Went there for the first time today. Such a nice man and woman that accommodate all needs. I got a pedicure and a polish change on my nails and it was great! Not too pricey either! Definitely recommend!

5 stars for the collection of reds. They carry my favorite DND polishes. My manicurist was Tina. She took extra time with my natural nails and I really appreciate the care she demonstrated. The salon itself could use a few renovations. Perhaps it was mostly the lighting but it feels a little dingy. With that considered I still give nail spa five stars for the outstanding service.

Well... first I didn't think I was going to be in this salon for 2 an half hours. I only thought I would been in there for an hour max. I got a soak out for 10 dollars and then my acrylics were 100!!! I walked out paying 115! For soak off she pried the nails off of my right hand while soaking the left hand after she soaked one hand she pried those off and cut me and my pinky nail. After that I went to get my set and she completely ignored it then said it was going to be 100 with all the diamonds and two colors which was ok with me at first. Then I only got one color and two diamonds in totally and was still charged the full amount. There is multiple places that are messed up and these were not worth 115 dollars. The shape is not the best and I asked her to adjust them multiple times. I ended up just trying to get out of there and paying as fast as I can because I had to go to work and I didn't want to be late. I'm so extremely disappointed.

I loved my experience here! The atmosphere is most of a homey and warm feel and all of the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took their time with their services and provided such high quality service. Will recommend and plan on returning :)

I came here based on good Google reviews and now I'm writing my own good one. I never knew this place was here but glad I know now. Family run, English speaking, clean, nicely decorated and full service salon. Prices are good, deluxe pedicure is well worth it for a longer massage. Basic pedicure is $25, deluxe is $35. Owners are friendly and accommodating. I would return :-) read more

Finally found someplace in the Orlando area where I feel as well cared for as the nail place I had in Jax (Venetian Nail Spa.) I like the in-joke of the name, as in "NOT another nail spa" and there is literally one right around the corner. I like this place because it has a small, friendly staff (about four tops when I've visited) and they have good attention to detail. Manicure services, including an acrylic "fill", include a hot towel and hand massage, and I'm always asked if I want something to drink. A bonus, and not really their responsibility, but the other patrons have always been pleasant also. They're on the corner of Fairbanks and Edgewater in a strip plaza, Shoppes of Fairview. Rates are comparable to other places I've tried around town... and they offer a frequent visitor card with discounts on 6th and 12th visit. read more

I love love love coming here!!!! I tried once going to another place in town because it was more convenient for me that day and instantly regretted it. Small family run business and I feel like a part of their family! Everyone does a tremendous job. My nails always look fabulous, I get lots of compliments and they last for 2-3 weeks (gel polish) There is usually only 2 or 3 people working at a time so I'd highly recommend calling and asking what time to come in. They are very good about even getting you in day of but it's not the place to just walk in and hope someone can see you (but I feel like this makes them better anyway because they're paying attention to you and not rushing to get to the next person waiting). Side note- some of the older reviews are from the previous owner. I came here for that owner also and didn't have any issues but this new family is great!!!!! read more

I've been coming here for a few months and never had a complaint. Today I went and got a young girl who was awful. She huffed and puffed the whole time she was giving me my pedicure. She went so fast she painted my toes along with my toe nails and didn't care to clean it up. She was unprofessional which is no surprise in people under the age of 25 but she seemed extremely inexperienced. She scraped my feet so hard with the equipment it hurt. The nail tech next to her had to continuously help her. This is a no frills place, it's pretty down and dirty, which I am fine with. But you have to be able to provide the basic service that you offer. Not sure if I will return but if I do I will make sure to run if they assign me the young member of their staff. read more

Jessica and Tony are the owners of this place. Jessica was another nail salon back in '08 and when she opened up shop,i made sure to follow her even thought it is not part of my route. I did this b/c she i am very indecisisve w/ my colors and she is patient and tries different colors. She greets everyone that comes thru the door- most by name. The rest of the staff is awesome, pleasant, and attentive. I've tried other salons and each time i do, i wonder why i even bother. i love this place and will continue to give them my money as long as they continue to provide superb customer service. cant say enough good things but go try them out! you wont regret it. read more

Every time I travel for work, I must reward myself with a trip to the spa or a trip to get my mani's and pedi's done. I only picked this place because it closed later than many others. After a hard day of work, I felt extremely relaxed, and my nails and toes were beautifully done! No pain whatever. The staff were extremely nice (even though they did ask me the typical questions "Are you Vietnamese?" etc.), which I did not mind. And lastly, the prices were extremely affordable! Convenient location with ample parking. I would come back next time I visit the Orlando area! read more

Pedicure ($20) was fine. Gel french manicure ($30) was a disaster. Cuticles not trimmed. Nails not filed (they were left uneven). Regular polish, rather than gel, was used for the white tips leaving me with a chipped nail on day two and another on day three- much too soon when having a gel manicure. Employees not proficient with their credit card payment system- difficult to leave tip via credit card for someone not carrying cash. Not going to return. read more

Enjoyed this salon before new management, now I love it! I was stuck in my old ways with gel polish manicures, however the nail tech did an amazing job explaining how much better the dip powder was for my nails. Decided to go with the dip powder and I can say for the price, and benefits I will never go back to gel polish!
