When I walked in, I was politely greeted and told it would be about 20 minutes until they could start my service. I ended up waiting about 40-45 minutes for my service to start, which I was a bit disappointed with. I don't mind there being a wait when I come as a walk in but I wish I was given a more realistic estimate when I came in of when I'd be seen. The pedicure I got was nice, I feel that he did a good job. The price for a gel pedicure was quite reasonable in my opinion ($42). I'd definitely come back in the future, but will be sure to make an appointment.

I decided to get a lemon detox pedicure and it was much needed. I got a massage, a hot towel, a lemon infused water, and a lemon scrub. I had some concerns regarding square shape as I've gone to other salons and they aren't done properly, however here they did so great with the square shape. I gotta say this place is nice. It is very very nice and the staff are very friendly they make you feel comfortable. My tech was Ms Sina, she did my pedicure and she did a great job. She was very gentle and communicative. She spoke English and her language, which is Cambodian. Also, there is a bar and drinks and water is available upon request. Incredibly skilled artist who can do anything you ask. If there's something she can't do she's honest and works with you to find a solution. Bring pictures, tell her what you're inspired by and she will make it happen. Sina, is also incredibly skilled and quick. Tiger gives the best pedicure IMO but everyone does well. Pedicures are a bit more expensive but it's because it's what a deluxe pedicure would be anywhere else. They didn't soak off my old gel polish but instead drilled it off. Nail shaping is kind of uneven. I prefer round nails but got more of a square shape on most of them. No hand massage. Light colored polish started fading at the tips as soon as that evening. Day 4 and no chips or breaks just faded tips. I don't live here and didn't have time to go back and get them fixed. It was my own fault for not checking the card, but they showed no consideration for me as a regular customer. I was told that I had essentially thrown $45 in the trash, even though the money remains in their account. I find that inconsiderate. I've never seen a gift card with an expiration date before. When I told her I do not want to come back in, especially since another hair stylist told me how unblended my hair was, she was just rude and continuously said "come in". The coloring was only supposed to be at the bottom of my hair, but it covered my whole head of hair. I stated I did not want the dye near my roots, due to not wanting to mess up the natural red hair I have, the dye went all the way up. Some streaks darker than others, was supposed to be a dark red but came out a dark brown, and the hair is shorter in the back than it is in the front.
