Pedicures are a bit more expensive but it's because it's what a deluxe pedicure would be anywhere else. We love the clean and fancy feel to this nail salon. I love that they have very transparent pricing and you can tell them exactly what you want without any up-selling or pressure to do something different. We came here originally because they are one of the few places around that offer (or at least advertised) that they have children's services. They treated my daughter like royalty and she got the exact same treatment on her toes and fingers that they give adults. We have been other places that skimped on the kids service because they are kids. The ladies here went all out making her feel special. $45 for a kids mani/padi is a great price too! It was my own fault for not checking the card, but they showed no consideration for me as a regular customer. I was told that I had essentially thrown $45 in the trash, even though the money remains in their account. I find that inconsiderate. I've never seen a gift card with an expiration date before. Oh well--I lost $45 once, but they lost two customers, and naturally, I won't be recommending them anymore!

When I told her I do not want to come back in, especially since another hair stylist told me how unblended my hair was, she was just rude and continuously said "come in". The coloring was only supposed to be at the bottom of my hair, but it covered my whole head of hair. I stated I did not want the dye near my roots, due to not wanting to mess up the natural red hair I have, the dye went all the way up. Some streaks darker than others, was supposed to be a dark red but came out a dark brown, and the hair is shorter in the back than it is in the front.

During my first visit, I paid approximately $60, including tip, for a gel refill. Within only two days, several nails had chipped and the polish began peeling. When I returned to have them corrected, the response was dismissive, and I was told that the color was simply "supposed to do that." I did not feel that the quality of the service matched the price, nor was the issue handled professionally. Despite that experience, I later decided to give the salon another chance. Unfortunately, the customer service was still an issue. After the salon provided me with the wrong total--and after my friend and I had already been overcharged--the owner followed me outside to my car, knocked on my window, and demanded an additional $5. The situation could have been resolved calmly inside the salon, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. No apology was offered for the billing confusion or the interaction afterward. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes matters. Between the premature chipping, inconsistent billing, and poor handling of my concerns, I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere.
