I strongly advise anyone from going to this shop. I stopped by for a quick fill and file down after the shop I normally go to did not have availability. I keep up with my nails but at the top my natural nail and acrylic were separating. I told the lady I wanted a trim and fill. She proceeded to rip two *very strong* nails off of my fingers with a plastic tip. After confronting her and telling her it was ripping my actual nail off the guy (Micheal I think his name was) chimed in and said it wasn't damaging my nails- she continued to drill down another nail she thought needed fixing but at this point burned my nail with the drill. At this point my nails were sore. She stopped working on me and told me the other guy would work on me. While he was working on my nails he kept using dirty instruments and used nail files and kept telling me "I am a grown woman" and asking when I was going to have kids making it a very uncomfortable conversation. They charged me $50 for a fill and charged to take off the 3 nails (that keep in mind did not need to be taken off) I then had to go home and fix the nails because they were crooked, not evenly painted and not all the same length. 0/10 would return read more

Went in to get 2 broken SNS nails fixed. I did not want a new set. The man who I'm assuming is the owner told me to take a seat and I explained that I only wanted the 2 nails fixed. He said he understood then proceeded to redo all my nails...he did a new SNS French set in 45 minutes which is great but a week later I have 3 nails who have already came off and the rest are chipping. $50 for a new SNS set is fine as long as the quality is good...not coming off a week later. so to start off, i had a set already on, instead of soaking it off he literally ripped them off with a nail tip that had clearly been used multiple times with tweezer. then when he started prepping my nail with the drill he cut me multiple times and had a super nasty attitude when i moved my hand away. i was then charged 75 bucks and he explicitly asked me for a tip which i wasn't really planning on leaving because he ripped off my nails and cut me. the only reason i'm giving it two stars is bc my nails look pretty similar to the inspo picture i had read more

Michael is the manager there and has done my nails a few times. I called to make an appointment twice with V who is excellent. Both times he was not ready for my appointment. I had a 330 appointment and came in at 3:25 and he had just started on another person's pedicure. Michael told me to just sit and wait. Another time I made an appointment for 4 PM and I got there at 4pm. Michael told me he thought I made the appointment for 330 which was not true. The point of having an appointment is so that you don't have to wait a long time. This is a cookie-cutter place that takes anyone who walks in no matter if you have an appt. or not.. I expect a few things when I get my nails done: good hygiene, a nice application of polish, and good prep that does not cause me to bleed. Unfortunately, this salon only acheived one thing (barely). I don't want to go back, ever. I would not recommend this place. The pedicure itself was nice but they do not have a drying station with the cure lamp, just little fans. The tech cut my cuticles for my manicure so deep that they bled, then dropped the towel on the floor and reused it, dropped the tools on the floor and used them without cleaning them. They used the same dremel sander on multiple patrons without cleaning it. My manicure has a large gap between the polish and my cuticle so it looks like they are grown out already. The pedicure polish is all over the skin around the nails on some toes. I felt so anxious and I just wanted to leave. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand. read more

Perfect Nails definitely does not live up to it's name! Worst manicure I've ever had. It took forever because they were almost out of the topcoat and hunted for 15 minutes and never found another one. Because of that my nail finish is bumpy and uneven, as the polish was so thick. They don't have a smooth finish. They look like my 4 year old granddaughter did them. Will not recommend and won't ever go back. read more

I visited in January to get my nails done by Michael and it turned out to be a disaster. While he was working on my nails one of his regular customers walks in. He stops working on my nails and immediately sits with her to do her nails. He then comes back to me but wait! he stopped again and goes to the pedicure station, dips both hands in dirty feet water to unclog the station.... Without washing or drying his hands he comes back to me and starts working on my nails again... I didn't make such a big fuss because I knew I was going to wash my hands I just wanted to leave already... 2 days later I returned because one of my nails had fungus green fungus!! He started talking in his language with his coworkers which I found extremely rude. He fixed my nail and I leave. Another two days later I noticed fungus in my ring finger nail. NEVER AGAIN! Totally do not recommend!!! They also want tips but cash only! They got nerves! read more

I've been doing my nails for two years at this place. Today I went, and Michael started doing my nails, just because I asked him to cut a little bit more he said: let me do my job, and after that 2 minutes he switched to another employee. It was rude just because of that it my last day doing my nails at this place. Keep in mind it doesn't matter how many years a customer have been doing nails go to your place 'make you respect them as always be your first customer to keep them. read more

My daughter and I went in to get mani's as a special treat for the holidays. The wait was fine and staff was friendly. I was "assigned" to an older gentleman who was extremely rude. I asked for a glittery accent nail using a product I own myself and use often, he said you would not be able to see it on my nail so I told him I would do it myself at home. The phone rang a couple of times and other staff answered and took care of clients. After the second time he picked up the handset turn it on and set it down essentially leaving the phone off of the hook so no one would be able to call in. The final straw was three of my cuticles were bleeding and he brushed it off like no problem. By the next day the polished had come of off 6 of my nails....my daughters lasted a week (same exact color from the same exact bottle)!!! read more

I decided to stop by here and get an eyebrow wax because they are located next door to the tanning salon I go to. I told the lady specifically that I want to keep them thick and only clean them up. I've been to probably 30 different salons by now and my eyebrows have never turned out this awful. She took half of my eyebrows off and the shape is terrible. I didn't want to make a fuss as I had a long day of work and wanted to get home. I even tipped her because I'm not one to stiff and she looked like she had a baby bump. I have an appointment to have permanent makeup done on my eyebrows because of how bad they look. Due to this experience, I will never randomly walk into a salon to have my eyebrows cleaned up. This lady should not be allowed anywhere near wax. Not sure what type of business they are running if they can't have someone properly wax. I fully regret not complaining. I saw a similar review on Google from 4 years ago and the customer had the same experience as me. When she brought it to the lady's attention, she argued with her, so it would have been a waste of time. There are at least 10 other salons in Altamonte Springs that you'd be better off going to. read more

I've been all over the place since i moved from longwood looking for quality like here. My acrylics never fell off, my pedicures always looked perfect, their pink and white always looked so natural, and they were always friendly and not to mention it's the cheapest you can find. Last i went it was only 25 for pink and white set, though they may have increased the price for that. read more
