She didn't remake the appointment for the next day or the day after... once she saw that her son had no issues... I never got the appointment.... she actually told me she was going to make it up to me and never did. So there's that, I drove for two hours. Then I realized that her work didn't last very long $100 set, gel overlay on natural nails, with one nail being fixed and a French design. I was late for my original nail appointment so I tipped 20. My nails didn't even last a full week before they started cracking at the sides because there was no Apex and they were too flat. When you do anything with your hands... with nails with no apex.... It causes them to bend at the sides where the apex should be. Now two weeks in 50% of the nails have needed to be fixed. I initially had to beg her... and call her restricted.... not to do me dirty and to actually fix my nails because when I angrily but respectfully brought my complaints to her, she decided that she wanted to block me, instead of fixing the problem, she has a no refund policy even if her work does not last.she did fix three nails, and the next day two more proceeded to bend. She does a pretty, clean nail. But if I can't get a month out of em..... I'm not $240 a month on nails rich. Pretty doesn't matter if they don't last. I am writing this review in hopes that she will actually redo my nails.. give them the proper apex... I'd be glad to update the review at that point. This isn't a problem I've had often.
