I can't say enough *amazing things* about Two Chic Beautique! Honestly, I'd rather gatekeep this information (to keep it from getting too busy hehe) but it would be wrong to not scream from the mountain tops about this place! The vibes are pink cuteness overload, instant zen feeling when you walk through the doors. Everyone is super friendly and always offers a smile and assistance! They consistently offer water or champagne every visit and I'd suggest you say "hello no H2O" and go with the champagne because they 100% always have it served in cute glassware and themed for the season. It really completes the experience! From what I've heard everyone here is incredible but I am a loyal #1 fan to Fi, since the minute I met him I never gone anywhere else (2 years plus now!). He is always consistently delivering gorgeous nails in any shape you desire. He takes such precious care of your nails that you can rest assured they aren't getting damaged and are only getting stronger. Wow- 5 Stars for the new salon against which I'll now compare all future salons. Two Chic opened in the old COAL spot across from the old Dandelion spot (Kaya will be there soon). So much change! But change is good, judging by this salon. The moment you walk in, you'll know how much effort has been put into making this a super customer-centric, comfortable space. It appears large (for a relatively small building!) and full of natural light. You're greeted and asked if you'd like a water of champagne with a popsicle in the glass. Yes, plz!! I have been going to Fi, a fantastic nail technician and artist who has ruined me for all other nail techs. He does flawless work and is always so gentle with my hands (no bloody cuticles here!). Besides that, he can create any number of intricate designs, and didn't bat an eye when I asked for him to paint a monstera leaf on my ring fingernail. He did it by hand and everyone was convinced it was a sticker because it was so delicate and perfect. Finally, gotta love a well-maintained and stocked bathroom! I loved the cart in the bathroom with all kinds of wipes and feminine products. They also do waxing services and lashes, so I imagine these come in handy for patrons. I have never been very good at those makeup things and I have been waiting forever until I feel comfortable and confident about how my eyebrows should look. I felt that the technicians became testy and unwelcoming. At first, it was just one person who left a bad taste in my mouth. However, over time others developed a very sour attitude. I'm not sure what changed. The services are not inexpensive. I did not mind because the quality of the work was impeccable. But why pay good money to be made to feel like an annoyance? I was in awe of all the detail put into the space. There are gold and penny copper accents, beautiful statement walls, and motivational messages hanging in frames! I have requested an appointment and I was denied without any reason. When i asked about it, they gave no answer but instead requested I pay a 50% deposit. This establishment seems to be very discriminatory based on appearance. It truly was a disappointing experience to be denied an appointment due to my appearance.
