This place was disappointing... i was so excited to get my nails here for the first time but it was just a disappointment. The service went okay, I'll get it to it more later in this review. But the main problem came down to the price. I got a regular gel manicure and a regular gel pedicure absolutely no designs or extensions or even nail trims nothing, just regular gel for both. What attracted me to try them was the sign they have advertised in the front.. "$20 gel manicure & $30 get pedicure" so in my head I'm like wow that's a great price, i will need to try them out. Yeah no. Too good to be true. When it was time to pay, the lady said "$80".. i was entirely confused because the sign advertises $50 for what i got done.... So i asked her what each thing costs and she said "oh no yeah it's $70".... I am not a confrontational person so in my mind I was just like "I'm going to pay and never come back here again". That was so aggravating. I was not prepared to pay that much. I probably should have been more assertive. And the quality of my nails and the job she did was VERY lack luster. My nails came out very dull not shiny how gel is supposed to be and when she was doing my pedicure she very poorly "massaged" them for less than a minute each tbh. I'm just so upset :/ i really wanted to like this place. And i am not one to bash a business but it's hard not to write a review when i was very blatantly lied to. I am a very easy going person who does not do any fancy thing on their nails. I just go and get plain gel colors and call it a day. If you come here, ask about the prices before they start. Have them be very clear and upfront got what everything costs. Do not wait until the end. A business does not survive on dishonesty. read more

I went today to do my nails. And they change the price based on the person. They offer prices displayed on the window that they do not honor it. The lady accomplished her job by rushing my pedicure, and my hand nails were ok. Also, the bad habit to speak at all times the native language making the customer uncomfortable. This place is good, whenever I go I always go to the gentleman in the back. He does them very well and he talks to you, which is wonderful well to me it is because I don't want to be there just sitting in awkward silence. - The place is always clean and tidy. For $28 for a mani-pedi, you cannot beat this place. I've been coming here for 5 years and the professionalism and cleanliness is top notch. This is an ok salon. I don't have much to say because because I only came here for one service which was to wax my eyebrows. They have like a little section where they also sell plenty of china made things like jewelry, and kids toys. I don't feel like the lady did the best job though because when i was in the room the other lady in the front desk announced that they had another customer that wanted to get her eyebrows waxed as well so I could really tell she rushed to get me out of the room. Also, she did not speak English so it was hard to communicate with her. So... I will continue trying to find a good salon in Orlando. read more

First time at this salon and was satisfied :) the workers didn't speak English well but we communicated fine. The place is very clean and smells nice. Immediately after walking in and choosing my color they got started on my nails. (Didn't even have to sit down) The only reason I'm giving the review a 3 is because the worker was a little rough while doing my nails. (Acrylics). I'm not very experienced in getting acrylics but I don't think it was necessary to make me bleed at the edge of my nails. The scratch healed though and the nails are still looking fabulous :) I would not mind going back. read more

I love this place! I come here for the mani-pedi special, and get my eyebrows done too! I have to come here for eyebrows whatever wax they use or how the girl does it, it's less painful than threading. I've gotten both manis and acrylic nails done here never with an issue or complaint. They have the cutest like pedi chair for young girls making it special for them, which is a nice touch. read more

At first, I really didn't know what to expect. The people there were very laid back, like they didn't really make the customers comfortable because they don't even talk to you and don't pay attention to you at all. They did the nails fast and they know how to work well but the nails where uneven and they even painted my nails really messy. We had to pay a price of $45 just to get my acrylics and paint them, I personally think, this is one of the worst salons I have gone to. The man who did my nails treated me very cold. read more

My wife and daughter just had a facial wax. The worker was so good. She made me and my daughter felt at ease. She was so friendly. My daughter was a bit nervous at first but the worker was so good with her. After the wax, our faces felt so silky and smooth. I will definitely come back. read more

This nail salon is decent, clean, and wait time is usually reasonable but the customer service is horrible... when I had an issue about my nail breaking because they made my nails to thin when I got them reshaped from square to stiletto.. I explained why it broke and kept the piece of nail to show how paper thin it was. They just looked at me as if I was stupid.. I had no problem with paying to fix it.. but I got nothing from them.. not a sorry or yes I understand they are to thin.. just a blank expression... it's just a inconvenience that I had to take more time to come fix something that should've never broke in the world 1st place...and no apology... just them speaking to eachother in their language that I can't understand which is another thing I find extremely rude... if u can, which most of them can speak English.. u should definitely try to make the attempt to speak back... rude ended rude read more

I've been going here for a very long time and ever since I got my nails done somewhere else for my moms wedding because i wanted them more lavish than what they could provide I've felt uncomfortable. I felt as if they were talking about me and my nails because they have never seen my natural nails that long. I stopped going to them for a while bc every time I would get my nails done they would break. This time I went bc it was right there. I came in picked my color. Then they had my sit down in the chair for about 15 mins before someone came and sat down. And the one who sat down to do my hair is the managers sister. She cannot do nails. Every time she has done my nails I've had to have someone else fix it. She did my pedicure and I'm usually not to picky on who does my feet. But I had to get the acrylic replaced on my big toe and when she finished it looked awful. The paint job was awful. On one of my toes was half painted. And then she didn't push the toe dividers all the way back which messed up the polish. She tried to have me sit in her chair I was like no. I want someone else to do my nails bc she jacked up my feet and I want someone to fix them. So the next nail tech I wanted had an appointment. Then the next one after that she fixed my toes. Took the polish off, fixed the acrylic, filed them correctly and repolished them. I was very unhappy with the amount of time I spent there and mind you I had to wait for the lady to eat before she did my nails. Final outcome I am pleased but it should not take all that to get them the way I wanted. read more

Have been going here over 2 yrs; girls are all very friendly, pedicures are excellent; never any wait time, always professional. I have been all over Orlando for pedicures, and they are like a production line, but here, you are one on one and never rushed. Would recommend them to everyone I know. I have seen the girls do manicures, eyebrows, etc. and have never heard a complaint from anyone in all the times I have been in there.
