Wow wow wow am i so impressed & grateful for this spot! My 10 year old loves to get her nails done, but we always find she receives lower quality service than an adult. I was never bothered by it for the many years we've been trying new places.. until Central showed me what amazing equal service looks like! They not only greeted me, but slso my daughter. Was so bright & excited to do her nails. They chatted with her the entire time, & even played little word games together that was on the tv. They took time to explain the process, & offered thrir suggestions, but also were open to my daughter's preferences. They trusted her to follow instructions just like an adult (like using the sink). Also their color choices were vast & stunning. They have the neat magnetic cats eye polishes amongst them. The studio was very clean & spa-like. I would not go here!! Its always one who makes you NOT want to return!! There's a man there who was so rude to me. I couldn't make my appointment because I got sick and was admitted to the hospital. so the next time I came in he fussed at me saying he lost money because I didn't call to cancel! Well I told him anytime a client is late 15 mins you suppose to take your next person. He said he waited for me 30 mins! I told him that's your fault not mines!! DONT GO HERE!! it was barbaric! i went in to have an outgrown set of acrylics removed. lady started prying then off with TWEEZERS. two nails came off after a bit of painful tugging and then the third nail she tried hurt SO SEVERELY i had to pull my hand away. she tried to take my hand back to continue but i walked out! i went to Angel nails (same plaza) and they properly buffed then down and used acetone and foils to remove them with care. you can tell which hand was done properly and which one was ripped and torn by this salon. absolutely never going back read more

Since this place went through a renovation it hasn't been the same. No pictures back up, no pricing board, prices went up & some of the good technicians are gone. I've had a manicure with one of the gentleman and he was rough and cut me. I had a pedicure with the other gentleman and it was so underwhelming. This was my first time at this place and by far the worst pedicure i have ever gotten! The mature man that did my pedicure did not listen to what I requested. I've been going to this particular shop for about 8 years now... There is a low rate of turnover for the nail techs, which is great, so you can always count on your favorite person to work on your nails! The pricing seems to be on par with other nail shops in the area. Sometimes the prices seem to change a little in either direction, but I never say much as it all evens out in the end. This is a full service shop that does manicures, pedicures, fake nails, waxing and facials. Recently they upgraded all of the pedicure chairs, so they are super comfy and the chair massage is really nice. Credit cards are accepted, but the techs prefer to receive their tips in cash. Walk-ins are no problem, but you may have a little bit of a wait. read more

It's really horrible experience. I just want them to remove my gel polish. The manicurist didn't look my nail when she used nailfile. She kept talking with other manicurist! All of my fingers was scratched by nailfile! And they didn't disinfect their nail tools！ While she was going to remove my polish, her husband came in and they started to quarrel!! I really can't believe it! Her husband is drunk! I don't know vietnamese so I don't know what they were quarreling or whether I should call 911! The manicurist kept quarreling with her husband and her husband just stand near by me!They almost fight! She still worked on my nails and used her nail to scratch my gel polish! They even didn't remove my polish completely in the end! When I checked, the manicurist swiped my card and ask me how much tips I want to give! I can't believe she think she is worthy for tips!! Meh, it's ok I guess. I'm basing this review off of the pedicure service I received. I find their pedicure prices in particular to be excessive. The cheapest one starting at $27. I would think that for that price I would be at least getting a foot massage too which I did receive but lasted less than a minute. Most places offer to scrape the dead skin off your heels but they didn't do that either. The lady was nice and I appreciated that, but long story short, nothing here will compel me to want to come back anytime soon. read more

I spent $50 today and I was livid. Got a half ass mani and pedi. The nail tech Cac painted my nails different shades of nude, I walk out and notice the difference. I go back in and she starts speaking in Vietnamese which I feel is rude especially when a customer is upset about something. The nail tech didn't even out my nails when she did the manicure, every nail was a different length. When I explain why she didn't even them out she stated "they too short" she's always rushing through her work and ends up with a half ass job. I asked for a 10min massage, while giving me the massage a lady walks in to get her nail polish changed, so she rushed through that and I got a half ass 7min massage instead of 10. I ended up walking out with out my nails uncolored and they didn't even care. I will never go to this place again and waste my time and money. Horrible! read more

