Great first experience here today at Boutique for a pedicure right before the Memorial Day holiday. I arrived around lunchtime and waited only a moment or two before I was directed to a chair with a bin already filled with water to soak my tootsies. My technician was very sweet and she worked very efficiently. That is actually my preference when it comes to pedicures - I don't want to have to sit in a chair for 45 minutes if I don't have to. The guy spent 2 hours scraping builder gel off my nails and he got pissed that I didn't tell him sooner so he huffed and puffed when I apologized multiple times I had that on my nails and he still repeated to me you should have told me. "Now it take longer". Just by that I was disrespected and my gel manicure was rushed, again which brings up always make an appointment and let them know what's on your nails. And another note, my mom enjoys her pedicures because of the leg massage, that didn't happen either. Don't recommend the men, they're terrible. Never returning. read more

Our nail techs were warm and inviting, and the people sitting next to us were so nice to chat with as we got pedis. The girl who did my nails Emily was great, friendly, gentle, funny. No problem there. The price was $10 more than online, and they charge for shaping the nails. The girl next to me was getting her shaped almond shape and her girl did one hand and said we charge for shaping, girl said well you did one hand so you have to do other now and I guess I have to pay, but I didnt pay attention as I was getting my square round, nothing fancy. So I go to pay and it $10 more than online price and $5. for shaping. Was alittle surprised by the shaping charge, what do yu have to have done for no charge? I was super happy to find this location that did a great job with my nails! I was able to walk right in and picked out my polish colors. I felt the price was very reasonable for gel nails. I had gone to Boutique Nails many years ago. Then they got new owners, and I went elsewhere. I decided to try it again since it is so convenient to where I live. I was very disappointed. Not knowing who to ask for, I got a young man (not the owner). I asked for the Spa Pedicure. Well, nothing was added to the water when soaking my feet...my callouses were not worked on, there was NO leg massage (which is my favorite thing when I get a pedi.) And here it is, 2 days later, and my polish is chipping and my nails are getting caught on my slippers. I don't really like to give a poor review, but I was not happy at all. I went To this place for the first time today and got a fill, all my nails were uneven although I asked for a simple design something any nail tech should be able to do i was also charged 50$ for a fill and I didn't even get gel I asked for coffin shaped nails and I feel like there more square. This cozy nail salon had just opened 4wks prior to my first visit. I chose it initially because it's very close to my house. No wait to be seen, prices comparable to rest of salons and very clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. They have a flat screen TV with movies while you get your services done. I love my pedicures and the way my nails look each time. Nail technician did not introduce herself, say her name, or talk to me. She spoke on the phone the entire time. The color was not what I requested, and the length was much shorter than what I asked for. When I asked about the length she mentioned she thought it was perfect. Easy to make appt. Pedicure and paint job were pretty decent. Prices are a little on higher end. Deluxe pedicure is $35, then rest are all $50-55. Only issue was no flexibility with substitutes in pedicure packages. I wanted to change my mom foot mud mask for the paraffin. They said could just pay extra $20 for it! The package she got was already $55 (called Royal treatment). My Massage part was mild-mid pressure but good and long enough. Also, My girl kept forgetting to bring me water even after asking a few times, she finally got it. And she apologized. I ended up getting nails done, the powder dip one. He did a great job. Though that was my first time getting that. My mom got the deluxe manicure, looked like a nice relaxing experience with exfoliation, massage etc. Nice people. Tubs are lined in plastic. Used Yelp to find a nail salon for a gel manicure and a pedicure while in town for business. I am very disappointed. I was there 1 hour and 40 minutes and left with only a manicure. It took so long for them to start that there was no time for a pedi. The paint job looks like a child did it...very unprofessional. Next time I am in town, I will skip this place and try another. I have gone to many nail salons including this one and customer service is Not a priority. I set my appointment 2 weeks ago after paying for nail service and Always giving a great tip. Michael the husband of the owner did my nails, took my payment and tip. I always schedule my next appointment and did exactly that with Michael; however when I came in on time for my scheduled appointment today I was told to wait another hour because Michael apparently forgot to write it in the book and or tell his wife. She told me "I'm so sorry I have other customers can you wait or come back in another hour?" I said no, I'm your customer also and I scheduled my appointment so that I don't have to wait and it's not my fault that your husband forgot. What's the purpose of making an appointment if your place of business makes a mistake and then does absolutely nothing to correct the wrong. I remember last year I was having my nails done late in the evening at this same salon and the owner asked me to wait in the salon with her because she was alone and did not feel comfortable with the last customer who was there which happened to be a black male. I agreed to stay there with her since I felt she sincerely had a concern. I called my husband to let him know where I was in case something happened to my safety as well. Nothing happened of course and she thanked me for doing that. I will Never go back to this place and I do Not Recommend anyone going here!! If they make a mistake on their part you just have to wait and deal with it. They don't forget to take your payment for service or tip, but they just might forget the kind things you did to Help when asked and they will definitely forget to schedule your appointment. I visited this salon based on the reviews posted here and overall it was ok. My nail tech Tom was super nice and friendly and the girl who did my pedi was super nice and thorough as well. What I wasn't too thrilled about was the fact that this salon doesn't really follow a lot of the nail trends that are popular right now for example I asked for glitter on one finger and I expected the glitter powder you see a lot on social media instead I got a few coats of glitter nail polish. It wasn't horrible it just reminded me of someone's little sister putting on glitter polish. Also the polish used on the rest of my nails bubbled up really badly and you can see bubbles on the surface of the nail. I also asked for a matte finish also like the latest trend showing online and the finish wasn't as matte as I expected ( the nail was still alittle shiny ...not truly matte) I asked for white gel polish but I noticed my Tech didn't use actual white nail polish it was the white used for French manicures... I'm not sure if this made a difference and could have been the reason for the bubbling but I can't be sure. So overall the experience was nice just wasn't as fashion forward as I would have liked also the bubbling issue was a turn off as well. I'll probably be trying out a different salon when fill in time rolls around just so I can shop around a little and find a place that I like best. read more

This was my first time at the salon, it was very clean. The gentleman that did my nails was very gentle. The shape and length of my nails we great. I only gave it a three because I asked him if he knew how to do this new ombre trend for nails and he said that he had. He stated that he's been doing it a bunch over the past few weeks. I was not impressed. It looked nothing like ombre. It look a bit like pink and whites gone a bit wrong. I came home and painted over them. I was a little disappointed that I paid $40 and had to repaint but the only way he could have fixed it was to remove and I didn't have time for that. Nice little shop that was clean and has friendly staff. I got the deluxe pedicure which was $35 and included nails, massage, salt scrub, soak, lime rinse and lotion. My only complaint is that they didn't show enough attention to massaging my feet and the massage chair didn't work very well. BUT it was great and definitely worth the money. read more
