I chose the $42 pedicure. I chose gel, which usually amounts to $10-$15 max as an add-on. When checking out, the lady explains there is a $1 fee for charges over $50 when using a card. She says the total is $57. She then asks if I want to add tip and I say $11 (20%). She pulls a pen and paper to write it down and writes 58+12, already adding two dollars not discussed. She says the total will be $70. Wrong again. How does a $42 pedicure turn into $70..... Will never return.

They insisted I get powder dip nails and would not take no for an answer. After drill filing my nails down to paper thin, they cut my cuticles without asking and most of fingers are now bleeding around the nails. The only thing I liked is the color and that was the only thing I could control. The finished polish is lumpy and incredibly thick on my nails. She also reshaped my nails without asking and they do not look how I like them to.
