This place is alright, definitely not my favorite spot but when you're in need, it's a quick stop. The mail tech I had Yoli did not want to have any small talk which was fine, but she was super messy with my color. I had to go home and scrub my cuticles to make sure I wouldn't have fully black-red fingers. She also did dip like how you would do an acrylic overlay which was super different, I've never seen anyone do dip powder like that since you typically dip your finger in the dip powder. In result, she got a bunch of dried acrylic glue and powder all on my finger and I left with the stickiest hands. Other than that the shape came out good, and it was 50 minutes, which is relatively quick. Still struggling to see why I paid $65 when I usually pay $35-40 for the same service but you know when it's last minute and you're already in the chair you're not gonna just get up and leave. read more

Came in for a regular mani/pedi... Starting with colors... their selection sucks so BYOP. My tech didn't even push up my cuticles before cutting them. I have a bunch of little cuticles around every nail. She painted my nails horribly and then when it was time to do pedicure she didn't even put plastic in the pedicure sink. She cut my toe nails and didn't even bother to file until I told her. GROSS PLACE. CHEAP LOOKING and NOT PROFESSIONAL. The service at this location is terrible. the staff is extremely rude. I did find it strange the location had barely any customers. the nail tech closest to the entrance as soon as I walked in stated I can sit in her chair so she can do my nails I showed her a picture of a design I wanted done on my nails the nail tech got mad and stated she doesnt know how to do design. I then stated I can wait for another tech who would know how to do the design she then got extemely mad and started yelling stating no other nail tech available till tommorrow. I finally found a place closer to home. Lam did my pedicure and altho English is not strong we did ok. (If she asks "Strong muscle?" for the massage part say No! Unless you're into pain lol ). Ugh, I hate my nails. I came here before and there was this guy who took his time & did so well but that was almost a year ago. I tried this place again & I left in tears because I hate my nails so much. Shops like this don't care about shaping or new nail trends... maybe a good place for a pedi only. They charged an extra $20 for medium length. My total was $50 for this new set with regular polish, not even gel. I went in to get my nails filled, the manicurist was very rough. She nicked the skin on my finger multiple times. This filed down the skin and made the rest of the manicure painful. On top of that, (without my knowledge) she used the ILLEGAL Monomer MMA (methyl methacrylate) which damaged my nails after. I went to get my nails redone by someone else and was told then about the MMA. The technician didn't even know how to paint nails. I had to tell her three times to paint the sides of my toe nails, in the end I just thought I should start doing my own manicures. I came with my mom and sister to get our nails done. We got a mani pedi for $30 each person. I had my pedicure done first. Halfway into the pedicure I realized the massage for the chair was off. The pedicure at should offer to turn on the massage chair before starting your nails. Then when my nails were done, I realized I had paint all over my fingers and toes. My sisters nails were missing paint on the sides and she also had paint all over her fingers. They did have the nail enamel spray which helps dry the nail polish quicker. All in all this place is good, just make sure they paint your whole nail and that they take the paint off your fingers before you leave! read more

She had to "fix it" so many times to the point I had to leave and go to my event. First I called being im from out of town, I was told 5-10 minute wait and it would be $32 for gel refill but when I got there being I was 3 minutes from the place I was told they were backed up and now had to wait 35 minutes. That wasn't the biggest issue but after doing my nails the next day I noticed being I asked for a black gel polish that once I was out in the daylight it's almost a midnight blue that's really dark but not black and when I went to pay I was told they were $40. Then I explained what I was told on the phone and she explained my nails are long. Now my nails are pretty standard where I'm from in Miami and if they were so long then I should've been informed of the upcharge. Now again that's not the main issue, the main issue is that a day later my gel polish started chipping and peeling. I called and they said the lady who did my nails was off and the owner wasn't there so if I could call back tomorrow. I asked being I paid $40 for my nails and they're chipping a day later can I just come in and they fix what clearly they didn't do right to begin with and was told no cause of the reasons I just gave above. I asked if they could call the owner and was declined and said being they don't know if the owner will answer to just call back later tomorrow. I informed her im not from here and in town for work so I don't know where I'll be and when. None the less she said they couldn't as a business fix my nails which ultimately is a gel polish touch up. I have never had to pay that much even In Miami the home of overpriced services and not be able to have something fixed that wasn't to my satisfaction as a customer. Their pedicures are absolutely worth it and the massage is so lengthy with warm towels, lotion and some cool green stuff! They are never trying to upgrade me but offer me exactly what I need. This is the most unsanitary place. No plastic on the foot tubs. The equipment they use was never cleaned just reused all day long. One of the ladies working their started picking her nose in plain view. I will never come back. I request a nail style for the lady to start then tell me she's unable to do it! Did not have a pleasant experience at all. My friend was told she looked pregnant. My nail tech cut the sides of all of my toenails, then ripped off the last remaining piece, which didn't feel well, and I hope it doesn't cause ingrown nails. Then when we were charged, the sign said it was $20, but we were charged $25 because apparently there is an upcharge for them to grate your foot callus, which they didn't inform us of. We will definitely not be going back there. read more

