This salon officially opens at 9 AM, but they were already open a few minutes earlier, which I really appreciated. I arrived two minutes before opening, and they were ready to go--love that they open *in time*, not just *on time!* First Impressions & Atmosphere - I was warmly greeted by both the staff and a friendly customer who was already waiting for her appointment who I thought was a worker at first. - The salon was clean and well-organized. They even still had their Valentine's Day decorations up and a candy bowl for customers, which was cute. - The atmosphere was relaxing, with a great music selection that set the mood. They do have TVs, but they only display business information and pricing, which actually matched their website--love that consistency! However, I do wish they had something playing on at least one of the TVs for customers to watch. Sometimes, I prefer to limit my screen time during self-care and not be on my phone the entire time. Services & Experience - I got a **deluxe pedicure** first and an **eyebrow wax** afterward. - The pedicure was fantastic! They use **new liners for the foot bowls** and **unopened foot scrubbers**, which I appreciated for hygiene. - The **calf massage was better than expected**--a pleasant surprise! - I was offered water or soda and few other options, which was a nice added touch also. - Tons of polish and powder colors to choose from, so plenty of options. - My total time in the salon was **about an hour and a half**, and Ken, my nail tech for my pedicure , took his time to ensure quality service. For my eyebrow wax, a lady did them did not get her name but she got them just perfect! My brows are naturally curly, but she shaped them beautifully. I did get slightly snapped, but mistakes happen--it was nothing serious, and there was no damage. Pricing & Convenience - I got **gel French tips**, eyebrow and my total came to **$70** However, a **prior tip was already included and added in**, making it **$75 before any additional tipping**. - I was a **walk-in** and only waited **about five minutes**, likely because I arrived right at opening. - They do take **appointments**, which is great if you prefer a specific nail tech. - If you need food before, after, or even while waiting, there are **several restaurants in the same plaza**--super convenient! - There's also a **bus stop right in front of the plaza**, making it easy to get to if you use public transportation. I had a great experience here! The salon is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the service was thorough. Another small bonus: the view from inside is nice, I'm happy with my eye brows , and pedicure , depending on how well they last will be the real test I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!.

But the main problem came down to the price. I got a regular gel manicure and a regular gel pedicure absolutely no designs or extensions or even nail trims nothing, just regular gel for both. What attracted me to try them was the sign they have advertised in the front.. "$20 gel manicure & $30 get pedicure" so in my head I'm like wow that's a great price, i will need to try them out. Yeah no. Too good to be true. When it was time to pay, the lady said "$80".. i was entirely confused because the sign advertises $50 for what i got done.... So i asked her what each thing costs and she said "oh no yeah it's $70".... I am not a confrontational person so in my mind I was just like "I'm going to pay and never come back here again". That was so aggravating. I was not prepared to pay that much. I probably should have been more assertive. And the quality of my nails and the job she did was VERY lack luster. My nails came out very dull not shiny how gel is supposed to be and when she was doing my pedicure she very poorly "massaged" them for less than a minute each tbh. I'm just so upset :/ i really wanted to like this place. And i am not one to bash a business but it's hard not to write a review when i was very blatantly lied to. I am a very easy going person who does not do any fancy thing on their nails. I just go and get plain gel colors and call it a day. If you come here, ask about the prices before they start. Have them be very clear and upfront got what everything costs. Do not wait until the end. A business does not survive on dishonesty.
