She came over to me and started to drill the HELL out of my natural nail(even though Tanya had JUST done all of that prep work). She even caused my cuticle to bleed, and of course my clean cuticles were now sandpaper. Tanya came back and finished my service. While I'm sitting there, a very rude customer came over asking if I was planning on tipping. She made it a point to tip Holly and loudly express some profane things my way. I will definitely not come back, and I advise others not to as well. Unfortunately, things seem to have gotten even worse.
