The deposit goes toward your service also. Sara did meticulous nail prep with cuticle care & got my set done without incident. The one thing that I would change is I was there for 2.5 hrs. First appointment of the morning & no one immediately after me. Full set only. For me, that is too long. But I will be returning due to the quality of work & Sara's nice demeanor. I do hope to be in & out quicker. Also, she does not upcharge you for a different shape nor length (unless your doing an extreme length). My set was $40 without gel. Most days I don't have time for ME anymore since we are in the full swing of football season. Thanks to the storm, I was given a break so I headed to Nail Bar KNAD Lounge for a Signature Red Light Pedi Spa. She used quality products such as Montesi Natural Beauty oils, a sterilized pedicure implement kit complete with disposable nail files, nail buffer, cuticle pusher and pumice stone, sanding bits, etc. This experience literally blew my mind! My legs and feet feel so rejuvenated, youthful and silky smooth. As an added bonus, I received a complimentary mimosa and Montesi Natural Beauty oils were included in the service The red light and steam treatment were just as refreshing as it was relaxing. 10/10 recommend. i hadn't come here in months, but i decided to give it another shot…read more i paid $82 not including a tip. i was there for two and a half hours. for a full set. nails were crooked, my cuticles are inflamed, red, and in pain. she didn't measure the nails to make sure they were even, and one nail didn't even look similar shape wise. my nail tech had me feeling like a burden, because i didn't want to leave with nails i hated. i wasn't asked if i wanted a soak off, and i've never been charged for shape. and i wanted cateye polish, but not the effect, which i've received without the up-charge before in the past. this place has seriously gone downhill since i had been here last.
