere was so positive. The lady next to us was a returning customer as well and the banter with David was just hilarious. We requested a pedi for my uncle (his first time and he seemed to enjoy it!) My mom and I got fresh sets. I requested a new gel x set which meant soaking off my old set, then starting a fresh one. Because I had indents in my nails due to the previous set I got in Colorado, he told me it wouldn't be safe to do gel x and acrylic would be better. He executed my French tip perfectly and his wife did my mom's flower cat eye better than anyone she's ever been to. David also made a very good point, I'm in Florida now so nails are better. Unfortunately, the customer service was still an issue. After the salon provided me with the wrong total--and after my friend and I had already been overcharged--the owner followed me outside to my car, knocked on my window, and demanded an additional $5. The situation could have been resolved calmly inside the salon, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. No apology was offered for the billing confusion or the interaction afterward. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes matters. Between the premature chipping, inconsistent billing, and poor handling of my concerns, I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere.

Everyone is so friendly and fun and always cracking jokes when I'm getting my nails done the vibe is great and the nails always look perfect when I'm done. I've now done pink and white with Tony Quite a few few times and I'll continue to keep going back.
