Came to visit Orlando, Florida from California and stopped by this nail salon while I was in the area. Located in the Walmart Supercenter parking lot with ample parking. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by the manager Susan with a huge smile and treated like royalty. Even though I didn't have an appointment she was able to squeeze me in right away for a spa manicure and pedicure with gel on both my fingers and toes. The facility itself is very beautiful and looks as if newly remodeled. Everything was super clean and spotless. My nail tech Lena was wonderful and she even helped my indecisive self pick a shade of pink. She took time to paint three coats of gel to help make the color pop. Overall had an excellent experience and will definitely stop by again the next time I come to visit. read more

As far as size, decor and cleanliness goes, this place gets a 5 star review. However, on results a solid 1 star. I went here for a basic manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The pedicure was fine, all the bells and whistles as expected (though I have paid much less than $45 for exact same thing), but the manicure....well....that's another story. The following day polish on 2 nails had already chipped. And I had not done yard work, or anything manual, not even washing dishes! By day three, I noticed 6 of my 10 cuticles were in bad shape. Isn't a manicure supposed to fix them, not cause issues? I only had one raggedy cuticle before going and it was now torn. I have never had that happen and not even sure how it could cause that, or if it was somehow a coincidence. I normally only have one, or at the most two, raggedy (in need of my cuticle trimmer) cuticles. read more

This is one of my favorite nail spas of all time! The staff is warm & friendly. They greet you immediately upon entry. The salon is spacious and very clean. The chandeliers are beautiful. My pedicure tech was Kelly and she was the sweetest! She took so much time to make sure that my feet got the proper care. Their chairs have leg rests! Omg! I've NEVER seen this at a nail spa. Not even in Georgia. So when they're doing the callus remover, instead of holding your leg in mid air, you can gently rest your calves so that your feet get that extra bit of tlc. My nail tech was rude, did not speak enough English to do her job & didn't try to get help or use a translators. When my thumb nails didn't cure properly she huffed loudly and made it clear she did not want to redo them. The cherry on top of this experience was that she was on the phone or FaceTime through our whole appointment. Very disappointed. Been going to this nail salon for a year and never had an issue. I asked for a pink/blue ombré with foil and got something completely different. Some of my nails are crooked, it's messy, there's acrylic over the roots of my nails and onto my skin. I went to try to correct my nails and the lady in the front pretty much told me that it's my fault that I don't like the color, and she sees nothing wrong with my nails and if I wanted them to fix my nails they were going to charge me full price. When I originally got these done when I got to my car I noticed bubbles in 6 of my nails and had to have them redone, took some extra time but they fixed it so I was fine with it, but at the end They give you the option or regular polish or gel on your dip....Within 2 days, the gel coat on my nails (which they charge you more for) was chipping off....one week later I had to get them removed they looked soo bad. I came here on the recommendation of my neighbors, who raved about the salon, but after the experience I had, I'll never return. To begin with, the nail tech who I had made an appointment with was working on her own feet when I arrived, which I found very unsanitary and unprofessional. Although she was pleasant, she did a somewhat sloppy job with my gel manicure, leaving a much larger than needed gap between my cuticles and the gel polish. There were also spots where the polish was noticeably thicker than others because she hadn't applied it evenhandedly. Furthermore, the salon doesn't carry OPI gel polish, which for me is a deal breaker, because it's the only gel polish that lasts on my nails. As to be expected, the manicure began to chip within two days, and when I went back for a refund, was shown a sign posted on the register that said they do not offer refunds, but will fix a manicure if you return within three days of your initial visit. If a nail salon feels the need to make that their policy, that tells me they must have a pervasive issue with individuals unhappy with their manicures. I obviously didn't want another manicure with the same sub par polish, so I left. Save yourself $40 and go somewhere else. read more
