Found this nail salon by random. Upon entering the ladies were super welcoming and briefed me about the services offered. Tina did a great job doing my pedicure . No cuts or hard scrubs. Super patient with me with the last minute color request and little fixes by my OCD self. My manicure was random by color but turned out great. Paid more than I wanted to.. but worth it in the end. This is my usually spot to come to. I've been out of town for 5 months and after coming back home and to this jail salon I must say they have are terrible place to come! Lady greeted me & pointed me towards chairs. She was slightly rude, & over thought it. She began cutting my nails, cuticles she cut me twice. Cut me with the hard feet scrubber on the side of my ankle. & slamming my feet and treating me roughly. Service is terrible. Never stepping foot in here! I'm so upset I had a bad pedicure when this is suppose to be a time to relax. Thanks for nothing. Zero stars if I could. read more

The service is horrible, I've experienced it 3 times. The acrylic doesn't even last 3 days, it starts to peel off. The gel polish only lasts 2 days and starts to swell. And the staff made at you for tips . I have no problem with it, but you need a little satisfaction. You ask for a service, they do what they want. It's not a good place, it's a waste of time and money. Don't go there. read more

Oh my goodness, the lady that did my nails did an absolute terrible job. A true train wreck! In addition to cutting me and me having to repeatedly remind her that she couldn't continue to file that nail as I was BLEEDING!!!! I honestly couldn't get out of there fast enough. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. All I asked for was a classic french...The most basic,has been around for ages, nail job. Let's just say what I received was... not that. Also the color is chipping it's been less than two hours since I left! IT WAS NOT CHEAP! I asked for a French with SNS powder but I think she used acrylic and said it was powder... I repeatedly asked her if this was color powder not acrylic which she replied yes. I let it go thinking maybe there was a new technique or something,as I have not done acrylic before, boy was I wrong. Please save your money and save your time and do not give yourself a headache. Honestly they are money hungry women. Don't get me wrong they are very laid back for the most part Even offer a glass of free wine. Except the lady in chair 5 always seems either drunk or out of it And carless. They charged $65 for a manicure that consisted of no maintenance just removing old nail and doing overlay.She didn't soak my nails or massage and charge $5 extra to cut my cuticle and threw cuticle oil in last minute. Simply did an overlay and that's it. When you ask questions to clarify what your service consist of they get agitated.Asked for brow wax She rushed on my eyebrows and cut my eyelid. She was on the phone the entire time she did my service. The more I go back the worst the service is. I won't be going back. read more

Do not go here to get your nails done. I just left and had the worst experience. I walked in asking for a fill in, and a lady in glasses took me. She asked what color I wanted and I said a brown (hoping she would show me the options they had), instead she just went on with filing my nails. I thought okay, maybe she'll show me some later. But, she didn't. She went and picked out a pink color and I asked her, is that pink? And she said no, even though it clearly was. I then told her that I wanted brown and she brought back 2 sets of color rings to choose from which only had 1 brown color on them. I then asked her if I could get the brown color that was next to me on the wall in which she said no with no explanation as to why. I ended up picking a royal blue color, but when she was filing my nails I asked for them to be cut down just a little bit. Instead of taking off a little bit and asking if I wanted more off, she drilled down until they were basically nubs. For inference, the picture with my purple nails is the length I went in there having and the blue is what I left with. Next, when filing my nails she filed then so hard that it cut my finger (also pictured). Finally, when putting the top coat on my nails she didn't even bother to clean up the edges so I have blue on my skin. I was trying to give this woman the benefit of the doubt but it just kept getting worse as the session went on. I will NOT be back. read more

The worst manicure I've ever had. The master tore off the old coating, it's inappropriate. It hurts, damage your own nails. Master do not sterile instruments, didn't make nice shape of my nails, didn't ask me how long I'd like to have my nails. Be honest it looks ugly. I had different shape, she without asking made strong square shape. All the time she was on her phone, talking with someone and do not pay attention at all. Nasty place with unprofessional stuff. They charged me $50 for 2 undercover bling nails and 10 diamonds (1 on each finger)The best part of my experience was Vivian doing my facial ‍ she was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable. She was the best I'm so upset about my nails right now not only because I have to wear these for 2 weeks but because this place is so close and convenient to my house and they are really good at what they do. I visited LVT Nails for the first time March 1st to get my nails done getting ready for my vacation. Let me tell you about Mimi; she was fantastic. When I arrived she greeted me and offered a drink. While doing my nails made small and was super gentle with my hands. I had a really bad cut in my thumb really close to the nail and was really scared I was going to bleed or get hurt but no, Mimi was amazing. Service was really good. Definitely will be back to get a pedicure hopefully with Mimi. For reference, I don't know anything about prices but I paid $40 + $8 tip for white ombre coffin nails medium length. read more

If I could give a zero rating I would. This place is horrible. THEY DO NOT CARE at all. I came and got a full set on Sunday. The next day two nails were already broken and cracked. When I came to fix them, one nail technician only fixed one and simply put a bandage on the other nail. I had go back 30 mins later CAUSE IT BROKE AGAIN!! I go back to fix it, another technician comes and tries to fix it and does a complete wrong size Ann's wrong shape. I'm asked for it to be like my other nail and I'm being told to wait 30 more mins. Let me start by saying I have given them so much business my mother my two bestfriends we all come here but everytime something is wrong with my nails then when I come back I have to pay for THEIR MISTAKES! the first time my nails had bubbles alllll in the GEL paint and she tried to blame me which makes no sense cause I didn't even leave the salon ! Second time my nails weren't even properly shaped i always get coffin and my nails were legit waves on the side when I tell you I sat and cried and still had to leave With my nails looking like complete trash !!! I come back because its convenient for me close to my house I could walk but this is the last time I pay for my nails and NOT like them !!! So I came yesterday and I told the lady I didn't like the color at all she kept painting I'm so tired of fussing with them so I left it alone I came the next day because my nails once again had waves on the side instead of being coffin and I told the manager the situation an she stillllll made me pay for a color change which wasn't fair cause even the lady told her i told her I didn't like the color . Absolutely unacceptable!! Trash nails !!! I will say they're very homey but when PAYING for service it should be done right and listen to your customer the first time .
