I would leave 0 if I could. I will never go back there. It outrageous the cost they charged me. I told the girl when I first walked in with my Granddaughter 2 pedicures and a set of nails. No dipping, no gel, just paint. It cost 35.00 for each pedicure and 60.00 for nails???? That's outrageous. She said it was because my Granddaughter wanted them almond shape. Extremely rude! Will not be returning and I would not recommend this business to anyone I know. I took my daughter for a simple toe polish change. Something told me to ask to pay before they started painting and I'm glad I did! $20 EACH for only nail polish! I asked if they meant total or a piece and he confirmed that it was $20 a piece. I immediately asked them to stop the service and informed them we would be leaving to which an older gentleman who has zero manners replied "you should've asked the price before we started" in lieu of making a scene I left with my child. They tried to badger me into buying two gel pedicures to which I repeatedly declined so I guess the price hike was in opposition to me not buying the more expensive option. YOUR PRICES SHOULD BE POSTED, I never should've had to ask the price in the first place, so let's be clear on that! read more

My husband and I were regulars - getting pedicures every two weeks and then we stopped. They give the illusion of being sterile, however, we found that not to be the case when we both came down with toe fungus. New owners made the place look nice, however, when the old owners had it - never got toe fungus. I do not recommend at all. read more

I will never never ever go to the salon again it's a dump and they have no prices listed. The girl told me it's $15 for polish change. They charge me $20 when I got to the register to check out so I asked him they said no it's $20 I said where is your price list because online it says $15 not $20 they act like they I don't know English, and could not answer my question . I would not recommend this to anyone. Do not go there, it's a rip off. They don't know what they're doing. The only reason this is rated one star is because i have to give a rating. I have gone here a few times. The first few times they did a great job. The pedicures are always good. A few weeks back I went to get my nails done. I like to do the dip powder bc its thinner then acrylic. I also like my nails short. They did my nails correctly, however a few days later one of my nails cracked down the middle. Due to being busy with work I didn't have a chance to go in to get it fixed until a few days later. It was a simple crack that could be fixed with some glue. Maybe 2 minutes tops. When I went to the salon, every single person ignored me. Not once did they great me. Not once did they say a word, ask what I would like to get done. They looked at me several times and then spoke among themselves. I waited 15 minutes then left. I got my nail fixed somewhere else. I decided to give them one last try because I understand that businesses can have a bad day. People too. I went in today, and left in tears. Not only are my nails NOT what I asked for they look awful, uneven, and the technician hurt me. I told them I wanted to have my nails done with dip powder when I called to make an appointment. I told them again when I got there. I said it again as the technician asked my nail color. I also told her I wanted my nails trimmed down. It would make sense to trim the nail prior to putting any product on right? I asked her 2 times to do this, She said she would shorten later. And we will get to that. She then proceeded to use the dip color I wanted but apply it like an acrylic, which is ALWAYS too thick for me. I told her I wanted dip not acrylic. She sad it was don't worry. Once it was on I told her it was too thick. She said she would file. To shorten them she used a drill file to drill off the edge, however they are all uneven, and the "dip powder" was so thick that on one of my thumb it cracked much shorter and jagged. She tried to fix it. Kind of. In the process of butchering my thumb the drill burned the tip of my thumb. I pulled away, said owe, told her it wasnt okay. She said she would fix it. As she was filing my nails I pointed out that several of them were uneven, the tips were lopsided, and they were too thick. She just kept saying she would fix them. She didn't. I evened out what I could at home. I was so upset and frustrated that I just paid and left. Realized when I got in my car that I also had dip powder and glue all over my hands. Wide color selection for the dip, it was hard to choose! The technicians we had were sweet, but mine kind of went too hard with the nail drill. Nothing bad, just a warning. To whomever is reading this.. DO NOT COME HERE - The people here clearly do NOT care about the experience of going to a spa. When you go to a spa, it shouldn't feel like you're stepping into a hot tub in hell. When I went to get my pedicure today, the lady who warmed the water... certainly did something. She managed to burn my skin. I asked her to turn the heat down a bit, and yet it was STILL hot. The workers also go way to fast for this to be considered a peaceful experience. I went with my mother and it took my lady around 3 minuets to do everything. I looked over to see how far along my mom was, and she had just started. While she was getting her nails slowly filed and painted to perfection (well, as good as it gets in this place), I felt like I was getting my nails clipped off by a goat who hadn't touched grass in months. Now, if you want a good clean place, this would be decent. It's not that bad when you first walk in. But don't come here if you value how you look. So I went to this location with a friend. Just to try a new spot. The nail Tech that I had was upset from the start. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. She asked which pedicure I wanted. I said the $35. She said no, you need the $50. I said no, that's ok. I want the $35. She instantly got upset. I'm talking with my friend but I'm watching her also. This place is awful! They are so rude. The first time I went there a young man did my nails perfect. I asked for thin acrylic and he was very precise and caring perfectionist. The second time I went there it was terrible! I was insulted and I cry and I had to call the police. The owner of the place did a terrible job on my nails even after I asking nicely several times and how I want to her to get my nails done. She would ignore never look at me and continue doing a bad job and she's with say, "I am not done"! She hurt me multiple times even with the electrical instrument. She didn't care at all, but that is not the worst. The worst is that she hurt me multiple times and didn't even apologize, didn't say anything continue to be very rough. I had to say, oh please stop! I cannot have you continue doing my nails. And she said nobody else going to do my nails. So at that point I understood she was the owner. I suspected because she took some calls while she was doing my nails. She not only hurt me several time, she clue a lot of the sides of my nails, even though I've had ask her to take the excess of glue into please not glue the sides. She was so rude.Things escalate and she grabbed a tongue nail clipper, grabbed my hand and want to cut my nails or cut the half horrible job that she was doing.She yelled and it was very aggressive and I had to call the police the police. The technician did a really good job on my pedicure, but when it was too late, I noticed that she had reused her rubber gloves because they were inside out when she took them out of her kit. When the pedicure was over, she neatly folded them and put them back in her kit. That's really gross, especially with the bacteria that we always fear in nail salons. It's a shame, because I would like to return, but won't if they don't clean things up. read more

