Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Tammy, she's my favorite! Due to covid they have a new procedure in place. Face mask are required to enter and remain on during your whole visit, also once you enter they take your temperature and have you sign a paper basically saying that you acknowledge you have no symptoms. Its seem like a lot but I'm happy they are taking extra measures to keep customers safe. What makes this salon different than others is the time they spend on your mani and pedi. They take the time to make sure your cuticles are super clean without making them bleed and they take their time with the massages, I mean who doesn't love a good massage! My mom is definitely a regular here and for good reason, they are very detailed and affordable I what more can you ask for. Every time I'm in town I make sure to make an appointment. I've been here a couple of times and in my experience, it's better to go on a weekday, as it's extremely busy on weekends! The nail technicians are nice ladies, who will do your nails as you request. They know what they're doing. If you need to change it, they wont make a fuse about it. read more

A $25 pedicure ended up costing me $500. Went to this nail salon for a pedicure on March 22, 2022. The pedicure was a little painful because the nail technician was digging into the sides of my big toes. Since it had been two month since I had my last pedicure, I thought It was probable that I had a lot of build up that she needed to get out so I didn't pay much attention to it and let the nail technician go on with the pedicure. When she finished I thought she had done a decent job, I tipped her and went on about my day. Later that night I felt some discomfort in my right big toe. By the next morning my toe was swollen, red and I felt a lot of pain. I had an infection. Turns out the nail technician while she was digging into the sides on my toe, she made a bad cut, didn't cut the nail all the way and caused an ingrown toe nail. In the 29 years, I have always had perfectly healthy toes. I never had an ingrown toe nail in my life. This was the worst pain I have ever felt. I thought this ingrown would heal on its own, so I decided to some home remedies. I soaked my foot in hot water and epsom salt. Nothing helped my foot. The pain was so unbearable, I couldn't walk properly and the throbbing pain was waking me up at night. No amount of ibuprofen was helping. Seeing that it was not getting better, in fact it was getting worse and worse. I had to schedule and appointment with a podiatrist (Doctor that specializes in feet). They had to perform an ingrown toe nail surgery. They had inject my toe with anesthesia and cut the side on my toe nail off. This procedure cost me $500. I am now on an antibiotic treatment and currently healing. This was the worst experience I have ever had and to think I paid Decent nail salon for a pedicure only for them to cause and ingrown and a terrible infection. I urge you, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Really sweet techs and a great selection of polish but they are a few dollars more expensive than other nail places and have all of these ways to up charge your manicure. The nail samples have polishes on them that cost $10 more but aren't indicated that way. Especially since I have short nails it seemed a little steep but I have NEVER had a better cuticle trimming. My tech did a great job cleaning my nail beds and not making them bleed. Overall I was pretty happy as was my sister who went with me. We both chatted and had a good time with our respective nail technicians :) EDIT came back a few months later to have the worst nail experience ever. I got holo crime nails done with a nail powder and the technician had clearly NEVER done this before. In previous experiences I hadn't seen her so maybe she was new but you do NOT have a sample and say you can do something for a customer that you can't do. The nail powder was dabbed into my nail which I know isn't the way to apply them (should be buffed in) and her method yeilded patchy grainy holo nails. It's decent nails so get something simple and it'll be fine but don't ask them to do any more than a regular gel manicure read more

NOT WORTH IT! I had to continuously point out spots that the lady missed with her nail polish. To top it off, they kept pointing at my husband and making comments in Vietnamese... It was so extreme that at a certain point I had to ask her if she wanted to translate it for us since it was clear that they were talking about us. She looked at me and then looked away but at least they stopped. My nails look VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and she asked me so boldly for a tip after the service which I now regret giving to her. read more

I live close by so I decided to give it a try. Last Saturday I went for a manicure and pedicure $28.00 and by the entrance it says: "free french with pedicure" so I decided to make it french. The service was great, 5 min massage in each leg and I was happy with my nails. The place is not big and pretty like the one down the street but it's ok. For my surprise, when I go pay, they are charging me $33. Isn't french tip free with pedicure????? I was late so I didn't say a thing and in less then 24 hours my french tips were all messed up. Usually the nail polish will last 3-4 days, but I guess the nail polish was old or something because the next MORNING 3 nails were messed up and my toe nail as well. Lisa and Tammy are the two best there! They take their time in making sure your feet are on point. I get a gel mani and regular pedi and I feel like I'm walking on clouds every time I leave. Same day appts are hard to get for these two ladies but next day appts with these two are feasible. Prices are decent and the place is clean. Went in to fix my one broken in on my finger and asked if the shaped could be the same and my nail tech agreed to do so but at the end, my nail did not match the shape of my other nails and completely was rushed, rough, and instead of leaving with a coffin-shaped nail, I ended up with a bulky, thick, square-shaped nail. In Orlando, about to head out of town to New York for a wedding. I really, really want to get my nails done. Usually finding a good nail salon is hit or miss...and I decided to give this one a try. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. "Tina" was very good, very gentle, and pleasing to talk to. I didn't feel rushed, or hustled, or jostled just really taken care of. And my manicure and pedicure lasted more than just a few days. I've had several people comment on my nails even after taking all of my polish off. It was a decent mani/pedi...No pun intended on the name. My tech took her time on my feet, which needed some TLC. She put on the first coat of polish and then moved me to the manicure table and finished the toes in a very awkward position. They look okay but she missed a corner of a toenail and i don't think she would have if we had stayed in the pedicure chair. I got a gel manicure and it looks good. Not perfect and a couple stray little areas of nail polish. My tech got up to help a co-worker fix a zipper on something (don't ask- this lady was struggling with it the whole time I was there and kept interrupting the tech doing my nails...it was a little frustrating). My manicure was finished but a completely different person. No big deal- they look good and I'm satisfied, but it was kind of an strange situation all together. But $45 for a long involved pedicure and gel manicure so I'm not too upset. read more

I know your skin is red for maybe the rest of the day, but it stayed red for a week and bumpy :( On top of that, the hair already started growing back! Went to get my pedi done there. Although it was a Saturday, not even one customer. After I got my pedicure done, I realized why. They were horrible. The lady who set me down was NOT paying attention to what she was doing but what's going on outside in the parking lot. She totally ignored me or didn't understand what I wanted her to do. When she pulled out a large cheese grater, I knew I would never return there. What a babaric way to take care of rough skin. They scared me. read more