I love coming here to get my pedi and nails done whenever I come to visit during the summer!!! I love the foot massage and hot towel service for your legs. Workers here are very sweet and patience with their customer!! Whenever I am in town...I always stop by to be pampered by these lovely and friendly staff. I honestly just downloaded yelp so I could leave this review. Never before have I left one, but I felt this needed to be posted. I literally gave it one start because this app requires it but if I could give negative points I would. Maybe I'm sensitive, however, I've never cried in a nail salon before in my life until I came here.. I walked in, sat for my pedicure. Got this lady with long hair tied back, older with glasses. I handed her the color and chose the pedicure. She started & was a little rough no biggie, then wanted to use the grater on my feet(never been used before, didn't need it) I asked her not to, and she proceeded. I pulled my foot away and said "no thank you". She stops & proceeds to massage my legs, but she's digging her nails so hard into my calf's that I had marks for 2 days after. I then asked if there was anyone else available to finish my pedicure, she picked my feet up & dropped them and said "no me", I asked her if she could be a tad bit more gentle & she agreed. Proceeded with massaging(without the nail digging in my calf's), then to grooming. She started cutting the cuticles on my toes & I noticed she would cut then rub water from the soaker on my toes, after a few seconds it started stinging when I looked and saw my entire top of my cuticle was leaking blood all over the tub, the clips and her gloves. I asked for a paper towel, and was getting up to leave literally crying in tears because the entire experience was horrible and she threatened to call the cops on me because I didn't want to pay for torture. THE ASKED ME FOR A CASH TIP BECAUSE CREDIT CARDS TAKE TO LONG. Of course I didn't speak up for my self in the moment and left crying, embarrassed & with a blood toe. But if this review can save anyone from the hell that's here, do it. The owner - no help at all. Sat & watched the whole thing happen. Worst service over ever had. read more

Every time I go, I'm always excited to get my nails and pedicures done. The customer service is great here. I have a late work schedule and once I came here thirty minutes after closing time but they still took me in for waxing graciously with no extra fees. Do not get your nails done here! The guy w glasses did my pedicure and it came out horrible and chipped off the next day. My tomate also went and paid 60$ for gel nails and an eye brow wax and the gel came off also within 2-3 days. I need to cal them and tell them how cheap the products they are using are. I've. I had a very unpleasant experience here when I got both a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was done so sloppily I had to ask them to redo the smudged nails and take the polish off of my skin. The man spent maybe 30 seconds buffing each foot which did nothing and my feet feel no softer or better than before I got there. My manicure was the worst part of this experience; the man just left my hands soaking in polish remover for what seemed like 15 minutes. He then filed my nails so hard he cut my skin open and when he saw my fingers bleeding, he just said "oh." I again had to ask him to take the polish off of my skin surrounding the nail. This was an overall bad experience and I wasn't the only unhappy customer in the salon. It takes a lot for me to set aside time and write a review but this was terrible. Great pedicure, good prices. I stopped by before a flight to get a simple pedicure, but decided to go with their deluxe pedicure for $32. This pedicure includes flower petals that turn into soap, clay mask on your calves covered in hot towels, citrus scrub and lengthy massage on top of a basic pedicure. My technician was very good, although we had some trouble with the language barrier. He did a very thorough job with clipping loose/dead skin from my cuticle areas and did a good job scrubbing the dead skin on my heels which was no easy task. My feet and legs felt butter smooth afterwards. Their polish selection isn't the greatest and they don't have many OPI or Essie colors which I prefer. They don't advertise it, but they prefer cash tips. When they ring you out, you'll have to give them a total including tip to charge, as there is no separate line for tip on the receipt.
