Great job! New to the area and was very pleased. Will be my go-to for nail services! Linda did my…read morepedicure and Hull did my gel nails.

Let me start by saying, I have come to this salon a few separate times and have recommended this…read moresalon to my friends on numerous occasions. I had come here in September to get nails on my birthday. They were beautiful blue french tips and came out great. Roughly 3 weeks later I had gone for a fill to get nails for Halloween and this was the worst experience I had ever had. I was there for over 3 hours for a fill in on a simple set. I had told one of the ladies I wanted just a black french and she said she could do some spider webs so I caved and said sure. Big mistake. One lady filed my nails and a different lady came over to start my fill. She sliced my fingers in numerous spots so bad and my middle finger on my left hand was cut so bad it was dripping blood. This lady instantly put alcohol on it and didn't say a thing. It burned so bad and I just sat there in pain. Looking back I wish I had said something about that because it wasn't right and my finger was in such bad pain. I had multiple smaller cuts on my other nails but this one was unbelievable. Not to mention, this lady had acrylic stuck under my nails and never took it out. It was my biggest pet peeve because i kept trying to get it out and I couldn't. After that, a completely different lady came over to show the previous lady how to do a french tip, seems like she had no idea and I was proven right. The second lady finished my black french and it looked so messy. The sides of the french were dragged all the way to my cuticles, the lines were not even AT ALL, they were shaky and the fingers on each hand didn't even match. At this point she hadn't even done the spider web and I wanted to just have her finish so I could leave but I gave the benefit of the doubt... I should've just paid and left. She ended up doing Spiderman's face. Which is NOT what I wanted at all as I am not a Spiderman fan. She said spider web not Spiderman's face. She wanted to do his eyes and at that point I told her not to and that I am done. This fill in cost me $75. On a messy, painful and not what I asked for fill in. I got in the car and cried about these nails and the money I had just wasted on something I was not happy with. The amount of pain I endured was not worth it. From a far my nails may have looked nice but up close I hated them. I thought my story would end there but it sadly did not. After this awful experience, I vowed to never return to this salon. I wished and wished these nails would have just fallen off instead of me prying them off. These nails stayed on for 6 WEEKS without budging. I got in contact with a private nail tech to see if she can help me. We ended up trying to soak these nails off and they would not budge in acetone. She was prying them off and nothing. I have no clue what product was used on my nails out they have caused permanent damage to my fingers. This nail tech said it feels as though super glue was used, and I believe that wasn't the case but super glue on my nails sounds scary. My nail tech refused to put a new set on as I have a "greenie" forming on one of my nails from this past set. She scrubbed and scrubbed to take these nails off and nails were so damaged I will never be able to get over it. My nails have permanent indents in them that I can only hope go away with growth and time. And I cannot get a new set of nails for maybe a month now as my nails are so thin and weary. I don't know what Amy's Nail Spa did to my nails but I now have to deal with all that damage on my own. Therefore, if you are looking for something that doesn't harm your nails in the moment and long-term, go to a private nail tech. The ladies that I dealt with on that day in October were aggressive with my fingers, did not care about anything, and are not knowledgeable enough to do nails. The photos I have included show my fill-in set the day I had gotten them done. The underneath of the nails with the extra acrylic, the messy french design, and the aftermath of my nails in current time. I will no longer recommend anyone to this business and I will never be back.

[EDIT 3/30/19: I came back and Annie is still amazing. But the salon noticed my review and changed…read morethe radio station to something much better. Yay. It's nice that they cared. They are really nice here.] I've only been here once so far but I'm definitely coming back. Clean. Nice decor. Beautiful fish tank. I fell in love with Annie because she does such an amazing job with dip powder nails. It's really important to me that my nails don't come out too thick or bubbly looking. I just let her know I wanted them thin and that I only wanted color powder (no base powder) and she knew exactly what to do. I didn't have to tell her to fix anything at all. She did everything the right way. I usually have to be watching out for nail technicians at other places who won't even take the time to make sure they cover the whole nail or that they don't cover my cuticles. It's stressful feeling like someone is waiting for you to not pay attention to their crappy work or that they hope that you will be too afraid to complain about it. But that wasn't an issue with Annie at all. She paid attention to detail and my nails came out beautifully. I had my toes painted black. She did a good job of making it look neat (which is really important with dark colors). If you want someone that won't force you into small talk, try Annie. She was polite, no rude comments. Oh the only thing that i found a bit strange was that the salon plays a Christian radio station for music. Not something I really want to be forced to listen to while I'm trying to relax.

Never had a bad experience here, after 10 years. Very clean, cozy atmosphere. I just had the most…read moreamazing pedicure, so good that I might start going more frequently now. I didn't get her name but she has short curly hair, I'll definitely be asking for her! My toe nails look amazing and my feet feel soft!
