Not sure what crack everyone else is smoking to give this place more than 1 star... but this place is THEE worst nail salon I've ever been to. And I've been getting my nails done since a young girl - and I'm well past those years. The place is not welcoming. The people are not warm. Technician Certificates are not on display. I'm not even sure if their tools are sterile. Ugh! This place is not anywhere near affordable for what you get (I'm not one to say no to a higher price tag for quality). The male technician who did my nails way f*cking rude & mean. Even after I was visibly upset. He hurt me when using his tools. AND on top of that, he was moving my hands around like it was a rag doll. Very pushy. Lastly, even after getting gel polish the color was sticky & smudged. I immediately walked back in to get it fixed.. even though I'm still upset with the outcome of my nails. Some things you have to call a wash. I'm never coming back here. I went there with a friend to get powder nails. The woman kept insisting that my friend get acrylics. I kept saying no because they split it but the lady said she promises it's better. So, we found out later from another person that acrylic cost one and the nail lady gets more money or pay from selling a higher priced service. I am less than three days later one nails look in the house, house house and the nails were already tripping with the polish coming off I don't. She was so careful to wear gloves when washing the dishes. The manager was extremely rude and told us we could leave. Because he was not going to let them be fixed. I got a mani pedi here this afternoon. The pedicure was nice but the manicure was horrible . Unfortunately I had already paid and tipped . She did not wash my fingernail or shape my nails , I had to do it myself!!! They also did not have a finer grit nail file so my nails catch on stuff. No top coat . They couldn't wait for me to leave !! I had my manicure done in the pedicure chair so I didn't see until I got home that I still had dirt under my nails !!! I got pink and whites for my wedding thinking that I'd go back to regular polish after. It's been 3 years and I'm still going here to get my pink and whites every few weeks. I've tried other places, but most of them use a tool to create the arc of the white portion and it looks very unnatural. They are skilled nail techs that know how to use a brush to create gorgeous natural looking Pink and whites. While this may not be the most posh atmosphere, their staff is so sweet and they are clean and sanitary. (They use fresh tools that they pull from sealed packaging for pedicures) I'm super active so my mani/ pedis need to last. I usually can go 3 weeks before my next visit. Lyn has been a lifesaver with my busy schedule and has come I. Early and stayed late multiple times to fit me in. They go above and beyond. Overall, I highly recommend! read more

First time stopping in. Asked for eyebrow waxing. I was told to sit and wait, normal stuff. The nail tech had an older white woman in her chair and the client sat and talked about the news current events which had to do with blacks in general. She proceeded to "whisper" her opinions, so she thought. The same nail tech got up and asked me to follow her to the waxing room. She waxed my eyebrows and corrected (or tried) what I asked. She then finished, left me in the room and went back to her client. As I came out of the room and proceeded to the front, she gave some insults to the previous client about me. Both women looked my way, and quickly looked away as they noticed I saw everything. I will never go here again. I refuse to seek service somewhere that will make me feel uncomfortable. It seemed promising when they used all new files. But, that was literally the only good thing I can say. My 8 yo gives a better massage when we play spa day. The nail polish was all over my toes, granted she did go back after and clean up with remover. Which burned terribly after she cut me and I bled in several places. But that was nothing compared to my friend's toes. She was almost in tears during the entire process. Her toes were crooked and looked like bubbles. They attempted to fix them. This was the worst nail salon I've ever been to. As soon as I walked through the door the employees were arguing. Then as I'm sitting in the chair he keeps talking the nails off and putting them back on, which took forever and I didn't even have time to fully dry my nails because they rushed me out of the door. I spent $45 for acrylic nails that were supper thin and broke within a few days while doing regular tasks like showering and cooking. Then when I called them to get my nails fixed they tried to charge me for fixing the horrible job that they did. Honestly I went back to my regular nail salon and got a whole full set redone. Don't go to this place. Their equipment is not sanitized properly. Had an infection in my big toe that landed me in the doctor's office needing antibiotics. Plain alcohol, iodine and antibacterial cream didn't work.. Also, they're savages when it comes to taking out ingrown nails. Get ready to grab on to the chair. read more

Evidently the gel didn't cure (I wondered why they sent me to the pedi chair before the curing light went off), because within hours, every single nail had crackle lines through them!! I went to queen nails on 10/03/14 to get my eyebrows waxed. They told me to sit, two other women came in after me one got seated right away, the other was sitting with me . Tech came over to me and said she would be with me in 5 mins. then took the other lady for her pedi. I thought she was going to get her started then come do my eyebrows, not so lucking. She started her pedi. and just left me sitting there.. So rude, I am a customer also and if it was going to be such a long wait they should have said so.. they made me feel that walk ins are not welcome !!!. I left and went around the corner to eden nail salon.. They were busy also but got right in, they were so nice and kim did an awesome job on my eyebrows..
