I told them i wanted a pedicure, i sat for over and hour waiting to be serviced, the lady doing my nails ran my pedicure water at 6:40pm, and she still wasn't even done with the client she had when i walked in the establishment. Both service providers were doing people from 5:45 till when I left at 7. They still wanted me to wait, after already waiting for over an hour! They were not communicating to me, they were slow and they were also not apologetic! I would not come back and wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there either! If I were able to leave 0 stars I would!

The French tips were crooked and uneven, the shaping was inconsistent, and several nails had visible bumps, dents, and divots in the acrylic. Some areas looked like the product wasn't properly smoothed out, leaving noticeable valleys and an overall unfinished appearance. What made it more frustrating was that only two days later, one of my nails started lifting. I went back hoping it would be properly corrected, but instead of removing the lifted acrylic and redoing the nail, they simply glued it down and sent me on my way. The lifting underneath was still there, so the issue was never actually fixed. A few days after that, the same nail completely came off. As a first-time client, this was not the experience I expected. For $50, I expected a basic level of care, proper application, and accountability when something clearly needed to be fixed. Mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled both during and after the service was what made this experience especially disappointing.

So this salon started calling at first, the first call I already said don't call anymore since she keep on looking for a name. Wrong number right? No biggie. I still received multiple calls and I just choose to ignore it. Now the worst part started is when they started texting. At first the text was about their salon. Most people that was involved on the group text .. kept on replying "stop" There's about 20 on that group text. I would received 4 different text group. This becomes annoying. Then the text becomes ugly, we're reeled into this drama about their employee named Maria. The owner included keep ok texting non-stop. I even texted the owner directly to stop doing this since it's really burdensome. First and foremost I didn't sign up to receive any text from this salon. 2nd I don't care about the issue in her business, therefore I shouldn't be receiving multiple text even late at night about their issues. I called the salon but the number can't accept anymore voicemail. i left VM already to stop this annoying text messages. Just today she still text now offering promos and stuff. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! I can't even make them stop. If I could give negative stars I really would. I'm a very supportive person to small business but this place is really bad.

But the main problem came down to the price. I got a regular gel manicure and a regular gel pedicure absolutely no designs or extensions or even nail trims nothing, just regular gel for both. What attracted me to try them was the sign they have advertised in the front.. "$20 gel manicure & $30 get pedicure" so in my head I'm like wow that's a great price, i will need to try them out. Yeah no. Too good to be true. When it was time to pay, the lady said "$80".. i was entirely confused because the sign advertises $50 for what i got done.... So i asked her what each thing costs and she said "oh no yeah it's $70".... I am not a confrontational person so in my mind I was just like "I'm going to pay and never come back here again".
