I swayed away from my usual nail place to try something new and closer to home. The place was average size and clean. They were social distancing groups that didn't come together by spacing out the seats. They have a ton of chairs for pedicures and several tables for manicures. I went with two of my girlfriends and all of our techs were nice. The lady that did my toes was young but friendly. I got the basic massage as their prices are a bit more than my usual spot. The massage was not good as she even did both legs at the same time during some moments. My two big toe nails are slanted as they were not clipped or filed evenly which is annoying. My friends said there massages were "meh" and felt as though the ladies focused more on their conversation with each other. Not sure I'd go back. read more

Last minute, I decided on a pedicure and this place is right down the street from me. I showed up about an hour before closing and, while they were relatively busy, they sat me down right away and had a tech start on my pedicure. The salon is nice and clean, with plenty of options for nail colors. Im used to my regular salon that puts plastic over the tub and opens a brand new pack of tools during each service, so was a little taken aback that this is not the case everywhere else. Overall, the pedicure was okay. My tech was slow, but not quite because she was meticulous, she was just slow. She was not very good at painting but cleaned up at the end and my nails turned out fine. The nail polish started chipping just a couple of days after, which was frustrating. The pedicure was $25, which is normal. I don't know if I'll be back, because it wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. read more

Been coming here for 5 years and still good consistent service offered. They have updated all of the pedi chairs and they manicure stations since I had first started coming here. They also no put a plastic liner for pedicures, but also charge a couple extra dollars becaise of it. Never left here unhappy and this place will continue to be my go to spot for a pedi. I have come here a few times for pedicures and eyebrow waxing and have never been disappointed. No pressure to get the fancy pedis and no shady waxing service. Everyone is nice and welcoming and the prices seem fair. In fact, prices seem like every other pedicure place I have been to. I've been going here for years & I've never had a problem with getting overcharged or my nails getting messed up. My favorite techs are U.T, Van, & Kim!! They are amazing. I started getting acrylic when I was 15 & over the years they've been super helpful with tips on what to get to keep my nails healthy! (Acrylic is super bad for your nails by the way) I recently moved & tried going some other places closer but I've never had such a good experience as I do with Spring nails. They get to know you & ask how your life is going & I love that personal connection. I think the bad reviews are just people not speaking up for what they want & leaving a pissed off review afterwards. Thought I found a new nail home here. Kim did more than a decent job both times she did my fill ins (I get the powered gel). The first time I went she charged me $20, which is typical for fill ins but when I went back today (2 weeks later) she charged me $30. I would have become a regular here but do not like being ripped off.... I will not be going back and I suggest that this business be more up front with their pricing and have an accurate and current price list posted so they don't rip off their customers as their technicians feel like it. One great thing, they are open til 7 on Sunday's great for emergencies. But i went at 5:10 after calling to confirm they had time to do a mani pedi, they rushed through privoding great service but very poor quality. I'm talking one top coat quality. And to top it all off 12 hours later my nails are trash. Polish chipped around the edges, they didn't seal my nails properly with top coat. And they are not cheap either French mani pedi 47.50, still don't know what the .50 was for?? read more

I have been coming here for a few years to get my nails and toes done but lately just pedi. I have notice it is not the same, for instance today I made an appointment for a 1:30 pedi and did not start until 1:50(what sense in making an appointment). I walked in no one greeted me sat for 10 minutes before anyone approached me."(wasn't crowded) As I was sitting there waiting other clients came in and was greeted and asked what service they would like. No one put water in the bowl while I was waiting until the person that was doing my nails finished her other client and did it. I guess I have to find someone else to do my pedi, no lol I've lost on either end. read more

We'd been here when first opened and loved the menu they provided and the service we were given. Even a bit pricey but worth it! This time... no menu. I felt rushed. I got oil but never lotion. Daughter was trying to explain what she wanted on her nails and the guy didn't listen. I had to step in and tell him. My husband said his was 'ok' but nothing like our previous visits. Vincent did my nails the first time and I loved them. I went back several weeks later, found out he was gone so I had a lady do my mani / pedi. Toes were painted great but literally scrubbed my feet for 5 seconds a foot. Gel was too thick and not close enough to cuticle. Worst part.. price was higher than my first visit. Charged $2 extra for a matte top coat at the register even when I asked when I walked in for the price. They are not up front on pricing, no menus! When I told him I have never been charged for matte vs regular top coat he still insisted I had to pay it. It's the little things that make customers leave. I live just two blocks away but will driver further away to receive consistent service and pricing. read more

Ladies be careful going here. It took less than 6 months for them to completely ruin my nails to the point that they are so thin & weak I can't even use regular polish on them. The owner was using the dermal every time she removed the DIP color when I went in every 2 weeks. I have since learned that the dremal should only be used to prep the nail for soaking with polish remover, never afterward. Each time she used the dremal, she removed more & more of my nail. The last & final time I was there, upon checking out she increased the cost of the dip by $5 without telling me before hand. Definitely not good business. It will take about 3 months now for my nails to completely grow out from the damage she caused. I do not recommend this place. Be careful if you go here. The same thing could happen if you use the gels. Don't let them use the dremal after your nails have soaked! read more

Have come here a dozen times as does my daughter. The site and seating is clean and comfortable. The prices are great, the employees are all friendly and we are never disappointed. All seating and tables are in great shape. When one of the newer girls did a poor job on my daughter's eyebrows, another more seasoned girl fixed them right up. They pay attention to details in every service we've had: eyebrow wax, pedi/medi, and white tips. I recommend highly. read more

I only got a polish change on my toenails and fingernails...but Mai did a great job. All the staff were friendly, the places seemed clean, and very customer service/detail oriented. I moved to the area about six months ago and tried a few nail salons prior to coming here. I have been solely coming here for the past few months now and I absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and each nail tech does a fantastic job. The decor is very tranquil and they recently got new pedicure chairs which are amazing. I highly recommend this salon! read more

overpriced and she has had better nail jobs elsewhere. Just wanted to try some place local. Tried to charge me 17 + 4 to trim and clean and paint my kids hands and feet (nails). I talked her down bc it's too much money to spend on a 6 yr old and she did it with no soul. Only two people in the store the older woman took us. You see her. Stay away. The guy that was there dunno. Probably never going to go back. I have been going to this salon for many years. Recently they had a staffing change and it is not the same. I have spoken to other clients and they agree with me. Although this salon is close to my house, I will not be returning. It used to be relaxing going. Now the staff is too fast and rough. My nails looked like a child did them.
