This is truly my go-to spot in the Winter Park area! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Kiki is absolutely amazing--a consistent favorite of mine. Anytime I've had a concern, he goes above and beyond to address it promptly, effectively, and always with a smile, which makes the experience even better. The quality of service here is unmatched. My go-to is a gel manicure, and they always deliver beautifully--perfectly shaped, long-lasting, and flawless every time. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the salon is; it's clear they prioritize their clients' comfort and safety. If you're looking for a reliable place with exceptional service, this is it! read more

Update: Kiki, the owner, reached out to me and fully redid my nails for no charge. They came out so spectacular, completely night and day from how they were. Cleaned my nails properly, took the time to explain how the entire service worked, and showed other nail techs how bad my nails were before and what to do to prevent them from happening again. Will 100% be coming back to him! Can not recommend enough going here! Worst experience. No cuticle cutting, no hot towels, they didn't even have me WASH MY HANDS. Asked for black tips and look at what a mess they are. read more

I came to get my nails done here after another experience at a nail place! It was fine but it wasn't great. I wanted dip but the dip didn't match with the color at the end so they did gel. Gel was fine but I don't know, I think it was alright but I want better. This place just wasn't for me. The real reason I gave them three stars was because I explained my nails were sensitive because I just had them done so they hadn't recovered. I'm going to ask my next place to use the nail file because they shaved a lot of my natural nail that my nail bed was becoming soft. Customer service was alright, we weren't offered any drinks, but it was good. They kept asking me if everything was fine so that was cool. read more

I've been coming here since I moved to the area, so nearly two years. They are professional and do amazing nails! I make appointments but they try to accommodate walk ins. They always have a good movie playing (Hunger Games, Jurassic Park, etc) & one tv show. They also give you a quick shoulder massage after you get your manicure that really elevates the experience. They also give out loyalty cards. I recommend! read more

I've been getting my nails done at Posh for about 2 years. They always do such a good job, everything is very clean and they are very nice. Sometimes nail salons can feel rushed and this one does not give off that vibe. There are so many colors to choose from and they have everything from regular polish to glittery sns. They always do awesome nail art and there are sometimes some adorable pups there! Sydney and Miso are the cutest little pups. I will forever be a customer of posh! read more

While waiting for my boyfriend to get out of class I debated getting my nails done tonight, because it's always a hit or miss when trying somewhere new, as this was my first time at Posh. I'm glad I decided for it because I think I found my new best friend in Kris. Fantastic gel manicure and a beautiful conversation. Came in feeling raggedy with my chipped nails and (admittedly) bad mood and left feeling brand new with my crisp manicure paired with a refreshing conversation. They are the only nail salon opened before 11 Am on Sunday's in the area! That is a HUGE PLUS! considering the fact that I wanted to get my daughter's nails done earlier in the day. I like this place it was clean and interior was pretty dope. Both of my daughters had manis and pedis done. The staff handled them with care and professionalism. I've been to nail salons on the weekend where it felt like they were rushing, but not here they took their time and made sure everything was done to perfection. read more

Coco is the absolute best! I have small nail beds and am really picky with my nail techs. She is amazing and so good at gel sets. I chose one red color and didn't like it and wouldn't give up until I found the perfect shade. On top of it all, it was pouring outside and Coco insisted on walking me out to my car with an umbrella over my head and ran back in, sacrificing getting herself wet too!! I found it...my new nail salon! My goodness, what a gem. Everything is so clean and beautiful inside not to mention the staff is extremely friendly. They accept walk ins, but if you make an appointment it is helpful. I decided to walk in on a Sunday around 2:30, the manicure stations were busy while the pedicure chairs were empty. I went just for a pedicure which worked out great for me. After about 20 minutes of me being there more people came in for pedis and it became busy quite quickly. Annie helped with my pedicure, and she was so sweet. She kept good conversation, however by no means was she overbearing. We talked about travel and work, it was a refreshing conversation. I chose the spa pedicure which includes callus remover with orange exfoliation and orange lotion leg and foot massage. This was $30 and WELL worth it. My feet and legs have never felt so soft not to mention how delicious the orange scent is. Annie paid great attention to detail, my polish came out perfect, I mean PERFECT. The massage she gave was heavenly, I've never felt more relaxed. I'm thankful this salon is within walking distance to my home, however I would have no problem driving out of my way to get pampered here. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in need of a new nail salon. read more

