My nail technician was Julie. She was a nice lady & I think she did a good job. She did a gel fill with nail design. I told her I'm going to a music festival so I wanted to do something bold, bright & playful for my mani. She offered to serve me complimentary wine (I think it is? Not sure), but I was already drinking water & am currently limiting my alcohol intake. She provided good customer service & had nice manners. She double-checked that my design stayed put, & I enjoyed my appointment. These nails were about $70 before tax & tip. Your design can change the price of your nails to increase or decrease depending on what you decide. To get an idea, you can always ask the technician before doing the design or the front desk. I typically tip 20% to 25% for my service but you can always tip more! Edit: the rose fell off after one day :( service was still good, just bummed that one of the 3d rose didn't last :(( read more

Wanted to get my nails done for the holidays as I haven't had it done for a while and this place seemed to be promising since I'm in town visiting. Left with disappointing holiday nails. First, the tech over polished the nails. She asked how it was at the end and I said it was a bit messy and I know red is hard to paint. The entire time, she had to use her real nail to scrape off the excess laquer from my skin and she went on about how my nails were not smooth and that painting past the cuticles is better. -_- that's what buffing is for right(?)and my nail is actually the thickest it's been since spring so it was open for buffing. When I checked out and showed the promo code, the gal at the register sent it to her boss and called her boss just to tell me they took over the business and that it wasn't valid. Disappointed with the results and service today. Will not be coming back again. 3/5 stars as she did a decent job on the toes and was able to clean it well as it was with regular polish. I picked this place because I was in the area and I went by top rated. I was a little sketchy upon walking in but my nail tech Exniel ; he took his time and did exactly what I wanted and needed on my nails. Decor and atmosphere is a little outdated, but that doesn't bother me as long as the customer service is attentive, thorough, and worth the price and it was! I am a week in and no chipped or cracked polish. I am starting to see a little lift but not much.I will return and would definitely want the same nail tech. read more

It is so smooth and there is no ridges or thick bump by the cuticle- if you know you know. I will 100% be back here. The price was good. The atmosphere was good and the girls working there were really sweet. I would recommend getting an appointment beforehand just to make sure you can get in. Really nice atmosphere and fun people but when you walk in the sign says a set of acrylics is 45+ giving the the expectation of around 20-30$ more for a design, wrong! get a french tip and some dot work and you are already at 95$. The absolute worst. This is what my nails look like AFTER manicure. When I came in and sat down in this lady's chair, I told her exactly what I wanted. Cut cuticles, and polish. She immersed her tools into cleaning solution for 5 seconds and took it out. Which is absolutely illegal. She suggested deep powder, I said ok! First of all my nails were soaked in cold water for maybe 10 seconds or less. Then she cut every single on of my cuticles so rough, she cut my skin. Some nails were bleeding. I felt so much pain when she later soaked my finger in the nails polish remover. She laid the nail powder so thick, it looked like I had beast nails. I asked her to thin it and her reply was that she won't be able to get them even color if she thins them. This is a nail tech I am speaking of, not the student or something. Asked her to take it off, which she started to take off so aggressively, constantly drilling my skin. She didn't want to use bigger bowl with remover, so she cramped both of my hands in one small one ( one of my hands barely fit there). I told her I was in pain ( she cut my skin on all of my fingers) her response was to man up pretty much, because we have to take it off. We took it off I went to pay because I just wanted to get out as soon as I could. This was an absolute disaster. I don't know who teaches these people. read more