The girl that did my feet should have not done them. I wanted try acrylic on my toes to try something different. First off, she didn't know the difference between gel or regular polish. I chose gel but she kept asking. She also asked if I wanted acrylic and I said yes. She goes to out in the acrylic and it took her forever to shape it. After about 10-15 minutes of her trying to file and drill the acrylic into shape, I just said "if it's not going to work out right, then just take it off." One of the other ladies there came to help fix it I assume. When she finished the First Lady came back and continued to drill, then cut my skin, which I didn't notice until after she put some type of acetone on my toes. Then she was about to paint my toes without putting the acrylic on my other big toe. I love as already mad enough so that almost had my losing my cool. But I just replied saying "yes". She then had the second come back to finish my pedicure. She just put acrylic on my toe like she was just trying to get me out of the salon and finished up and did my eyebrows. She charged me the right price but I refuse to pay for something that wasn't done right and in the process, cut my skin. The second lady refunded me the price of the acrylic and did not tip. I've been here before and I usually pay full price and tip. I've never had this problem until today so I'm even more upset. In the picture I provided, you can clearly tell both toes were different and not because of my toe or even toenail shape. Then my mother told me her manicure was rushed. I always get attention as soon I cross the door... Mai is excellent and she always do my nails in the way that I like it. Hanna is so attentive and she take care good of me (she does my pedi) even if somebody else is doing instead of her, she is always asking if everything is ok. Omg, I don't even know where to start. I am very upset, I should have stayed with my daughters. I Trusted that they all were professional. Long story short, I payed 80$ for my both daughters to have their gel nail remove and polish. I told them that these nail needed to be soak off. They did a horrible job on my daughters' nail. I would leave zero stars if I could. My friend and I witnessed the extremely rude and unfair treatment of a customer right when we were sat. A Spanish speaking woman was tying to communicate that the polish they had put on her $30 pedicure was too clear, her nail tech rudely shouted while rolling her eyes "I don't speak Spanish" and then asked me rudely and clearly annoyed, if I spoke Spanish, simply because I'm brunette. I responded that it was obvious she wasn't happy with how clear her pedicure nail polish was. The poor woman was obviously embarrassed and was apologizing, to which the nail tech was still obviously disgruntled and arguing with her about the color. The nail tech then slapped on another color without removing the first one, and sent the poor embarrassed woman on her way. This irritated me to no end, it was clear what that customer was insinuating, the nail tech did not have to get so nasty and irritated with her. Then while my friend and I are sitting in horror getting ready for our pedicures, we're handed a pamphlet. The pricing went from $27-$50. We chose the pedicure for $27 as it was cheapest, but still pretty expensive. As we're sitting there I glance at their pricing board and realize it says "pedicure $22". We made a comment about how their prices are incorrect on the board to which they responded "oh that's for a regular pedicure this is a special treatment with product". The "product" was lotion, aka what's expected when getting a pedicure..?! They are extremely rude and deceitful with their pricing. Not only that, my nail tech cut my skin because she was doing a sloppy job. Seriously the WORST experience I have ever had at a salon. read more

I don't recommend this place at all. It was my first time getting dipping powder at another location and it was time for them to removed so I just went to my local nail salon cause I was lazy to drive to the first nail salon (it's 25 minutes away, while my local is 5 minutes away). I wish I drove it because the lady who removed my dipping powder was so rough. She was using the spinner tool thing various times on my nails leaving them so weak and dull. She kept insisting me getting dipping powder again but honestly the way she treated me, I was like no thanks. She lost my business. I'm guessing maybe that's why she was rough or maybe that's how she is. I went back to the 25 minute salon to get dipping powder and when it was time to remove I went back. What a difference! They used pure acetone then gently removed what was left. Same process so I'm not sure why this location was so rough when it can me done well without damaging my nails. read more