If you're looking for an attentive, relaxing experience- this is NOT THE PLACE. Zero stars should be an option. It was clear they didn't give a damn about their customers while they played with an employee's dog the entire time I was there. The worst mani/pedi experience ever. I used to come to this salon pretty regularly because it was close to my work. It's one of the nicer looking ones inside, clean, aesthetically pleasing. The staff is hit or miss and it's either super busy or not at all. I thought they did a good job for a while but as time went on, my acrylics were chipping quickly, not lasting the 2 weeks, and I always felt like they rushed and tried to upsell me. So I stopped coming here. Came today because I had time to kill before meeting some friends at Ethos. BIG MISTAKE! I believe my nail techs name was Ken. It took an hour and a half for a fill with gel because apparently he didn't like how my usual place did them so he decided to 'fix them'. He was supe harsh with the drill with no regards for the fact that I havee feeling in my fingers. He hit my skin several times. He was MESSSSYYY and there was acrylic dried all over my fingers. Every time he touched my hands, it was sticky. I was peeling acrylic off the hand he wasn't doing almost the whole time. Then before polishing he decided to go under my thumb and get the dried acrylic mess. So he is digging at it with his fingernails. I pull away because it hurts. He says "I got it" and goes back in. At this point I'm bleeding and furious. He continues doing my nails. They end up extremely uneven, lumpy, not straight, etc. It's overall bad. So I point it out. He goes on about how it's the thick polish and how he had to fix the last job and my favorite "I didn't know you wanted them straight" because, obviously people come wanting crooked nails. I was in a hurry and didn't have time for him to fix them. Nor did I really want him too because he's rude, abrasive, and bad at his job. I ended up making an appointment to go back tomorrow to get them fixed. Which means I now have to drive out of my way and waste who knows how long for him to hopefully do them right this time. Needless to say, I'm NEVER coming back here and DO NOT recommend. It's a shame because some of the girls are nice, but the few bad apples have ruined it for me. read more

This is my go to nail place. I've been going for some time now and I constantly get complimented on how good my nails look. I will say I have a go-to tech and that's she really the only person I trust because she takes her time and the quality of her work is excellent. If I can't see her, there's another tech I'll see but that's it. I've had bad service before so I stay clear of certain techs. I've referred plenty of my friends to the tech I see and they all love her as well. I do the SNS dip nails and they usually last me four weeks without any cracking or chipping. Besides the growth that's apparent over time, they always look so good! read more

It's a cute place, affordable, however I would have gladly spent more to have a good job done. My nails were shaped crocked. The right side was fine, the left side was higher and pointed. When I pointed it out to the tech, I was told I was wrong and it would look right once painted. He wasn't listening so I just said fine. Needless to say, it looks straight if I cock my hand to the left...LoL Maybe they could try holding up the nail and double checking the work before contradicting a customer's concerns. read more

I had to ask when I could return and they hesitantly said 2pm. I don't go anywhere I feel unwanted and definitely don't spend my money with businesses that can't even muster kinda greetings/customer service. Kiki is THE BEST in all of Winter Park. I used to work down the street & would always use my lunch break to get my nails done- he always made sure that I was never a minute late back to work. He is also the master of DIP. I previously had a few bad experience with uneven/super thick/bumpy dip nails & he convinced me to give it another go. So happy I did because he is awesome. I have since moved almost 40 minutes away but I will still make the drive to Winter Park because we all know how hard good nail techs are to find. Thank you Kiki & your team! read more

This is by far the worst nail salon in all of Orlando. The owner is rude and ignorant. I was a regular customer and had a manicure and pedicure done every 2 weeks. I left my sneakers there while rushing out after a pedicure and the owner had them thrown away. When I called to ask her about it she said " it's not my fault, bye " and hung up on me. The sad part is she is probably wearing my $150 Brooks sneakers. I would not support a business owner like this. There are plenty of other salons. I acknowledge I left my sneakers there by accident but I never imagined they would be thrown away by the owner. read more

I used to love coming here. I came here yesterday and wanted a pedicure, along with SNS dip for my manicure. I knew going in that my nails on my hands were short, but I made it a point to ask the nail tech (male) if they were too short to do SNS. He assured me no, and proceeded to start the process. During the process, he was applying the dip very unevenly, leaving bumps all over my nails. When I stated to him that it didn't look right, he spent the next 45 minutes or so sanding them down to look only slightly better. Then he said to me that the color won't match the color on my toes, which was what I wanted in the first place. In order to fix this, he began to apply gel polish to not only match my toes, but to make up for the poor work he had done on my nails. My pedicure was alright, but if you look at the nails closely, the paint job is still uneven. I sat with the man from start to finish over 2.5 hours and I am so unhappy with the work that was done. He completely wasted my time. I left the salon without paying for the manicure because it was so bad, and the manager didn't even reassure me that it was a poor job on their end. Not only were my nails awful, there were stains and glue on my skin at the tips of my fingers. Just awful! I will never be going back. read more

The owner (boss lady!) is also such a gem--very kind, approachable, and she has this fun, lighthearted personality that reminds me of Graycen's humor. As a new resident to Winter Park and someone who has worked in salons for years - Posh really does a great job if you can find the tech that works for you. I've been helped by at least 4 different techs - some of which I wasn't a fan of (but I didn't give up and I'm happy I didn't). Coco is skilled and works quick. For a pedicure and dip, I'm always out within 1 1/2 hrs without jeopardizing quality. I'm very particular about shape and filing of the nails and she never misses. My dip has lasted upwards to 3 weeks on several occasions. A little bonus, they also add in a shoulder massage with all services which is always a treat. I'm someone who loves convenience as well - appointments are very easy to make and I've even walked in multiple times with no issue. Overall, the staff are very kind and welcoming. The salon is small and they might not have all the newest up to date things, but it's really the service that keeps me coming back. read more
