I go to this nail salon when my go to salon is booked, and I always regret coming here, just do your nails at home if this is your only option. My gel nails always chip within the first couple days and the nail tech cut me on almost every finger when he cut my cuticles. My mom, sister, & I were good cust here for 6 mo & happy for most part. Tech Dennis is good but not happy. Thought he was having a bad day so cont w/ him but after few mo thought maybe he just doesn't like us(?) Phil is GREAT & SO appreciate him!! Mom & I went for our April appt & were told we didn't have an appt & then told we must have missed a prev appt so that's why they didn't have our appt (?) Thx to Phil for doing both my mom & my nails & beautifully. Next day I had a nail break but told Phil was not there any longer(?) A nice lady fixed but not even a full day later I was at airport in TX & it broke again so I wrapped w/ a bandaid to not snag. In KS 2 days later & a 2nd & 3rd nail break & more bandaids, so had to go to a salon to fix & pay for the fix. Did not have time to deal w/ this on this trip! During the next week I had 2 more nails breaks on different fingers & just had to put bandaids to not catch on clothes. What a nice mani look right? Ha! When I returned from KS & went to the salon I was sure they'd make it right b'cuz we are good customers so I asked nicely to speak w/ manager but was told not in this day. This is when tech Eric says he's the manager (?) . Eric also has you pay $30 deposit to make appt w/ him. WEIRD! When I show Eric my nails & start to explain he immediately interrupts & scolds me for not coming in sooner & repeats over & over how this is not their fault. I remind that we have been good customers & I've been in KS so not able to fly right back & it is the salon that did my nails & my nails should've lasted so thinking they should probably compensate a little but he cont to scold, insult, & than worse, said they can fix the 2 nails or my mom & I could just leave. I said let's start w/ fixing the 2 broken nails. A very nice tech fixed my 2 nails for me & as I left w/ my mom I made sure to tell Eric that he just lost the salon 3 good customers this day due to his behavior & I promised him this review would be placed. Not exactly sure what Eric's problem was as I wasn't even upset. I don't usually have nail breaks so just chalked it up to my bad timing w/ having to go out of town but I had to remind Eric that we aren't his enemies & he treated my mom & I horribly even though we've been going to this salon for months. I started coming here about a year ago when they changed from Townpark Nails to this location and name. I fell in love with the services provided by Crystal (Gel Pedicure, Dip Manicure). Then she went on maternity leave, and I tried other nail techs, which were not the best. I found another nail salon who did just as good as Crystal and continued my services there. When I found out Crystal was back, I decided to try this place again. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not requesting her and getting another nail tech. To no surprise, my nails turned out awful. In fact, I'd say a majority of the nails techs do not do a good job. Nails not the same length (one long, others short) or not even filed straight (slanted/crooked, some coffin shaped others not even angled to coffin), paint left all over my fingers and toes... If you do want to come here because of the location, price, availability of appointments (allow walk ins) and overall atmosphere of the place (it's super pretty on the inside), stick to getting your nails done by Crystal (her and her husband actually own/manage the salon). There are two others who are good as well, but I can't remember their names. They have like 15 employees, and those three are the only ones I'd let complete any service. I truly wanted to like this place because the employees are honestly super sweet and friendly, and I love Crystal , but I can't keep leaving unsatisfied if for some reason I have to see another nail tech. I will say though, they do have the best selection of colors then every other salon in the ad UPDATE: I did end up calling the salon and informing them how unhappy I was. Crystal offered to stay late after her last client and fix my nails that the other tech ruined. She did fix them and they look A LOT better. She was super sweet about it, and I appreciate her staying late and correcting the errors which is why I am giving them 3 stars instead of the original 2 and may return and refer friends to see Crystal. read more

Visited here to get my eyebrows waxed after never stopping in before. I went in right after opening, and was quickly helped back to the waxing room. My eyebrows are shaped relatively nicely, but have been incredibly sore for the last 2 days. I'm not sure if she burned my skin, or it was waxed improperly, but this is definitely not the look I was going for. read more

Salon was recently redone with the past year. I come here every once in a while for a basic manicure pedicure. 35 dollars. There are higher end manicures and pedicures and they do gel as well as many other things. Since the place was recently re modeled, it's pretty clean. They do use bags in the pedicure tubs for every person. The massage chairs are pretty nice and usually hgtv is on to watch on the TVs. read more

Worst customer service. I didn't want to believe the reviews and decided to give this place a chance. I called in prior to coming in and was told to come in at 1PM. The man at the front desk attended me right away, added water to the bowl but was left to be waiting 30min... I had initially picked the paraffin pedicure. However, once I was finally attended by the gal, I told her I wanted to change my pedicure to the basic one since I've been waiting sooo long, something quick. She proceeded to tell me that I could not change my mind. Excuse me.!! I quickly told her, I've been waiting 30minutes and will be changing my pedicure option since she has not begun to do anything. She finally said ok but ended up with crap service.!!!! I go to pay and the man proceeds to want to charge $10 more! The basic pedicure is $35...! He said "it's not a big deal because I added the other powder for the paraffin." Again, I told him waiting 30mins for a service is a BIG DEAL. This place is ridiculous. I called in today to get a fill and they told me that I could come in right away because they were slow and I told them OK I live 10 minutes away and they said no problem. When I got there every chair was full with customers and 2 people were waiting ahead of me. I sat there for 30 minutes and still got no service so I walked out. Don't waste your time. read more

I've been going here for over a year now. Kris always does an excellent job on my eyebrows! I'm particular about shaping/length, etc. Mani/pedis are good quality. Relaxing and clean environment for a spa day. Always happy whenever I go here! Five stars! Also, I did my mani/pedi/wax prior to my wedding day here and it turned out fantastic. I happen to be within the vicinity ..not a regular customer. And, I will never return! I said 3 times I'd like a mani and pedi $35 with French mani additional $5 = $40. When done they said my total was $60...WHAT? She told the front desk she provided a Deluxe pedi...NO WAY! And...she did a terrible job with the French mani. Was going here regularly and it's hit/miss with the quality of how my gel manicure lasts. There is 1 girl who did an AMAZING job if you have 2.5hrs to kill. Everyone else is quick (mani/pedi) within an hour, which the quality can be seen within a week. I've had my gel mani start to lift and bubble within 3-days but I would attempt to make it last. My final experience here was with my daughter who received a polish on both her hands and feet. Within an hour of getting home, the entire polish on 4 fingers can completely lifted and fell off. I happened to be back in the plaza the same day and spoke to the guy at the front desk, to my dismay replied that's how regular polish is. "It falls right off" So I asked him if they were selling faulty products of nail polish, but even my at home crappy polish will last a few days before chipping, not a complete peel. He just gave me the same reply and said I could bring my daughter back in, but it would fall off. One thing I absolutely hate is mediocrity in customer service with zero ownership. Beautiful, brand new salon! I got a deluxe spa pedicure and a manicure with clear polish. My manicurist was friendly and did a great job. I am happy with the service and the quality of the work, especially for what I paid. I'll be back! read more
