Top quality nail salon. Reasonable prices, friendly staff and clean salon. Enjoyable experience

I had seen good reviews and this place is closer to my house than the place I normally go so I decided to give it a try. There was only one other patron when I arrived. The tech started removing my gel nail polish and another patron arrived; I was told that someone else would finish my manicure. I really hate when I feel like my service isn't important enough (read: expensive) to finish and I hate getting handed off to someone else. Regardless, a young girl came out of the back to finish my nails. It seemed pretty clear she would rather be doing something else, but unfortunately she got stuck finishing my manicure. She did a sloppy job of removing the old nail polish which is visible under the new color. The polish was thick and she painted several nails before decided to thin it. Overall my nails looked uneven and were not the quality I expect when I pay for a manicure. read more

Milan Nails Spa - This is a photo of my valentine nails! Sweet - Nail Salons Near Me - Orlando, Florida

I started coming to Milan nail spa 2020 every time traveling to orland, always coming to see lyn ,there's been time that other nail tech take care of me , I was a loyal costumer , but today i had it , Yesterday I went to get my service as usual And since they were busy I end up getting my service with another nail tech , The lady was very polite but with not enough experience, I got a gell manicure , I think she did ok with the job , but the following day I noticed that my gell were lifting and had like bubbles, the following day I went back to Milan nail spa so they could fix , lyn was taking care of me , at the end of the service I noticed that my nails look the same and I explain to her that when that happened is because the gell is contaminated and she ignored me and say is ok ,, I got frustrated and told her to removed the work (gell) . I ask her to used another color and she said she couldn't do the whole new work because I didnt pay her , because I pay the other nail tech for the job , now where is the manager to handle this issue? I left without my nail done, sad that I lost $40 dollars .. confused, fustratEd, I ask her for the manager or owner she disnt know .. after , they Lost a loyal costumer from another state , I felt disappointed... Never again ! read more

Milan Nails Spa - This is my lost $40 and no gell manicure Bad costumer service, after paying my money - Nail Salons Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Tried them a few times. First time was horrible. The gel manicure was clumpy and chipped in 2 days. Came again to fix them and the job was slightly better. Gave them one last try a few weeks ago with a pedicure. For Gel it was over $50!?! (Not including my tip) The job was done well but I've never paid so much for a gel manicure. I gave them three chances because it was a local place for me but will no longer be a repeat customer. read more

My first time at this nail salon and I'm absolutely in love! Very beautifully decorated and high quality massage chairs. I was especially impressed with all of their safety measures considering the Covid-19. I had a dip manicure and a pedicure. read more

This salon is pathetic. The quality is trash and there's no professionalism from the management. There's a man that works there always lurking in the background doing nothing. Only there to troll customers for not carrying cash to tip. If you don't have cash to tip, he will yell at you for it (not my fault they lack technology allowing people to tip with their credit card). Sorry, it's 2021, get with the times.. also, why tip for awful quality? read more

Everyone was very nice and accommodating but the quality of workmanship is just not there. I am used to immaculate work and these toes look like I did them myself. What is even more upsetting is they are gel so I have to stare at them for a while. She didn't even use the tool and outline with nail polish remover to give it a great presentation of a line around the cuticle. Will not be back. read more

Tried this place a few times. Each time the service was sub par for manicure. I had chipping with gel polish 1-2 days after. My first manicure came out very clumpy. I will say they have always done a good job at pedicures. If you are looking only for a pedicure this could be a good place for you. read more

Kent was phenomenal. My nails look absolutely amazing. It was my birthday and Kent took his time for my mani and pedi. He even suggested different styles but unfortunately I like basic nails. Maybe one day I'll be super adventurous. I was watching rupauls drank race while getting my nails done and somehow it was casted to the TV. I was the only one in the nail salon on my birthday watching my favorite show. I'm so thankful for Kent and the team. They are amazing. read more

I convinced my husband to go for his 2nd pedicure this past Saturday October 4th and he suggested going to this new business within walking distance. I doubt I will get him to another pedicure because this was even the worst experience for me. The man who did my pedicure was in a hurry and cut 2 toes back to back on my right foot with the cuticle trimmers, which drew blood. I should have left at that moment, but instead told him to slow down because I was not in a hurry. He continued more slowly and didn't cut any more toes. This is Tuesday and both of my toes hurt and have visible wounds. My husband has a long abrasion on the bottom of his foot from the tool used to file his foot and looks infected now. He is using antibiotic cream. I did get an apology at the end but no offer to reduce the cost. Worst polish job I've ever had too. Maybe try the female staff member who looked like she was doing a good job with the customer next to me. I won't be back. That's probably why we were not offered a discount for poor service. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and a pampering service. read more

Worst experience at a nail salon I've ever had. My friend and i went together and not only did they do a terrible low quality job, they were incredibly rude. Right off the bat they seemed annoyed with us being there. My friend explained what she wanted and showed a picture of nails with simple colors and a cute Christmas themed design. The guy doing her nails painted them and told her she was done. When she pointed out that she wanted the designs as well he yelled at her and told her "i didn't know what you want you just kept talk talk talking" then proceeded to tell her he would do it because he "likes money". when she asked for another layer for one of her nails to match the others he exaggerated that she was going to start asking for 1000 layer... the woman doing my nails was also rude and yelled at me when i told her i couldn't hear her. So over the top rude and not quality work at all. Save your time and money and go someplace else. read more

I just walked in, sat down for a pedicure and two nail techs are arguing accusing each other of shoving they other out of the way while trying to grab a towel. The manager is just sitting listening and says nothing. Super awkward. My nail tech is "nice" but hasn't said anything and was the one who shoved the other nail tech. A terrible first experience. I should have read the reviews before coming here. Won't be surprised if my nails are terrible. My review is solely based off of terrible customer service. read more

I had the most uncomfortable experience at Milan Nails. One technician was not wearing gloves or a mask, and was drinking red wine walking around the salon. He then proceeded to do his friends nails while drinking. He was speaking in a loud volume and was incredibly inappropriate with what he was saying. It took everything in me not to say something! I couldn't wait to be done. I will not return to this salon. read more

Lovely people, lovely salon, but only a fair gel manicure: rough edges, polish not covering whole nail. Pedicure worse.

Very nice place Clean yes I do mean Clean and if you want to go to this place you will go to sleep and relax excellent place