I went to several nail salons this day. One was belle nails on old winter garden which their wait time was an 1 hour. Next i went to Kim nails who told me they don't accept walk-ins. This nail salon is absolutely horrible. Let me start off by saying me and my friend walked in and asked if the wait was long. We were told no, and sat for about 20 mins. That is in fact a long wait. If it's over ten mins you should let the customer know that. The place was extremely dirty and had a bad odor. The nail polish selection was limited and not consisted of cheap brands unless of course you get gel. I don't use gel, I keep everything natural and always bring my own nail hardener. The instruments weren't sterilized after each patron either. FYI, we only stayed because my friends car was being fixed at pep boys and it was really cold outside so it was the easiest option. The pedicure chair was dirty and the massage was barely felt. The towel used at the end of the pedi stunk like mildew. The service in the building was terrible so I tried to connect to WiFi, I found the WiFi that said "Star Nails" and asked for the WiFi password. I was then told oh no we don't have WiFi. So I said oh that's funny I just found the WiFi that's names Star Nails, is that not this business. I was told yes but u can't use it it's for plug in only and the owner doesn't want to do it for cell phones. Ummm ok. We also had my friends kid there who wanted a bumble gum ball. After searching high and low I finally found him a quarter, well of course the machine ate the kids quarter with no gum in return. I tell him to just nicely tell the lady what happened so they can give him another quarter. She looked at him with a straight face and said it's not our machine, we don't get paid for it so I can't give u a quarter. A quarter ladies and gents... a quarter. He's 5 and it broke his heart in that moment, if I had another quarter or cash I would of let him try a different one but I didn't. I then got my mani after the pedi. Once the lady was almost done she proceeds to tell me about these two women who came in the Saturday before us that looked nice and were nice who ran out on their bill. I wasn't sure why she was telling me this at first until I realized she wouldn't be taking me by the door to dry my nails, no, she told me to stay at her station to dry. As if I would run out. Mind you my services cost a measly $30. Worst $30 I ever spent. Moral of the story this place is terrible and the owner needs to pay attention to their business because it's being run into the ground. The most horrible salon I've been to. It's dirty and the pedi chairs and towels are filthy. I never saw them sanitize the equipment. Also they are beyond rude. I never take time out of my day to write reviews but this place needs to be under new management. They never keep appointments and when Hanna did my nails she did them rushed and sloppy. I asked her to fix it and then she got attitude about it. I was not asking for anything extra just it done right. I still tipped because I did not want to be mean.
