First time. Last time. I could not understand a word the man spoke. He got mad at ME! So this past Sunday, while a girl was doing my spa pedi ($55), only one other lady was there. Two black ladies walked in and asked about getting mani pedi. The owner immediately told them "no today. tuesday". They thanked him and walked out. That bothered me so i asked him why he could not ask them if they wanted to wait. He said "black". I am not making this up!. When the girl was finished with my feet i said nevermind about mani. I have been going to this salon for a couple years now. They do a pretty good job. So, disappointed to say I cannot afford to go here anymore. I usually get the deluxe pedi which is just above the basic one. Cost $40. With gel $50 which is a mostly recent increase for gel. A month since my last pedi and the cost is now $60! That is a $20 bump for gel. Seems very high. Add a decent tip and I spent $70. Would love to know if this is now the going price and if I will need to start doing diy pedicures. :( read more

Went there for the first time over the weekend. Its hard to rate this because although my pedicure massage was amazing, and both my toes and SNS nails look great, the customer service was just not there. The tech who did my pedi said 2 words to me and seemed annoyed when I couldn't understand the other few words. The nail tech who did refilled my dip on my nails was very rough and also seemed irritated with everything. My nails look great but I felt awkward getting services done so most likely wont be back. read more

So they were very nice to get me in for an appointment when I called the same day. When I was having my pedicure done, the tech took off her gloves at the end and peeled every finger out so she could save her gloves and put them away in her kit. They also use the same scrub brush on each person. She washed that out and put it back in her kit. Then, she started to do my fingernails and someone walked in the door that wanted acrylic nails done. The tech then proceeded to have me sit in another booth and gave me to another tech right in the middle of my nails just so they could get someone else in the door. She tried to explain that she was the one that did acrylics. This was a walk in appointment on top of that. Very disappointed and will not be back!! read more

Henry is great but the man at the first booth, THE WORST. When I politely told him I had an issue with a couple things on my nails he told me "somethings wrong with your eyes". Continued to say that over and over yelling across the salon. He will do anything to take a shortcut even if it means screwing up the nails you still have to pay for. Henry did my pedicure and acrylic nails... the nails looked like thick mountains that were uneven and a literal MESS. I left with glue all over my skin. In 24 hours, 2 nails came off. By day 2, 6 nails had came off. Worst set of nails and waste of $50.00. It lasted 48 hours. When I called and went there to get my nails fixed- I found out management is AWFUL. They each work off commission and only care about their money- not the satisfaction of the patient. I will never go back. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Owners are super friendly and Henry gives great pedicures, very clean and they just remodeled. I've been to other nail salons in the area and have a very hard time finding somebody to do a good job on my nails so I would highly recommend this place read more

This place made a mess of my nails ... I wanted gel mani and pedi, she cut my nails as for acrylics as I said many times no fake nails just a gel she did the mani gel but had already cut my fingernails Pedi I wanted a gel she did only regular pedi she didn't want to do my gel she acted like she didn't understand but then I hear her talking perfect English....I really heard people satisfied with this place but for the expierence I could never go back... not worth the 65$!!! read more

I had gel manicure done from this establishment on Thursday November 3rd. I let the nail tech know that a nail was cracked and she let me know she would fix it. It was not fixed and I had to come back to get a tip on my nail which was done nicely and I was charged $5 and left a $5 tip for the nail tech. Unfortunately another nail broke and since I just got them done at THIS ESTABLISHMENT I came back and asked to get it fixed. The nail tech fixed my nail and when I showed her that it was not the same shape as my other nails she gave me a nasty attitude and did not fix it and didn't paint the nail all the way. The nail is not the same shape as the others and she acted offended when I asked her to fix it. This nail tech charged me the same $5 and I STILL gave her a tip for her time. I will NEVER come back to this nail salon. How dare you say I didn't get my nails done here on Google when I just came in with my mother on November 3rd. Your customer service is terrible and I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Don't bother with this place. I went for a spa pedicure- guy asked me and assumed I wanted regular pedi. In the meantime, he's worried about getting other walk ins set up - he was so worried about making sure he got other customers served, he paused twice with me, to finish a girl' nails and set up others. Ridiculous. He didn't even file my heels, massaged one leg and not the other. Straight to the point if you're not into doing what you're doing, you half-ass your work, plain and simple. Worst place I've gone for a mani pedi. The guy who helped me seemed brand new...like it was his first set of gel nails he's ever done. He had to keep touching up his own job and I spent very little time under the light. My feet were bad as well. Very rough...not as smooth as I'm used to and my toes chipped 2 days later. My gel nails peeled off after one week and 3 days. I guess that's what I get for trying a new place when I was in a rush. Nice little nail shop. They use actual nail drills and not the dental drills that most shops have. The place is clean and I didn't feel rushed. The nail tech done his job and wasn't trying to talk my ear off. The only thing I would change is the lighting. It's dark inside the shop. I would recommend them. read more

Took so long HOWEVER...my tech was very detailed. I knew as I watched her finish the gal ahead of me she was making sure to hit every detail so I was prepared. Her attention to detail was so appreciated my nails look great but a guy came over after 2 hours and bumped her off me because of the time had been there. Checked in at 12:17 pm, check out at 3pm. I do wish they had paid attention to what I had asked for when I had gotten there and what I had written in their sign up book. I went for a Deluxe mani and Deluxe pedi...but my pedi was soak, clip, pumice stone scrub, and quickie lotion rub...no foot n leg salt scrub, no mask, no parafin, no warm towels...not sure what deluxe means here but after all the cost was cheap $54 for Shellac pedi and gel fill mani so I wasn't to miffed. truthfully they were one of the few salons open on Sunday and if I'm in a pinch I would go again, but the place I went a month ago defines "deluxe" more in my terms. read more

We got there at 7pm and they close at 7:30 but they never rushed us ( or the job) my mom got acrylic and the guy who did that was careful to ask what shape , length etc. Would recommend read more

I tried this salon today 4/17/16 had a great experience. The techs are wonderful I would recommend going here to have your nail and toes done. They take there time with you even if they are busy. I will be going back there for now on. They can do any design you want bring s picture and they will do it.
